Award ceremony with little reward

(Takao pov)

Hey there it's me the defending world champion.Right now I am on my way to a prize ceremony for a small contest held for kid's.I hate waking up so early. Actually I slept a little more which caused me to be very late for watching the contest. But thank god my brunette friend woke before it becomes more late.

(Flashback)

Last night the bladebrakers didn't slept so quickly they thought to have fun apart from Kai's decision. While the others even Max, Kenny,Hilary who are having their houses nearby they insisted to be in Tyson's dojo with all the bladebrakers together they're having fun . But Hilary cleaned up the mess caused by them and head back to her house after sometime.

The mornings in dojo starts with the early exercise of Tyson's grandpa and a scream for which Tyson will wake up.

Tyson was sleeping even the, alarm didn't budge him. Hilary on the right time showed up in the dojo as expected . While entering the dojo she greeted Tyson's grandpa. And went into Tyson's room.

"TYSON WAKE UP" shouted the brunette that's enough for him to wake up by protecting his ears with his hands. "What's the problem Hilary why did you wake me up so early can't a guy have a peaceful sleep" said Tyson a little annoyed.

"Oh so you forgot that there is a contest in which you have to give award to the kid's who won. You said you wanna see the happiness in their face. That's the reason I woke you up now get ready."explained to Tyson."Yeah , yeah" said with annoyance and anger rising up in him by the one scream.

(Flashback end's)

Luckily I can still reach the award ceremony. The brunette friend I am talking about is very bossy . She always bosses me around with her so called attitude. But at times she never left by my side . Always there, though she is annoying she takes all our responsibility . Well I know I am always the hardest person for her. But still she handles me. For everything she did I knew I have to be grateful and show gratitude to her but my pride never accepts it. Ohhh no the traffic lights ahhhhhh I guess I can never reach it .

I won't give up wait till I reach guys.

(At the award ceremony)

"Hey looks like I am on time. " said the champ panting.

"No Tyson actually you're late . But if I hadn't wake you up . You can never reach the ceremony. "a voice raised from the back of him.

Well there goes the person I told about attitude and all had arrived . But how is she here faster than me.

" when did you came ?" questioned her. "Uh well I thought to say you that we are gonna go in a car of the contests supervisor since we're guests especially you but you didn't give a chance to explain" said the brunette with a shrug.

While others are holding their laughter by Tyson's hardwork to reach here when there is an easy way. "Seriously Tyson you should learn to listen to her for once or else you always have to go through the hardships" said the Chinese (Ray)."Hey buddy looks like your here after all I thought you couldn't make it" said the cheerful Max."Hey what are you all doing here the ceremony is about to start and where the heck Tyson is?"asked Kenny not knowing that Tyson is right behind his friends. "Ohh don't worry chief I am here " said Tyson . "uhhh well let's go in its getting late already" . "yeah " they spoke in a unison.

After the ceremony all the bladebrakers except the silence kai decided to take a walk instead going in a car. As we know the king kai always disappears into thin air after the purpose. When they are passing by they saw few stores ."Hey guys am I dreaming" "we are not thinking you are Max what's with the thought anyway" brunette answered to Max's suprise thought. "The thing is, have a look to your left Hilary" all turned to the side which Max is talking about .

"what the " they said in unison except Max. "Is this some kind of joke " ."I guess it's a miracle instead of a joke Ray"."Quit your rambling guys just look at him he is changed . Right?"said Hilary as he saw no not only her but everyone saw that.

Tyson Granger is in a book shop searching for a book and purchasing it. "Hey what is wrong why are you looking at me like that??" Tyson asked by wondering at his friends. "The great defending champ never interested in school things was now buying books" Ray said in shock.

"Hey quit it guys. I always buy books you know" trying to defend himself. While Hilary is not giving a slightest chance "Yeah right . You were talking about comics how did I forgot so easily "said Hilary a bit sarcastically. The others saw that it was the latest comic addition and that Hilary is right."hmmmm whatever . Let's go guys" said Tyson for diverting the topic.

After that none of them said a word but continued to walk.

(At night in the dojo)

After practicing all the bladebrakers are totally worn out and trying to restore themselves except Tyson. While Hilary is helping grandpa and cheering for them. After sometime everyone were going back to their homes except Kai and Ray .

When Hilary is about to leave she hears her name from none other than Tyson who didn't show up for practicing. She turns back with a small smile on her face and asks "what is it Tyson? and where have you been all this time?" then Tyson was rubbing his back not understanding what he was doing she kept a confused look on her face. Tyson spoke feeling a bit awkward "You forgot the book which you gave me few days before"."huh?. but I didn't gave any. " said Hilary trying to remember. "Take it Hilary it's just a gift from me for being my special alarm clock."said Tyson not sounding himself as weird. "ohh ah um thanks " said Hilary a bit blushing.

When she reached her home she saw the little present he gave her and opened the cover she thought it was a book but instead of it there's something which she didn't expected
