Rajat sat on the couch of the study room. Sarthak sat in front of him. There was a silence for a couple of minutes
Sarthak: How much money or Cash you required ?
Rajat just stood still not able to understand what Sarthak was talking about. Sarthak looked at his confused face.
Sarthak: How much money you want to leave my daughter.
Rajat was hell shock hearing Sarthak's words. " How can he speak such words for his own daughter ?" Rajat thought in his mind.
Sarthak: I know you might think about how can a father think such thoughts for her own daughter. So let me clear you one thing I cannot see my daughter getting hurt.
Rajat: I love her. But if deny our marriage she will surely get hurt.
Sarthak: I know she loves you and you are not her love you might be just an attraction. Love is not everything in life, you need food to eat, clothes to wear, and last but not the least a shelter. What will you fed her ? Love ! Do you have everything? Can you afford my daughter's expenses ?
Rajat was numb. He can't find any answers for Sarthak's questions but the knew only one thing that purvi was his lifeline. He can't live without her. He loves her from the bottom of his heart.
Sarthak: You can't even buy a proper shoes for you then how can you make my daughter happy.
Rajat: Just give me one chance. I will prove myself.
Sarthak: The person with whom purvi is gonna to get married is a rich guy, who will keep my princess happy.
Rajat : And what about love ! Will she be able to move on and start loving him ?
Sarthak: After spending some quality time with her husband she will forget you and will start loving him. You know what love is a stupid thing all we need is happiness in life and a happiness comes with money not love. You know a person falls in love with any other person or even an animal if he/she spends some time with him. And I am sure my daughter will start loving him. I hope you will understand me and leave Purvi .
Rajat: She loves me, and I will love her till my last breath. She will never agree to this marriage.
Rajat left the house after getting insulted from her father. On the other side purvi was very happy but she didn't know that rajat wasn't the one whom she was gonna to get married. Sarthak entered the room.
Sarthak: Princess, tommorow is your engagement and after that marriage.
Purvi: Dad it's too early. Can't rajat wait for sometime what is need of getting married that too day after tomorrow we can do it after 4 or 5 days.
Sarthak: Bcoz his family wants this marriage to happen as soon as possible.
Purvi: Ok. (Then she realized what her dad said) But dad rajat parents died in an accident. So...
Sarthak: I am not talking about rajat. You are going to get married to my friends son.
Purvi: But dad I love rajat.
Sarthak: Love is not everything. You need the basic needs too. Rajat cannot be able to fulfil it and afford your expenses. But the guy I have chosen for you is a rich. He will always keep you happy.
Purvi: Dad plz give him a chance.
Sarthak: I have promised my friend that you will marry his son. Now it's your decision, you wanna to get your dad insulted in front of other, by choosing Rajat or getting married to My friend's son. I never asked anything from you, I want to see you happy and I know rajat cannot keep you happy.
Purvi: But dad I did know him. How can I marry a stranger when I love someone else.
Sarthak: I have choosen a right guy for you. Just spend some time with him you will fall for him. Now the decision is yours.
Saying this Sarthak left purvi's room. Purvi's heart sank after hearing about her marriage she was only thinking about Rajat. Whom she loved the most. Tears started rolling down from her eyes.
Purvi: (in mind) I wish mom if you would be here. I miss you mom. But I can't let my dad get insulted in front of others. Even if I love Rajat my dad is my first love. I can do anything for him. I will marry the person whom dad have choosen for me and I don't wanna to break Rajat's heart so I will not tell him about the marriage. And after the marriage I will leave this city. I will write a letter to rajat, I can't face him.
Dear Rajat❤,
I hope you will able to forget me. But I will never be able to forget you and your love. I will never be able to love my husband as I loved you. Our destinies are different we cannot be together, Rajat. If it's our destiny's game I am ready to play it. We can only meet in heaven. I am sorry Rajat. Today I broke your heart. I wish if we never met, I taught you how to love. You always keep telling me it hurts and ya...love always hurts. I loved you from the bottom of my heart but my dad is everything to me, after my mom passed away. I know he hurted you very much by his harsh words or by his sudden out burst but he always thinks good for me. I will not able to bare my dad getting insulted in front of other and also can't stop loving you. I am sorry for my dad's out burst.
I hope you will try to move on and I pray to God to fill your life with happiness. Try to move on thinking that I wasn't the girl who deserves you. You deserves better ,even you deserves THE BEST. Just move on in your life and look for the girl who loves you not your money and background.
Try to forget and forgive me Rajat. I don't have enough courage to face you so I thought of writing this letter. I am sorry...I am sorry for my every mistake which I did, I
hurted you alot. I know I can't heal your wounds. Just move on.
