Very Hotstuff Thanksgiving-Ch 2

The next morning Penelope slept in since she was going to be spending the holiday alone she saw no point in getting up early, she could defrost her dinner in the microwave and then pop it into the oven with no problems. She already had her brownies ready and waiting for her on the counter so it wasn't going to hurt her to get a little extra rest.

When she woke up around 11:00 she opened her eyes and sighed, she threw her covers back and got a delicious scent, she inhaled again and said, "what's that smell"?, she stepped away from her bed and took another breath and took another wiff and said, "it can't be, it smells like turkey baking, ohhhh and is that yams, yes, yes it is".

She shook her head and said, "Gracie honey you have been working to hard, you're still sleeping, you are sleeping and having a wonderfulllllllll wonderfullllllllll dream now shake it off and wake up", Penelope shook her head again and took another wiff and said, "I still smell it but how can that be" as she made her way toward her beaded curtain.

As she pushed her curtain aside she saw her hotstuff standing in her kitchen and ohhhhhhhh my God he was shirtless, she licked her lips and said to herself, "girl when you dream, you dream big". Derek turned around and smiled at her and said, "surprise sweetness, I hope you are ready to spend the holidays with your hotstuff"?. Penelope said, "uhh Derek, what are you doing here, you're suppose to be in Chicago with your family".

Derek dried his hands off and tossed the towel on the counter before walking over to her, he wrapped his arms around her and pulled her in for a loving hug, she sighed happily as she wrapped her arms around his waist and laid her head down on his very muscular chest.

When they pulled apart Derek said, "I am where I want to be, I want to be here with my girl but if you want me to go I can"?, she quickly said, "NO, NO DON'T GO". He winked at her and said, 'I had no intentions on leaving you alone sweetness". Penelope said, "how long have you been here"?, Derek glanced down at his watch and saw it was almost 11:30 and said, "I got here about 8:00 I guess".

Penelope said, "and you've been cooking for me"?, Derek said, "wellllll cooking yes but for us baby girl", Penelope felt tears welling up in her eyes and she said, "b b but why, why are you doing this for me"?, he cupped her face in his hands and said, "because I want to spend Thanksgiving with the woman I love".

Penelope felt her heart racing and she said to herself, "did he just say he wanted to spend Thanksgiving with the woman he loves"? and almost like he was reading her mind he tapped her nose and said, "yes baby girl, you heard me right I said that I want to spend Thanksgiving with the woman I love, aka you",

Before she could say anything else his lips were on hers in a soft and loving kiss, he wrapped his arms around her waist and held her tight as he deepened the kiss. She moaned against his lips as their tongues battled for control and finally needing air they pulled apart.

Derek smiled at her and said, "I love you baby girl, I love you so much", she smiled like she had never smiled before and said, "I love you to hotstuff, always have and always will" as she claimed his lips with hers in another kiss. When they pulled apart Derek said, "why don't you get dressed and I'll check on dinner".

Penelope nodded her head and said, "are you sure that I'm not dreaming"?, he winked at her and then leaned down and kissed her lips again before saying, "did that feel like a dream"?, she stood staring at him and said, "you have no idea how long I have wanted you to do that".

Derek said, "probably as long as I've wanted to do it", she bit down on her bottom lip and said, "thank you", he said, "you are very welcome goddess now scoot, scoot, go and get ready". She nodded her head and said, "oh I will, I will" as she turned around and ran back toward her bedroom to get ready for what she just knew was going to be the best Thanksgiving she had ever had.
