Like I said before I'm wanting to get as many of these written out and put up for viewing, the previous chp I had intended for Asia to be introduce in that chp but kind of went too deep with the other characters so she's getting introduced here.

"Wake up, wake up or I'll kill you"

"Man, I thought just waking up for school at my regular time was bad, now Cathal's got me up an entire hour earlier to morning exercises…ugh so not fair" a very unenergetic Issei said as he rolled himself out of bed. At least he knew for starters it wasn't going to be too bad, push ups, sit ups and plenty of juice to break him in for the first few days before things got tougher, doing exactly as he was instructed Issei tried to equally balance his push up and sits up between one another while leaving enough time for food before leaving and despite this supposedly being an easy start for him, when combined with his unusual early start on his way to school he found as if his mind was drifting off.

"Aaahhh!"

At the sound of the scream Issei found his mind brought back to reality and his was quite pleased with the sight before him, "That's what I'm talking about, smokin hot chit, smokin hot panty shot…or maybe I could be a gentleman", "Hey there you alright?" Issei began thinking as he spotted the young girl who, judging by her clothes was affiliated with the church as he gave her his hand to take to get back up. Taking his hand the girl got back on to her feet before answering Issei "Oh no I'm ok really" she replied and as if it was meant to happen a gust of wind came along blowing off the clothe on her head revealing her young pale pretty face, emerald eyes and long blond hair, which obviously was totally Issei's type.

Not realising he was still holding her hand the girl seen she was gonna have to make sure he knew, "Umm thanks" she said in an almost uncomfortable tone while looking down at their hands, "0h sorry" Issei immediately recognised that he was still holding on to the girl's hand and that it may have been uncomfortable for her. The veil that had previously blown off her head was now about to get caught in another draft of wind "Hang on I'll get" Issei surely decreed before racing after it and catching it, "Here you go, told you I'd get" the new devil tried to talk as if he were so kind of hero.

"That was very sweet of" the girl said with the most tender of smiles, "think nothing of it, I just did what anyone else would have done" Issei replied trying to match her smile while inside his head he was thing of ways to keep the conversation going. "What do you say weather sure is nice today?", "oh my god I sounded just like my grandmother" Issei cried in his head before the girl asked him something. "I'm sorry I'm a little bit lost can you help me out?" she asked and when asking like that the only way to describe it would be getting asked by a puppy for help, not that Issei was gonna turn her down anyway.

"So you're a nun then, make's sense with the uniform" Issei summarised as he and the nun walked along side by side while he showed he the way to the only church in the town. "Yeah, I'm really happy I was able to run into someone kind like you…I guess I really can say someone is looking out for me" she said in a kind tone before smiling at Issei, "Yeah…ugh" was all Issei could muster when he noticed the crucifix around her neck, suddenly there was a sense of foreboding.

"Are you alright?" the nun questioned, worryingly looking at Issei "Don't sweat it, it's all good" "Just what was that, I don't think I felt anything like that before" Issei thought to himself before the cries of a child gained his attention and upon looking over there he saw the nun he was walking with helping the young child. Placing her hands over the kids cut on his knee a glowing green light appeared and slowly healed the child's injury. "No way she healed him", However, but upon seeing this Issei's left hand tensed up giving off the same sensation like before when he saw the crucifix "it's that same feeling as before"

"That sure is a nifty power you got there" Issei complimented truly, in any situation it would definitely be very useful, "why thank, I consider it a gift and a blessing really, truly it's wonderful" the nun but to be saying something was so wonderful her tone of voice didn't seem to match. "Oh hey there it is!" she said with sudden excitement catching Issei's attention "Oh yeah, that's the church alright, the only one in our town" Issei said and instantaneously upon making eye contact with the building something withing him was telling him to get out of there while he was trying to stop his hand from wildly shaking.

"You know it's strange I don't think I've seen a single person up there once" he went on trying to make the church come off as some abandoned building. Unfortunately it would seem that the nun's faith in God was rather strong and as such she invited Issei up to the Church to come inside for a bit, "I'm sorry I can't, problem is I'm gonna be late for school soon if I don't get myself in gear" Issei made the excuse up which in truth was actually the truth itself. "Oh, ok that's fine" the slightly down nun replied. "I guess I should hurry along myself, it was sweet of you to help me find my way, my name is Asia Argento"

"My name is Issei Hyoudou"

"I sincerely hope we meet again Issei, if you're ever about in the neighbourhood please do come by" the now know Asia Argento said with a bright smile. "Same Asia it's a promise" Issei said before taking off and getting to Rias, if anyone could tell him about the weird sensation that he felt then it was her.

"You must never go near the church again; do you hear me Issei!" his master strongly chastised him although Issei himself wasn't sure why, "but why?" "For devils like us the church is enemy territory, one step inside would create major issues for both angels and devils, don't tell me you couldn't sense that feeling telling you to be careful" Rias explained to her pawn who was now looking at his left hand. "So that's what it was, when I was near the church I thought I felt a chill and my left hand tensed up" Issei explained to Rias while holding onto his left arm.

"That was your devil instinct acting up, for us being in close proximity to a member of the church is a very dangerous matter, and what's even more dangerous is that some exorcists from the church use sacred gears, they can really hurt you" Rias said in a worried manner while starring up towards the ceiling. Upon hearing the idea of exorcists from the church having sacred gears the stray thought crossed his mind that what he witnessed earlier on today was Asia using a sacred gear to help the young boy.

"Issei you're listening to me, right?" Rias asked snapping him out of his train of thought, "Just know that if a devil receives a devil purge they're wiped out, end of the line, gone for good; you can never come back from it got it" a very strick Rias Gremory, who didn't usually choose favourites, made sure to tell her obviously new favourite servant. "Yeah, I got it" Issei replied in a depressed tone of voice before heading downstairs to the main room of the building, anyone would be able notice that Issei wasn't quite in his own mind when she was speaking and that's what worried Rias because she could clearly see this too.

"Man, it's like no matter what I do president is constantly mad at me, I'm just a big mess up at this" Issei moped as he sat alone in the main room of the ORC, or so he thought "she's not mad at you silly" a voice from behind said scaring the crap out of Issei. "Aaaaggghhh, oh Akeno it's you; geez don't scare me like that" Issei said causing the queen to smile, just then the doors to the room opened and Rias entered with a surprised look on her face "Akeno, Issei you're still here? I thought you would have gone home by now".

"I was about to but we just received a call from the Archduke" Akeno replied in a serious tone letting Issei know this was definitely an important matter but at the mention of the Archduke he also noticed that Rias was slightly surprised "the Archduke, what does he want?" she asked rhetorically. "Well apparently a stray devil has been causing a lot of trouble around here lately, the Archduke wants us to go find it and exterminate" Akeno answered as if it were gonna be that easy. Right now, Issei had multiple questions, like what the fuck was a stray devil and was this even gonna involve him, before he could even ask his questions Rias had shouted his name, "Issei!"

"Yes president" he immediately responded not wanting to get in trouble, "I want you to do me a favour, I'm gonna go get Kiba and Koneko so I want you to take Akeno and go get Cathal cause you two do live relative close to one another right" Rias asked the young pervert who just nodded in response, "Good, once you guys are all together Akeno and I will teleport to the same area before we start this ok?" she asked once again "okay I think I got the plan down" Issei replied, it may have been general knowledge that Issei didn't take to understanding things right away but at least he had Akeno to help him.

"That should be enough, he said my brother sorted him out somewhere to live to just look for the most out of place building in the area first, that's a good starter; try and meet up by half seven by the way" Rias further explain before a red light engulfed her and pop she was gone. "Man, when am I gonna have enough control over my powers to make the jumps" Issei whined like a child who had just been denied the latest game release.

"You'll get it eventually, it's just a matter of your demonic power and learning to control the flow" Akeno encouraged as the two began to leave to go find Cathal. It didn't take long to get to the area of the neighbourhood where him and Cathal split up to go back to each others homes, "alright; president said we should start with the most out of place house" Issei brought up as he looked from one direction to the other to see in any building in particular met the specifications. Even though he'd only been a devil this last couple of days he wanted to make sure that by the end of the week he could at least say he had made the president happy with him once.

"I'm pretty sure I'll be able to sense his demonic energy" Akeno suggested as an alternative solution before closing her and trying to locate in on his demonic signature, a small sphere of light appeared between her hands, moving her hands from side to side Akeno would then be able to which was the proper direction to go if the sphere of light increased in size or not. "Judging by it for now Issei's place should be this way" Akeno pointed out once the sphere had increased to an appropriate size, "I think maybe it's best that we call Cathal to say that we're coming and that we're only a few minutes away just to be polite" Issei brought up thinking that if he and his friends positions were swapped then he'd want at least a few minutes to make the house presentable.

"You're right, it's only the polite thing to do after all" Akeno agreed with her usual friendly smile that could just draw in any guy. "Right then so I'll call him now before we head on" Issei said in an upbeat tone as he took out his phone.

"Hey Cathal it's Issei man what's up?"

"Oh, hey Issei well if I had to say anything not much since we're not that long after leaving the school"

"Yeah guess you're right, hey look I was just calling to let you know that me and Akeno are on our way over and we'll be there in a few minutes; the pres has a job for us to do"

"A few minutes! Well thanks for letting me know beforehand"

"No problem man, see you soon…bye"

"Yeah you too bye"

"Well that's that sorted so let's head on, shall we?" Issei rhetorically asked his devil senior who was trying to focus rigidly on the demonic sphere in her hands to make sure she didn't make a mistake, "I bet Cathal's being all cool and collected at the minute despite only having a few minutes before we arrive.

Meanwhile on Cathal's end

"Hurry up you little shits, this place needs to be spotless in the next few minutes" Cathal shouted at his siblings as if he were some sort of slave master, "but why?" his younger brother whined, "Shut up or no dinner for either of you and I know neither one of you has learned to cook yet" Cathal replied with a cartoonishly swollen head. "Is it because there's a girl coming over?" Cathal's sister Niamh asked curiously accompanied by a sinister smile when she noticed the increase red to Cathal's face. "Well you're not denying it" Niamh swiftly theorised coming to the conclusion it was definitely someone her brother liked.

"I'm asking you to do what you're told this one time because this involves my club president!" Cathal asked his sister who despised cleaning but loved so it seemed a fair trade off, "Is that why you're making all that extra food?" she asked in response before pointing out the pot behind him boiling over and now containing a lot more noodles than required. "Well hopefully Issei and Akeno are hungry" he thought to himself sarcastically, thankfully the main living area and kitchen were cleaned to a presentable manner and all it took was Cathal's two siblings, him being a bit of a slave driver and a total of five minutes give or take.

"Yano I honestly couldn't tell you how many generations of humans that I've gone through as a host, but I can definitely tell that out of all until now no matter how amazing, you Mr. Pendragon are by far the most interesting and confounding of all"

"Ancalagon? What do you? Cathal replied back to the ancient dragon within him trying to unravel the meaning behind his words, "I'm the most interesting and confounding of them all?"

"Yes, similar to the sacred gear of the red dragon emperor it stores the memories of it's previous user within it for the current user to access by inserting their subconscious into the sacred gear, however this can only be achieved with a strong mind, if you at your current level were to try then it could potentially destroy you"

"But in what aspect does this make me the most interesting and confounding?" Cathal asked Ancalagon once more, this with a bit more grit seeing as the dragon was just presenting more questions for later on.

"Patience boy I'm getting there, the majority of hosts that have possessed the gear you now have known as Divine Balancing we're just like those who possessed the Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing were consumed by power, an important aspect to remember as well is that most of those who possessed the sacred gears were important individually throughout your world's history

"Now what I believe to be so interesting about is that a majority of users wouldn't be able to hear me at the same early stage that you did and you yourself were only human at the time, this makes me think that you have an unparalleled ability to improve your current abilities and the rate at which you do so. Even if you don't believe it, that gauntlet of yours is on the brink of evolution, it may not respond to the will and feelings of the users like Ddraig's does but I think you'll find mine to be just as good"

"Okay but what about the confounding part?"

"Oh yes right, well part of me struggles to understand why, no how you could so selflessly sacrifice your own humanity just for a meaningless idea of your siblings having the best life they can of what's left of their school life when they themselves don't even know what's going on and what you're doing for them it all seems pointless to me"

"If it means I can protect them in any way or form then there's no sacrifice too great for me as long as it means they get to live the life they want, I believe that's worth fighting for so no I don't think it's pointless" Cathal strongly responded towards the dragon spirit receiving a snort of derision in response from Ancalagon, "Humans I truly think I'll never understand you as a species" the Balancing Dragon responded with a sigh and before Cathal could even get a response of his own in the doorbell to his house rang snapping him back to reality.

Just on the other side of the door both Issei and Akeno were waiting patiently for Cathal to come to the door and let them in. "Damn something smells good, hope there's enough to around" Issei said upon catching the scent of the dinner Cathal had been preparing, licking his lips at the damn good smell. "Well I have to agree it does smell rather amazing, I gotta say I wouldn't mind trying some of whatever it is" Akeno replied agreeing with her junior and thinking that this was her chance to try out Cathal's food and see how good he was, besides there was still plenty of time before they had to meet up with Rias.

"Sorry, sorry, I'll be right there!" a voice from the other side of the door shouted before they heard trampling down the stairs and some muffled cursing "Hey guys sorry about the wait, come on in I've just finished dinner; you want to try some?" a Cathal looking as if he'd just ran a marathon said politely offering as he let them into the house. Walking into the house both Issei and Akeno could see that Rias wasn't kidding it was definitely a high end house, "Thanks for having us" Akeno immediately composed herself and removed her footwear before coming in followed by Issei but before Issei got past Cathal the brown haired teen felt an impossibly strong grip on his shoulder, so much so he thought it might pop out of its socket. "If you even think of trying anything on my sister, I think you'll find that the gauntleted hand is a lot worse" a much darker and demonic tone came from Cathal telling Issei that maybe for now it was best to put away his inner horn dog until he got home.

"I got you man no problems" Issei replied raising his hands in defence trying to retreat back in fear, "Good now that we have that sorted we can discuss whatever you guys came here for over dinner, don't worry about my brother and sister they're both up in their rooms eating away" Cathal said getting everyone back to the matter at hand. Handing them both out some dinner the trio all sat at the dinner table to discuss what it was that the president wanted, "Whoa this is amazing you must be cooking all the time if you're this good" Akeno commented before things could move on which Cathal wasn't gonna lie got a smile out of him.

"Well somebody needs to know how to when you have two other hungry mouths to feed so I brush up whenever I can, although between training my body and cooking skills it can be a tough choice haha" Cathal replied in a semi neutral yet more lenient towards joyous tone. Hearing only some of the types of choices that Cathal goes about making involving, Akeno had to admit that his overall end determination for his family was beyond impressive.

"Ok, the reason me and Issei are here is because Rias asked us whereas the real reason is that there's a stray devil holing itself up somewhere after a stream of attacks, it's our job to take it out and Rias thinks this will be a good first experience for both of you even if just to watch" Akeno explained switching over into her serious tone letting the guys know that what ever was gonna happen tonight they were gonna have to be careful and watch each other's backs. "So now that that's all out of the way I guess we should go meet up with pres" Issei brought up as he finished the bowl of dinner, saddened there wasn't enough for another bowl.

"Not quite yet, Rias said she'll contact us whenever she has Koneko and Kiba but she shouldn't take much longer" Akeno answered the Longinus user who let a sigh out in response. "So Cathal next time were in the ORC building and I'm making some food, how about you show me how you made this?" Akeno asked Cathal, although she switched from her serious tone to a more seductive one very quickly which didn't go unnoticed by some namely his siblings who both chose to come down the stairs at the exact same moment.

"So it was a girl"

"Whoa she's unreal"

"I thought I told both of you to stay up in your rooms dammit!" Cathal shouted over at his siblings almost at the point where he was about to chase them up the stairs like a group of four-year olds but still managing to get a laugh from both of his friends. "Seems being the head of the house is rough?" Issei obviously pointed out causing Cathal to face plant the kitchen table "you have no idea, if they'd just pull their weight a bit by cleaning or something just to reduce the load" Cathal complained.

"Rias"

"Akeno, are you prepared on your end?"

"Yes, were all fed and ready to go we were just waiting for the call"

"Fed?"

"Oh yes, we found Cathal's place a lot sooner than anticipated and he offered us dinner, I must say it was quite good"

"Now I'm hungry too, sorry for taking so long, I did have both Koneko and Kiba but I wanted to be sure of the stray's location before we moved in"

"Don't worry, so where is it?"

"It's located in an old abandoned warehouse on the outside of the city on the far side of the forestry, we've already arrived so leave for it as soon as possible"

"Ok we'll get on the move right now"

Listening in on the conversation the two dragon wielders could only come to the conclusion that it was time to roll out and the Rias, Koneko and Kiba were already onsite making sure this thing didn't make a runner. "Ok guys it's time to head out but remember be on edge at all times and not just for yourself but for your teammates too" Akeno strongly advised making sure both of them wouldn't forget the seriousness of the matter. "Hang on let me just tell the two that I'm heading out with my friends for a while tonight so they don't get worried" Cathal asked receiving a quick nod from Akeno, "hey you two! Me and my friends are heading out for a bit I'll be back soon though!" Cathal shouted up at his siblings only to receive a 'uuuggghhh' in response causing Cathal to roll his eyes "typical".

"Alright lets go, here Issei hold on to this it will help you during the jump; I would have given it to you earlier but we're not sure how many they're actually good for and we have a limited amount" Akeno spoke in a more cheery tone although how when she brought up the jump issue again it just caused Issei to spurt an endless stream of anime tears that continued even through the jump to the point of arrival.

"So what's wrong with pervasaurus?" Koneko asked in the deadest I don't want to know tone you've ever heard. "Akeno accidentally struck his jump issue again and he hasn't stopped since before the jump" Cathal answered in a slightly embarrassed tone to think one of his friends was this much of a baby. "Issei please get a grip man, the president is about to come back what if she sees you like this?" Kiba asked rhetorically, using Issei's obvious weakness of the president against him. Well at least the results proved effective as the crying stopped and just in time too "oh good everyone is here, now we can finally get this underway to make sure that my new pieces understand their roles in the team and how they're used" a very calm and collected Rias Gremory said appearing out nowhere.

"Ok, let's head on in but Cathal and Issei I want to ask you two if you've ever played chess?" Rias asked the newbies in a rather serious tone, they both looked at each other before looking back at Rias, "Well I've played a few times I think Cathal has too but were both totally useless at it" Issei replied in an almost comedic tone. "As the master I'm the king, my clergymen the bishop and my foot soldier the pawn, devils with titles and nobility grant the characteristics of these pieces to each of their servants" Rias explained calmly while also hyping up Issei "hey that sounds pretty kick-ass" Issei replied waiting to see if Rias had any more to say. "We have a special name for these pieces, they're called evil pieces "OK, so how do this involve me and Issei?" Cathal finally spoke up in a curious tone with his arms folded behind his head.

"From this point on I want the both of you to observe how each of my servants fight based on their evil piece" the crimson princess sternly commanded both the newbies, "right" "got it" both replied instantly wanting to stay on her good side. "It's here" Koneko said in her deadpan voice alerting everyone that things were about to begin.

"I smell something unpleasant, then again I also smell something delicious too" a female voice called out from in the darkness of the old buildings before from behind a concrete pillar a semi-human form appeared completely exposed "I wonder if it's sweet or bitter?" it called out and immediately upon seeing the exposed form of the stray Issei almost lost his mind "b-boobies", this again almost caused Cathal to knock some sense into the perverted teen.

"Stray devil Viser, you unfaithful wretch; running away from your master only to run wild to fulfil your own desires and lusts, your sins are worthy of a thousand deaths. In the name of the marquis of Gremory I am going to blow you away!" Riser shouted dominantly at the enemy not noticing the smirk present on their face.

"Insolent little girl, would you like me if I stained that body of yours with fresh blood to match your crimson hair?!" the now known Viser rhetorically asked as she rubbed her own body and everybody was expecting Issei to make a statement like it at some just not this soon "So this is stray devil? She looks just like a late-night exhibitionist…ugh" Issei was saying but before he could finish "Perve" Koneko gave him a proper fisting in the gut.

Getting back up Issei started to notice that the stray devil who already had such a changed appearance was starting to morph even more "Like we said, they really are monsters" Kiba said ready to draw his blade a any point. "But it's such a shame cause her boobs are…whoa wait are those magic circles" Issei tried to argue but thankfully noticed the pair of magic circles on Viser's breast. Unfortunately, this just puzzled Issei even more and before he could notice it a pair of laser beams had shot off in his direction, "Watch out!" the president shout as she jumped at Issei, grabbing him and tackling him to the ground so that the laser missed him and hit the wall resulting in an acid like effect with a hole in the wall being melted.

"Kiba go for it!"

"Right"

Placing herself over by Cathal Rias made sure both Issei and Cathal could hear her as she explained the following pieces, Kiba's role is the knight and as such his main weapon is the sword whereas his attribute is speed" Rias explained as her knight charged at Viser with ferocious speed cutting off both her two main arms in a blinding blur.

After this Koneko walked up towards the writhing Viser who was currently screeching in pain, "watch out Koneko!" Issei shouted out in care despite just receiving an ultimate present from Koneko herself she was still his junior school wise. With her loss of her main arms Viser again changed form yet again, this time with a massive mouth covered in spikes and teeth on her mid-section, she then charged straight for the first thing in her line of sight that of course being Koneko.

Engulfing the small Koneko who didn't even do anything in response shocked both Cathal and Issei "It's alright, she's fine" Rias reassured them both calmly causing them to look towards both baring faces that said 'how the hell is she still fine?'. The jaw of teeth and spikes began to shake and almost immediately it was separated apart revealing a rather saliva drenched and clothe torn Koneko resulting in Rias smiling and both Issei and Cathal jaws dropping.

"Koneko's role is my rook, this means her attribute is simply a ridiculous amount of strength and defence, in other words something like that won't even put a dent in her" Rias comment while also managing to brag a bit. It didn't take Koneko long to decide how she was gonna deal with this one and almost immediately she had an idea "Down you go" she said and as quick as she'd spoken the words she'd spun run breaking the teeth and spikes inside and around the jaw, not only this her sheer strength was so great that it caused the devil to be flipped over on itself and crass into the nearest wall.

Dusting herself off Koneko then returned back over to Rias before she got what appeared to be a cracker from the first year. "Note to self don't piss off Koneko" "Yeah ditto" both Cathal and Issei responded now a little more wary of the girl, "Akeno your up"

"Yes president…now what am I to do here?" Akeno said talking aloud to herself with a pretty smile present on her face however everyone could tell by the tone of voice what happened next ain't gonna be pretty. As Akeno continued to walk towards the downed Viser before she could get there one of the stray's severed arms started twitching catching Issei's eye "President!" he shouted in a panic causing her to turn towards him while suddenly the severed hand had jumped at her.

"Sacred Gear!" Issei shouted as quickly as possible before summoning the gauntlet over his hand and slamming it into the demon arm that was on the attack, "th- thank you" Rias said suddenly switching from her serious demeanour to someone struggling speak to their crush. "It's no worries, my body just kind of moved on its own" Issei replied while rubbing the back of his head and laughing before Rias pushed herself off of the ground and taking a few steps forward. "Akeno, finish her off will you" Rias ordered back to her more commanding self.

"You're a naughty little thing for trying to lay a hand on our president, now it's time for punishment!" Akeno's favourite part of the job punishment, lightning and sparks were coming off of her fingers and the way she spoke Cathal was thinking that she sounded as if she was turned on. Rias then went on to explain about her Queen, "Akeno is my Queen she's simply a balanced mix of all the other traits in one, she simply unbeatable" Rias proudly proclaimed.

"Hmmm you appear to be still quite the bit active, well let's see how you feel after this!?" Akeno shouted in delight at the stray before raising her hands towards the sky and with a second of delay a bolt of lightning to drop down upon Viser. Watching Akeno blast and blast away at Viser with continuous strike of lightning Rias went on to explain about Akeno's speciality, "Akeno's speciality are magical attacks, what's more she's…"

"Oh, you're still up and going"

"…The ultimate sadist" Rias explained which now meant any suspicions Cathal had were no longer suspicions and well left Issei still in a state of disbelief, "You mean she gets off on that!?" Issei shouted not knowing where his mind should be at the moment.

"I wonder just how much longer you can last"

The lightning was still crashing down and Akeno was laughing her heart out "she's laughing?" was all he could obviously muster before Rias stepped in much to her Queen's disappointment "Akeno, that's enough" the crimson haired princess of the Gremory family commanded earning a sigh from said Queen "and things were just getting interesting too" Akeno replied in a sarcastic manner as she walked back to the group. Cathal was starting to think that after seeing Akeno go sadist on the stray he was debating whether or not it turned him on and right now he was leaning more towards on.

However, before Rias could get to the literally fried Viser the group had forgotten about the other separated arm Kiba cut off earlier, hearing the subtle scratches against the floor Cathal turned in Akeno's direction to see the other arm launching itself at her from behind. "Akeno!" doing the same Cathal too launched himself, "Sacred Gear!" just as Issei did upon shouting this the gauntlet appeared on his hand the red jewel glowing brightly before the light quickly transferred to his clawed fingers. Rushing past Akeno he punched the demonic arm as hard he could, sending it flying into the wall leaving a proper imprint on it, "Whoa thanks Cathal, I'll have to be more vigilant from now on" Akeno graciously thanked him while also placing a hand upon his cheek and giving a flirtatious smile. Laughing as she did so Cathal felt backed up into a corner right now "it was nothing, just doing what you told me I should be yano" he replied scratching the back of his head.

Continuing to walk on towards Viser Rias then stood in front of the twitching mess and stared down upon her, "Any last words?" Rias offered knowing full well what sort of response she would receive from the stray, "Kill me" Viser simply said in anger causing Rias to smile "well you said it, vanish away" Rias spoke as a large red magic seal appeared in front of her "Checkmate" she said before to what someone could compare to Akeno's lightning sprung forth except it was a mixture of red and almost black. This red and black 'lightning' engulfed Viser who just screamed in pain while both Issei and Cathal watched in awe as the devil was removed from existence.

"Well that's that, let's all go home" Rias said to all of her peerage

"Yes, president" all of whom responded in the same way, well all but one who was lost in his own world. "So, um president?" Issei asked hoping that his piece had a cool power "Yes, what is it?" she cheerfully responded, obviously cheerful due to tonight's success. "Well what about me?" Issei continued to ask still yet to receive his answer, "what about you?" Rias again replied unsure as to what he meant. "I mean my role as a servant what sort of powers do I have?" Issei asked once more hoping to receive his and Cathal's answer at last but he just got a smile from the President before she started to walked away "You two are my pawns" she replied given Issei some clarification but dampening his spirits in the process "Wait you mean?" Issei tried to respond only to be interrupted "That's right a foot soldier" she implied and not knowing virtually anything in the game of chess Issei automatically assumed his piece as the weakest.

He then felt a hand upon his shoulder, "try not to think about it, the more you let yourself get hung up on stuff like this the worse it's gonna affect you, besides think of it this way every piece of the puzzle no matter how small is meant to be for a reason, so let's show them what a couple of pawns can do after a bit of training" Cathal encourage his fellow pawn in order to make sure he didn't get caught up in the beliefs of being the weakest piece.

After dealing with the stray

"I have to achieve my dream of becoming a harem king but to do that I'm gonna need to become a high class devil so I can own my own servants, unlike like those born into the high class, being a reborn means that you must have your powers recognised and then promoted boy it looks like the road to being a harem king sure is a long one" a lone Issei thought to himself as he cycled down the somewhat lit up street. In a few short minutes he arrived at his destination and rang the door bell only to get no answer, trying the handle he found that it had been left open "It's been left open, man that really isn't safe" he said aloud to himself.

"Hello! I'm the devil Lady Gremory sent is there a solicitor here!" Issei continued to shout to see if anyone was in the house and upon taking a single step into the house, he got a strange feeling in his body, something odd. Issei then remembered back to what Rias had asked of him about helping with Koneko's summon requests that night but that this time he bring back a pack, remembering what the president had asked and was expecting of him Issei knew he could turn his back now because if he did, he'd never be able to face her again.

Steeling himself, Issei closed the door behind him before shouting "I'm coming in" while making sure to take off his shoes. "Nice of them to set the mood" the teen said upon walking to the living area and as he continued walking "Excuse m… oh something must have spilled" Issei said assuming when his foot felt all wet, but when he checked with his hand it wasn't just anything "Blood?" following the trail Issei came across what was likely the corpse of the man who was intending to perform the summon. "What's going on?" Issei asked himself while trying to stop himself from vomiting at the mangled site of the body "The wicked must be punished…to quote the words of a holy man" a voice said grabbing Issei's attention as he now saw a man with mid length silvery hair dressed in priests clothing sitting in front of the fire place with a rather psychotic look on his face.

"Now, lookie what we have here a little devil, my name is Freed Sellzen" the priest introduced before he crazily started dancing "I'm a junior priest with a certain devil-purging organisation!" he continued on leaving Issei with the decision to decide whether he was more shocked he ran into a priest or that they let someone as whacked of their crack be one. "P-priest!" Issei shouted out as in to say seriously they let you be a priest but obviously Issei was being to literal with the word. "I'm definitely no scum like you devils" the now known Freed said with a dark glare in his eyes. "Are you the one who did this!?" Issei demanded to know from the priest.

"Lowering one's self to the point where you'd turn to a devil is proof enough that he was done with his humanity" Freed said explain his view and beliefs about the whole thing. "That's why I killed him, the putting down of devil scum such as yourself I must say it gives me certain thrill and that's why I enjoy it so much!" Freed shouted before he placed his hands inside his jacket pocket and pulled them out. "A sword of light!" Issei shouted in fear as he knew that something like this could definitely kill him and a gun to boot, so up close or far he knew he was screwed, "with this baby right here I'm gonna jack your heart up!" Freed shouted in a crazed voice with a face to match.

Jumping at Issei with his sword ready Freed swung only to narrowly miss as Issei dodged, however the crazed priest swiftly turned his gun wielding and shot the teen through the ankle causing him to fall to the ground in pain. "Exorcist blessed devil-purge rounds; how do you like the taste?" Freed shouted before laughing maniacally, "Why you BOOST!" Issei said through gritted teeth and despite the pain his sacred gear appeared only to cause the priest to cackle in response "Ooh, you really are a devil! If it's gonna be like that then you're really gonna end up bringing out the devil-purging in me!" the priest shouted excitedly struggling to contain his pleasure.

Hearing enough of his crazed shit, Issei pushed himself off the floor and went for it but Freed easily predicted his movements and simply moved to his left before "Ready and…" with an easy slash to the back or since it was light and Issei was a devil a pretty hefty slash to the back Issei was back on the floor. Much to Freed's disappointment Issei was struggling to get back up "Awk are you less than meets the eye? Nothing disgusts me more" Freed asked Issei who at this point was really just holding himself together as he seen Freed draw back the sword, suddenly the two heard a girl scream grabbing their attention.

"OH, Asia it's just you did you create that barrier like I asked?" Freed asked when his eyes found the source of the scream, Issei meanwhile was now in a completely different state of shock as he looked at the terrified sister. Said Sister had no idea what the site before her was, the mangled body and why, "W-what is this?" she frightfully asked truly scared to receive an answer. Freed himself had forgotten completely that Asia was a beginner and as such hadn't really had anything explained to her so tonight was her first night. "Oh right I'd forgot, you're a newbie right?" "In short this is our job; we take out people who have sunken to levels of asking devils for help" Freed explained to the young girl which wasn't making it any easier for her to understand.

Upon hearing this caused a look of despair to fall over Asia's face as she turned from the priest to face "I-Issei?" her struggled to leave her mouth as she asked, but it peaked Freed's interest "Hoh, what's this you two know each other?" the asked smirking wildly as he did so "Issei why are you here?" Asia asked afraid of the answer she knew was coming, it saddened him but he couldn't even look her in the eyes to answer her "I'm sorry, I'm… a devil" Issei admitted and even after doing so she still found it hard to accept "A devil? You, Issei?"

"Please I wasn't trying to deceive you!" Issei shouted as he noticed the sadness in her voice "Honestly this is why I had decided it was best that we never see one another again" Issei said explaining his reasoning. Suddenly Freed decided to butt in "Sorry Asia but unfortunately humans and devils don't mix and especially not with people like us who can even live without permission from the fallen angels" Freed said making sure the girl knew from here on out, "Fallen angels" Issei thought to himself when he heard the whacko priest mention it. It made him think just what sort of connection is there between these guys and the fallen angels.

"Now then, let's get a move on and finish this scum off; Have you said your prayers? Not that it matters, I'm still going" Freed's voice said snapping back to reality as the blade of light was place across his throat. As he drew back his sword preparing for the final blow Asia came running in and stood in between Issei and Freed catching the priest off guard, "Asia…? Come on, are you actually serious here?" Freed asked his assistant now practically bored at this point. "Father Freed, I beg of you please forgive this man! Please let him go!" Asia pleaded as tears began to fall from her eyes.

Honestly Freed couldn't believe what he was hearing it made him want to almost shoot himself with one of those rounds, "You do understand what it is that you're doing?" he asked rhetorically knowing full well that she had no idea what she was doing. "Even if he is a devil, Issei himself is still a good person! Besides there's no way that the lord approves of this" Asia argued trying to pursued the priest but it only proved enough to anger him further "Enough of this foolishness!" he shouted before striking at Asia cutting through her clothing exposing her, it took a second to realise before she grabbed the split clothing and held onto it to help cover herself up. "Asia…tch!" Issei shouted in worry before the pain of his ankle got the better of him and he couldn't move.

"You sure there aren't any maggots growing inside that head of yours?!" Freed asked in a rather angry tone as he lifted Asia up by the chin "I was given some pretty specific rules not to harm you, but then again a little discipline mightn't be out of the question!" Freed said with his usual disturbed tone before he used his sword to pin Asia up against the wall "Asia!" Issei shouted once more as yet again he tried to take another step only to fall again. But seeing what Freed was about to do, the idea of what was gonna happen gave Issei just enough strength to stand "that's enough! Stop that!" he shouted as the pain continued to sink in all over his body from his ankle to his back.

Freed being the wise crack that he was couldn't help himself, "sir I must ask you to pay before watching" hearing the asshole come out with something like that Issei's face shifted to one of pure anger "Let Asia go, now!" he shouted at the deranged priest who now had proper look of joy on his face as he now gets his wish. "Oh, so you're actually gonna fight me in that state knowing you'll just suffer and die?!" Freed crazily laughed as he pulled the sword from the wall causing Asia to drop to the floor. "Issei please don't!" Asia shouted over to Issei who was currently in his own mind "I have no chance of winning I'm probably gonna die here…right in front of the girl who tried to protect me I can't run away either!" Issei thought before the leg he got shot through shot out quite a large bit of blood.

He'd made up his mind at this point, he knew what it was, "It's all or nothing hah!" Issei shouted before taking everything he had and charging the priest who for who wasn't expecting that to happen and slamming him in the face with the dragon gauntlet. After being knocked to the ground which was not appreciated all to well be a certain priest, Freed spat out a lump of blood before getting back up "Alright then what about setting a new world record?" Freed asked and at first Issei assumed he was asking him confusing him until Freed continued "And see how many pieces of meat I can chop you into?!" he shouted in a deranged manner before jumping as high as the room would let him in order to strike from above.

Now unable to move to at least avoid the attack Issei was left helpless causing Freed to scream out in joy and Asia to scream in horror. Suddenly a bright red magic circle appeared in between Issei and Freed and from within the circle Kiba came lunging out to meet Freed's sword. "Kiba?" Issei could only ask in surprise but forget that for the time cause considering the situation any help was welcome "Issei, I'm here to help" Kiba smiled back at Issei as he fended off the priest but Kiba wasn't the only one to come on through "my word this place truly is a wreck" Akeno stated as she just popped through the circle, "yeah no joke… whoa Issei hang on I got you" Cathal said following after Akeno before he noticed his badly injured friend "An exorcist" Koneko said allowed in her usual tone upon following after Cathal.

"Oh lookie, the whole devil gang is here" Freed said through gritted teeth knowing full well he was at a numbers disadvantage, "Sorry, but he's one of us" Kiba said with the kind of smirk that says screw you. "Well ain't that just terrific, so what's the deal? You the pitcher and he's the catcher?" Freed said just waiting for the reaction he'd get "I wouldn't expect such vulgarity from a priest" Kiba replied calmly "Don't go acting all classy devil, hunting down maggots like you is my reason for living; just shut up and let me kill you!" Freed shouted at the gang before Akeno said "Even devils pick their partners" making Freed go all loopy "Terrific! What terrific, passionate eyes! Ah, is this love? No, is it bloodlust? Giving off and receiving bloodlust is more than I can take!" Freed mucked about before he heard the words "Then I can always blow you away!" causing him to look only to be greeted by red 'lightning'.

"Just like you took such good care of my dear servant…"

"President!"

"Oh? Has the headliner made her appearance? Yes, I must say I took quite good care of him, in my own personal way. So what?" Freed asked Rias who had at last made her appearance "Issei, are you all right?" she asked her pawn currently ignoring the enemy.

"Forgive me, even after all the lectures I still managed to get into this" Issei replied lowering his head only for Rias to lift it for him, "just look how injured you are, this is my fault" she said with a saddened look on her face shocking Issei. "I had no idea there was a stray exorcist here" she went on to say before then explaining about Asia's barrier, "until just a moment ago there was a barrier in place so there was no way to detect you" Rias told Issei causing him to look over at Asia then to the exorcist. "I make it a rule of mine not to forgive anyone who'd hurt anyone of my servants and I especially can't tolerate anyone as ill-mannered as yourself that would stoop to the point of injuring a young girl" Rias sternly belted out before a strong red aura surrounded her and Freed was no idiot he could recognise a problem when he saw one. "Uh-oh, this power might be a problem—I mean, it's hitting the fan" Freed said to himself thinking this actually might be it.

That was until Koneko brought up some bad news for the gang and great news for Freed, "President, multiple fallen angels" hearing Koneko say this caused everyone to look up to see a dark purple portal, "President what the plan?" Akeno asked already knowing that the retrieval of Issei was top priority. "Retreat for now, Issei's retrieval is top priority; Akeno prepare the jump, Koneko take Issei" Rias ordered her gang about, Freed in an effort to delay them until the fallen angels arrived attempted to stop them only for Koneko to throw a sofa at him getting him badly on the back of the head. "Ready!" Akeno called out as soon as she had finished the jump circle "President we have to take Asia with us!" Issei shouted to Rias, but sadly the crimson haired princess coldly replied "I'm afraid not, only a member of the Gremory household can make the jump using the circle"

Hearing this Issei was prepared to attempt to try and wriggle free despite knowing who it was that was holding him "Asia! Let go of me! I have to go save Asia! Let go of me!" he shouted in despair trying to get free of Koneko's grip sadly to no avail. As Issei and Asia both looked one another in the eyes and began crying only Asia smiled before saying "Don't worry Issei we'll definitely see each other again" right before the transportation circle caused the Gremory family to jump out of site.

Okay so that's this chp done with, debating whether I should change the lengths of chapters as in to lessen them down from 6k to about 3k or 4k to allow for speedier chapter writing or to just go for the full on 9-10k making it worth a few chapters in one. Now that we have Asia genuinely in the mix next chapter is where things will be changed up a bit.
