People fear many things, maybe its spiders, clowns or social events but for one man it's bats. Fears can take many forms and take over many lives, a poor can soul can be ripped apart and destroyed, and for this man, it was exactly that. Ravaged by the murder of both his parents at a very young age, he was pushed beyond repair. Even all the money in the world, anything and everything he wanted could not save him. So he descended into a world of crime, not to commit it but to stop it, choosing first to train with the greatest army, the league of shadows, then to move back to his home town. This man might have been ruined but he still chooses to take on great power and responsibility in his darkest moments. Thus The Batman was born.
