Consorts like that would work better in later parts of the series.

I'm planning on James and Raven going to Eygpt in the next chapter maybe they'll learn something while there.

World 1 - Harry Potter

Part 15

Hogwarts. Wizarding World.

Hermione Granger would swear that she'd been a good girl before she met James Twycross. She'd never intended to become his consort or to join a harem, but the chance to escape becoming the wife of a man that she could barely tolerate, which somehow was supposed to happen, as well as the promise of seeing whole new worlds, had simply been too tempting to pass up.

She hadn't regretted it so far, it was just that she didn't want to get into trouble and sneaking into the library in the middle of the night for sex seemed like just the sort of thing that could get her expelled. The general rule at the college about these activities was not to get caught, and they might get caught.

Sure James had that map of his, which let him move around the castle without being seen by anyone other than the portraits, but it wasn't as if he'd been keeping his eye on the map while they were doing sexy stuff. Then again what was life without a little risk? Besides Hermione didn't want to risk boring James, not if it meant the other two witches in his life getting all attention and support from him. They all had to share and make an effort.

After a few more steps they were out of sight of the door thanks to a large stack of books and before long James's right hand was pressing her against some shelves while his left hand was stroking high up her inner thigh. She was still dressed, but that could change soon enough.

"Sit on the table" he ordered.

After she did as she was told the wizard then knelt between Hermione's legs and scrunched up her skirt. He'd told her to wear one this night, and this was odd because he preferred the witch in tight-fitting jeans or anything else that did a job of showing off her backside. Now she understood why he'd told her to dress like this as with a skirt she didn't need to take much off for him to get at what he wanted. This was proven when James pulled down her panties, and then kissed up her inner thigh, following the same path his hand had been going mere moments ago. She made no effort to stop him because she belonged to him, not that he would force the issues if she really didn't want to and she did want to.

"Oh master, you are a bad boy,' Hermione said with a soft sigh "You're going to get me into so much trouble".

He seemed intent to prove this to be true, and while the witch was worried about getting caught she felt thrilled to be doing something like this in the library. Normally things were so orderly and peaceful here, but tonight it would be something else. Hermione didn't doubt that others like her had come down here in the middle of the night to do things that you shouldn't do in a library, yet she didn't care as right now this was all for her.

"Oh... oh... Oh! Yes master, right there!' she said as she dug her hands in his hair "That feels so good".

It was a rare thing for James to do this to her, in fact, it more often happened when he instructed a couple of his girls to orally please each other. Hermione didn't feel bad about doing that sort of thing because it was for the man she'd come to love and men enjoyed watching that sort of thing, therefore she wasn't a lesbian, not that she felt that there was anything wrong with that. She just liked it more when James touched her.

Hermione didn't think about that, or anything else for a while, as her master, something she'd grown to not mind calling him, rather expertly got her to cum, and she lost the ability to do anything other than try not to scream so loud that the whole castle would be woken up.

Once he'd done playing with her he pulled out his fingers, then offered them to Hermione's mouth, and she licked him clean just as he wanted him to. It made him happy when she did naughty things for him, and she'd gotten good at knowing what he might order her to without needing any verbal command.

"Let's get you sorted," the witch said once she was done cleaning her fingers.

Then she began pulling at his jeans as she spoke

"I don't know what came over you James, but this was a really fun idea" she was now saying "Now Master, please get that cock of yours inside me so I can make you feel good".

He intended to do just that.

"Turn around and stick your bum out,' James ordered her.

Hermione unsteadily stood up, her knees were a little wobbly, and then did as he had commanded. Once she was in place her lover positioned himself behind her, and soon slid his cock in her willing entrance. Soon he began fucking his consort nice and hard, slamming into her so hard the only reason she was still standing was that she had the table to hold on to. Hermione moaned and held on because she knew that this would be over quickly. James had spent more time than she'd realised making her feel good in her favourite part of the castle, and so they needed to finish up and return to their separate dorms before someone found them. Not that Hermione minded that the sex lasted longer than she'd been expecting.

James grunted sounding more like a beast than a man and released his cum inside her. As he was half collapsing over her she happened to see the map, which had managed to stay on the table and saw that a teacher was patrolling the corridors near here.

"Someone's coming" she warned.

Lucky for the both of them Hermione had already learned a spell that would make them next to invisible in the darkness and thanks to the magical map they should be able to sneak out of here without getting into any trouble.

Twycross Manor. Wizarding World.

Raven's dark energy moved the parts of the targets that I'd scattered, bringing them all back together so that they formed a human-sized stick figure that was made out of wood and some old clothing I'd found in one of the manor's spare bedrooms. I'd destroyed the stick figures a few times over the course of this afternoon and every time I did Raven would use her great powers to put them back together as best she could, only it looked as if her work had diminishing returns. Before long the stick figures would need to be replaced.

The spell I'd just used to break the figured had been The Blasting Curse (Confringo) which was a curse that caused the target to explode as the name of the curse strongly hinted it would. This curse was very dangerous and potentially even lethal if you hit a target that couldn't shield themselves. This curse was popular when it came to duelling as it could create a lot of damage if used wrong or used right if you wanted to harm someone. The amount of explosive power produced by the spell depended greatly on who was casting the spell, and how well a person could control their spell casting as such I'd started practising this curse so that I could learn to control it.

As to why it had suddenly become so intent on controlling such dangerous spells, that was because we had a plan to end my group's time here in the world of the wand-wavers and to go somewhere a bit more dangerous. So it would be good if I could use my spells to do a fair bit of damage, in case I needed to blast my way through some knights or deal with groups of wights.

Given how vulnerable wights, the undead servants of the White Walkers, were to fire I was also working towards mastering The Fire-Making Spell, also known as the Fire-Making Charm (Incendio) which was a charm that conjured a jet of flames that could be used to set things alight. Mostly it was used to start fires in fireplaces, but if the TV show was anything to go buy it didn't take much in the way of flames to destroy a wight so this spell could be very useful. All I'd done so far is set the clothes on the wooden stick figures on fire, but practice would make perfect.

Since I was trying to master fire-based spells for combating the undead, I'd made sure to note the spells I found easy to use in my ever-growing collection of notes. One of my projects during the next school year, which I decided to attend, would be to write out all the spells I planned to use while in Westeros into my own personal spellbook so that I wouldn't forget any of them. These wouldn't just be combat spells, I also wanted to keep up a good level of personal hygiene and be able to influence the minds of others.

"From what you've told me of Game of Thrones series and from what I remember from the books we might have to do deal with whole armies of wights" I heard Raven as she repaired the targets yet again "Are you planning to set them on fire one at a time?".

This was not my intent. I'd decided that my group would fight the Night King because by doing so we'd get some more points to spend and if I destroyed the Night King at a time of my choosing I could control when the group would move on to the next part of the CYOA. The Quest: Save The Day only required me to make sure that fail in that world so as to ensure the good guys would win and if I chose the Perk Fate Breaker as well then the good guys could still win even if I did all the work as there'd be no need for any Prince Who Was Promised. Although it would be a good idea to indirectly aid the Night's Watch so that I didn't do all the work.

"I'm hoping that by the time we have to have to face the armies of the dead that I'll be able to control Fiendfyre," I said to my consort "At least enough for me to start it up and teleport away".

Fiendfyre is perhaps the most dangerous type of magical fire. Apparently semi-sentient, Fiendfyre manifests as an abnormally large fire that takes the shape of dangerous creatures such as dragons and chimaeras. The flames are incapable of being extinguished by normal water and are so potent that they can even destroy Horcruxes. In the last book, Vincent Crabbe attempted to use this fire to kill Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley, and Hermione Granger in the Room of Requirement during the Battle of Hogwarts, but the fire got out of control and killed him instead.

"The lands north of the Wall are all ice and snow so the Fiendfyre shouldn't spread far" I went on to say "Not after consuming the wights".

Raven didn't disapprove of my idea, yet she looked concerned.

"Starting out learning to control the simple fire spells is a good start," she said, "I'll be there to help contain the Fiendfyre if it gets out of hand, but you should learn to control the less dangerous fire spells before you think of using that curse".

Raven didn't approve of dark magic so the use of the cursed fire would not be my first option more like the last one, however since I'd made it clear that I would use such a spell if I deemed it necessary she decided to help me to learn to control magical fire better. To this end, she summoned up my head House Elf and ordered him to bring all the empty jars and any other glass containers that could be found in the manor.

"Do you recall the bluebell flame spell?" I was asked.

As the jars and other glass containers started to appear I went over what I knew about Bluebell flames. They were bright blue in appearance and were waterproof. They were not as dangerous as a real fire, so these magical flames could be touched, penetrated and held without it burning the holder, though it was known to singe materials such as clothing and plants. As such the Bluebell flames can be safely carried in small objects, such as a jar, without the object being damaged.

"Yes," I answered.

Raven used her powers to place all the glass containers on top of a wall that came up my shoulder.

"I want you to try to place a bluebell flame in each container before it gets dark" she instructed, "Filling a single container is no trouble even for a first-year student, but it will require focus and power to fill them all. I don't suspect you'll manage it, so do your best while I pop out and get something fun to wear later. I want to spice up our sex life".

Since Luna and Hermione were off doing family stuff for most of this week it was just Raven and me for now. It sounded as if she wanted to take advantage of this.

"I could just order you to dress up for me" I pointed out.

She didn't have any authority over me.

"Sure you can" she agreed "I'm just trying to keep you motivated as the task I've set you will get frustrating very quickly, and besides its more fun for the both of us if I want to do stuff for you".

This wasn't the first time we discussed that and she was correct. I had no real need to order any of my witches to do anything using my CYOA granted power over them when they would follow my commands simply because they wanted to.

"Fine," I said, "You go spend my money while I train some more".

She soon vanished I got on with training my control of fire magic while thinking about how wise my choice to pick Raven as my first consort had been. Hermione was mostly good for sex and researching and since Luna was a Seer her aid was well worth any price, but it was really Raven who did the most for me. Offering guidance, support and assisting me in my plans, I really should thank her when she got back.

While I may have wished for something more fearsome for my Patronus I wasn't disappointed by the silver-white fox that seemed to be running through the air as I kept my focus on keeping the spell going. By far this had been the hardest spell to master if I had indeed mastered it as. facing a dementor is not really something you can prepare for. Creating a Patronus isn't simply a matter of willpower you have to keep your happiest memories foremost in your mind while also performing the spell. By now, which was the Easter holidays of my second school year, I'd managed it and so had everyone else.

That I'd gotten this far was thanks to Remus Lupin more than myself. He was a good teacher, one I hoped to see teaching Defence Against the Dark Arts next year assuming we hadn't broken the curse of the teaching position by destroying the Diadem Horcrux, which was possible. If not I could hire him again during the next school year since it seemed that I'd be going back to Hogwarts in September if only so I could become an animagi.

The others had all produced their own by now and we were all showing them off. Raven's was a raven, or at least something close as it was hard to tell different kinds of birds apart when you can't see any unique features, but it was the right size. Luna had a rabbit Patronus or maybe it was a hare, again it was hard to tell. Hermione had a squirrel, which are animals that are far more intelligent than most people think.

"Great work everyone, I have to say, this has gone very well," said Remus Lupin as he watched our animal spirit guardians fly around the room, "I think this a good time to tell you that I've accepted a new job".

I didn't require Raven's power of empathic sensing to pick up the disappointment in the room. He really was a good teacher who knew how to make his lessons entertaining while never making us feel like inexperienced young adults, and that was good because we weren't that even if we might appear that way on the outside.

"You must still have much to teach us" I replied, "And I can afford to pay you more if someone else is offering you better".

Our corporeal Patroni were years ahead of anything our peers could do and if we could create them then there would be more spells he could show us how to do.

"It's not a matter of money" Remus informed me "The job I'm taking is a favour to an old friend".

No sooner than he'd spoke than I began to wonder even if he would be teaching Potter some advanced Defence stuff because the Boy-Who-Lived sucked at duelling. He more than enough raw power, I knew that because I'd felt the strength of his spells, his big issue was a lack of confidence, but this turned out not be the case.

"I'll be teaching the History of Magic class at Hogwarts" we were told, "At least until Professor Dumbledore can find someone to take the position full time".

Until now I'd heard nothing about how the disappearance of Binns was being handled. It wouldn't surprise to learn that none of the staff had even realised he was gone until recently.

"Guess we'll actually have to go to class," Raven said to me.

As far as I knew no one in Ravenclaw House ever did as Binns just read from the textbooks, and we could do that ourselves. If anything Binns had been a hindrance to anyone wanting to learn history as he sucked all joy from the subject. This was something even Hermione agreed upon when we told Lupin about the sorry state of the class.

"I didn't realise he was that bad" Lupin said to the group "In my day we played exploding snap and practised spells at the back of the classroom, or tried to chat up the girls, but it sounds as if Binns has somehow gotten worse".

At least no one would be doing that in Remus's class since he could actually teach.

"Well, I won't tell anyone if you don't turn up to class and just want to sit the end of year exam" Lupin was now saying "You can always drop the subject if you really want to".

I was surprised to hear this.

"We can just drop the core subjects?" I asked.

At Hogwarts, you had your core subjects, Charms, potions etc, and then there were your electives such as Care for Magical Creature and Ancient Ruins.

"They don't tell you this" Remus let us know "But you don't have to take more than five classes from your third year onwards. Few people would because it would seriously limit your career options and the professors will encourage you to take seven classes".

I'd not know this.

"Did anyone else know about this?" I asked.

Apparently Hermione and Raven both had.

"You dropped flying remember?" said Raven "That is a core class. The teachers don't encourage dropping classes because it gives us too much free time to get into trouble".

I chided myself because I'd forgotten that Hogwarts in this world is a college, not a boarding school, they can't make you do anything, all they can do is suspend or expel us if we caused trouble, but we wanted to destroy any chance of a career at the Ministry that was up to us. Not that careers meant anything to my group.

"I'd like it if you did come to my class," said Lupin "But if you're not going to sit the O.W.L then there's really no point. Oh and if you're looking for some more free time take Divination as the old bat in that tower accepts any old rubbish on the end of year exam and marks you as absent or not before the lesson starts so no one will pay attention if never show up".

Thinking on it I realised that I could strip my classes down to Charms, Potions and Defence, stuff I actually needed to learn and then take Arithmancy, which was a magical discipline that studies the magical properties of numbers, including predicting the future with numbers and numerology. Since it was basically magical maths you could use it to make formulas for spells and advance knowledge of magic much like a muggle could use advanced maths to advance scientific understanding. Although that was pretty advanced stuff.

I'd take those classes along with Divination which I had no need to turn up to. If the teacher asked I'd just tell her that I'd foreseen myself passing the class so there was no need for me to actually attend. If the old bat in the tower as Remus called her (most likely by reputation since she would have started teaching after Remus left Hogwarts) was anything like the version of her in the books/movies than she'd just go with it.

No, wait if I dropped Transfiguration I'd never become an animagi, not unless I hired a tutor to help us through the process. Perhaps if Sirus Black had become jobless by then he'd agree to tutor a few people if only to give himself something to do. If not then I'd find someone who could teach us. Even if he was still teaching he might do it for the fun of it, and we'd covered the theory side of things with Lupin between learning new spells.

"We do have time for me to come back tomorrow for our last lesson so that I can teach you how to use a Patronus to send each other secure messages" Lupin was now saying "For now you should all take some time to relax as this is high-level magic".

I could see that being highly useful in this world and beyond. Sure we had linked mirrors, but they were easy to forget about and mirrors could be broken.

Before long, the werewolf was on his way out leaving the rest of us to figure out what we would do with our evening.

"Let's go out and see a movie" I decided.

Since Luna was a Pureblood, she could become very hyper when exposed to Muggle stuff that was so outside of her past experiences. I found it amusing.

Twycross Manor. Wizarding World.

During later part of the Easter holidays, I sat in my study trying to plan out our Death Eater hunting trips with Raven, I'd decided not to involve Luna or Hermione as the bushy-haired witch would want to spend time with her parents and Luna would be spending some of the summer camping before returning to stay at the manor until the start of the next school year. Besides the less of us who got involved the less chance, there would be of one of us being identified.

Raven had more than enough power to overwhelm the wards of a home and to seal some dark wizards away in prepared books as long as we didn't try to take on any groups. I was not ready to battle any dark mages as duelling a sport was not the same thing as people trying to really kill each other with magic and I'd like to avoid fighting anyone for as long as possible.

At some point after we started trapping them the Death Eaters we went after would try to protect themselves either by seeking out the dark lord or by banding together and then we'd have to stop since while Raven could defeat even a group of dark mages, she wouldn't be able to do quickly and cleanly, some might escape and she didn't want to have to kill anyone. Not that it mattered much as we just needed to weaken the enemy organisation, not totally defeat it.

"So we need a cover story," I said, "Like we did when we went to France, only I don't care for the French much so we can somewhere else this year".

Both Raven and I had already given this some thought.

"I want to go to Egypt" Raven declared.

Egypt was known to wand wavers as the earliest place where magic had been recorded to be in use. During the times of ancient Egyptian society, wizards and witches were held in high esteem. Ancient Egyptian wizards had a tendency to place curses on tombs, which Gringotts Curse Breakers try to break so as to get at the gold which is hidden away in those tombs. I recalled reading something about curse breakers recently as I'd collected lots of materials for research including some pamphlets on careers.

"Are you seeking a challenging career involving travel, adventure, and substantial, danger-related treasure bonuses? Then consider a position with Gringotts Wizarding Bank, who are currently recruiting Curse-Breakers for thrilling opportunities abroad"

Ministry officials tasked with the removal of unfriendly spells from illegally bewitched objects notwithstanding, the term 'Curse-Breaker' was commonly used in reference to a group of adventurous bankers in the employment of Gringotts Wizarding Bank at Diagon Alley in London, England. Operating as something akin to treasure-hunting archaeologists, Gringotts Curse-Breakers was tasked with venturing through tombs, caves, mountains, deserts and forests and the like in search of old treasure troves from which the bank might make a profit, and specialised in the removal of magical security measures placed upon such areas.

Curse-Breakers did not have any form of formal uniform, seen as how the Goblins running generally cared little about what they looked like in terms of appearance or dress, as long as they bring much treasure back to the bank. it was, however, nevertheless widely considered to be a very serious profession due to the amount of danger involved, as in addition to the risk they all ran of being killed as a result of an old curse left to protect their objectives, they would also encounter and have to deal with a great many dark or otherwise dangerous creatures, artefacts. and even rivals on their travels; Dark Wizards among them.

"The Weasley family is supposed to be there this summer" I recalled.

The entire Weasley family visited him there for a month in the summer of 1993 and also toured some of the Egyptian tombs after winning the Daily Prophet Grand Prize Galleon Draw. Which was a contest due to pay out to winner this summer.

I could dimly recall Ron talking about how one of the pyramids that the family toured was full of skeletons of Muggles who had broken in and had "grown extra heads and stuff" assuming my memory of this could be trusted.

"Hopefully we can arrange to bump into them and that will help with our alibi," said Raven.

If Dumbledore looked into the matter of the vanishing Death Eaters over the summer and for some reason suspected us then having the Weasly family who were all big supporters of the Headmaster say that they'd seen us in Egypt would be a big help as there was no way for anyone outside of the group to know that Raven didn't need a portkey to travel long distances. With time and preparation, she could open us a portal back to English so that we had our cover story in place.

"Okay so I'll book us a holiday, but that means more gold and we only have a limited amount," I said, "We've taken everything of any real value from the Room of Requirement by now".

The room was pretty much a huge lost property bin and after a thousand years, it was mostly full of junk now that we looted the best stuff.

"If you don't mind not spending much until the summer we should be able to afford it," said Raven "It's not very honest, but I can make some gold by 'helping' students with their homework, which means paying me to write a few essays for them".

While she was doing that I could go through the Room of Requirement again. There was bound to be some stuff we missed that someone at the school would pay for. It would give us both something to when not revising for the exams or studying what magic we wished to study.

"Okay so we'll be in Egypt on holiday for at least some of the summer and we'll make sure people know this" I was now saying "Hermione or Luna might invite me to go with them somewhere so we'll make it the latter half of the summer and then Malfoy Manor will be our first target".

Malfoy Manor was the home of the wealthy pure-blood Malfoy family, located in Wiltshire, England. It was mainly used as the base of operations for Lord Voldemort and the Death Eaters during the Second Wizarding War, much to the immense discomfort of Lucius, Narcissa, and Draco Malfoy. In this timeline, Raven had, without bothering to inform me, used the map to get Draco Malfoy alone and to break into his mind so as to find out all about his home, not that he would remember any of it. Because of this, she knew a lot about the Malfoy family's manor house, and because the family liked to hold lavish parties they didn't have great magical defences, unlike my home which was well-defended thanks to the recent upgrades.

According to the knowledge taken from Draco Malfoy, the family's collection of Dark artefacts were hidden below ground level in this room so as to prevent any from being seized during Ministry raids, one such raid having been conducted this year. If we planned to rob this would be important to know, as it was I'd rather burn the home to the ground, but really we just needed to remove Lucius Malfoy from the picture. Raven told me that Drace was aware that his parents slept in separate rooms so we didn't have to worry about Mrs Malfoy if things went right.

"Let's go out for dinner tonight," I said to my chief consort "Just you and me".

I'd remembered that I'd recently thought about finding some way of thanking Raven for all her hard work and this seemed like a good method of doing that.

"We can anywhere you like" I offered.

She didn't need long to think about it.

"I'd like some pizza," she said.

Sounded good to me.
