Chapter 1: Leaving

Bella's POV

I was running back to Charlies' house. I was crying, Edward just broke up with me and told me that I would never see him again. I stopped and looked to the sky, "I hate you, Aphrodite."

I would have not got into this mess if it was not for Hera.

Flashback

Hera was in my dream. She spoke to me, "Bella this must be done. Your name will now be Bella Marie Swan to make you blend in with your new family. And you will not have your powers." I tried to speak but I could not. Then, I woke up in my bed and looked around my room. It was not my room. Where the hell did Hera send me? I got up to figure out what was happening. I stopped in front of a mirror. NO! my eye color… it's- it's Chocolate brown!

Flash Back Ends

I shook myself out of my thoughts to see Charlies' house. I stopped crying and open the door and ran into my room, which I moved into last year. I started packing I need to get back to camp. I pack two sets of clothes, a water bottle, some food, drachmas, mortal money, and some other things. I made sure that I had my watch, that my half-brother made for me, on my wrist, my camp necklace around my neck, and my ring on my middle finger.

I went downstairs to see Charlie watching the TV. I said, "I got to go Charlie I need to go find Percy."

He and Renee know about my past, thanks Hera. "Alright, Bella. Hera has already given your powers back."

A smile crept on to my face. "Bye Charlie." I walked out of Charlie's house. To see Jacob. "Oh, Hi Jacob."

"Hi, Bella. Where are you going?" Jacob asked he was looking at my bag.

"I'm going to a camp I used to go to."

"Where is this camp?" Jacob asked.

"Um… it's hard to explain where it is."

"Oh… come on Bella."

"It's around New York."

"What!?" Jacob yelled I started to my Chevrolet. "How are you going to get there?"

"I'm going to take my truck some of the ways then walk the rest."

"By yourself? Does Charlie know?"

I got in my truck and started the engine "Yeah he knows, He said I could go."
"No way you're going by yourself. I'm coming with you."

I rolled my eyes at him. He hopped in. I asked Jacob when we got out of the driveway, "Do I need to stop off at your place so you can get supplies?"

"Yeah, that would be a great idea. And also, my dad would kill me if I went to New York without telling him."

I drove to La Push up to Jacobs's house. He got out and ran inside. I sat in the car. I saw Leah and Seth go into the woods. A few minutes later Jacob came out with a bag, and yelled, "Bye dad."

He got in and we started our trip to New York. But not until I felt that something just jumped into the back bed. I looked behind me to see Seth in the back. Then, another wolf jump in the back and turned into Leah. Not surprising. I glared at Jacob for like two seconds. Then, my eye went back on the road.

Percy POV

I was in the Poseidon cabin looking at a picture of my twin sister, Bella. It has been almost 2 years since Bella disappeared. Well more like Hera, the queen of the gods, abducted her. Piper walked into my cabin and said, "Percy come on. Jason, Leo, and Annabeth are waiting for us in bunker 9."

"Oh, crap Annabeth is going to kill me," I said jumping up and running into the woods where bunker 9 is. Piper was trailing behind me. I walked into bunker 9. I thought I was on the ground but somehow I ended up in the air. "Your late again Seaweed brain!" Annabeth yelled at me from the ground. She said something to Leo. Leo hit a button and I went to the ground like a sack of rocks.

Piper ran up right behind me out of breath, she, Leo, and Jason have only been at camp for a week. "He was looking at a picture of Bella," Piper said.

Annabeth was trying to hide her sadness, but I could see it in her eyes. Bella was one of her best friends. I got up from the ground and gave her a side hug. I then asked Leo, "Have you found any trace of her yet, Leo?"

"I think so but I may be wrong," Leo said.

"Where?!" I half-yelled.

"We think she may be somewhere in Washington state."

I ran out of bunker 9 with Annabeth right behind me. We ran to the Hades cabin. Nico was sleeping in his bunk. "NICO!" I yelled.

He fell off his bunk and on to the ground. "Owe. Why are you waking me up, Percy?" Nico asked looking at me and Annabeth.

"Washington now," I said out of breath.

"Hold on," Nico said. He touched mine and Annabeth's shoulder.

We were no longer in the Hades cabin. We were on a road. Annabeth asked Nico, "Where are we?"

"Somewhere in Washington. Hey, you guy just woke me up my shadow travel can be a little off."

Then a red/orange truck rounded the corner. And all I could see were lights.
