As we fell Edward looked at me. "Carlisle" I felt my anger rising. "This is all your fault Edward! You did this! All of us are cursed thanks to you. What makes you think I want anything to do with you? My wife, my Esme..."- I waited for tears to fall but instead of tears there was blood. I was cursed to hurt the very species I sworn to protect.- "Forced to endure abuse over and over again. What the fuck were you thinking? Oh I know you weren't thinking!" Edward smirked and said, "What are you going to do? Kill me?" I reached over and bit him. He looked at me in shock before his body started seizing. Into the third day of our fall I saw him open his eyes. They were red just like mine. He smirked and said, "Thanks Carlisle" He winked and moved closer to Jasper. I heard their argument. I laughed. I would continuously torture Edward with my bite for centuries. I heard a gasp. I watched in horror as I saw Isabella shatter into thousands of butterflies. One by one everyone shattered into butterflies except Jasper, Edward and I. Then Jasper looked over at me and said, "You will remember nothing. You will seek Edward to transform him into a vampire every time his slumber ends. Then you will seek me out for further instructions." I nodded and looked around. Where was everyone? Then I saw Jasper break his neck. Then Edward and I hit the ground.
When I woke everyone was gone. I started walking around. So this was Earth. Esme and I had planned to come here and become guardian Angels when sin overtook this world. A beautiful woman started walking towards me. She smiled and said, "Welcome Carlisle." I looked at her as she took my hand. She had beautiful green eyes with a hint of mischief in them. Long and soft black curly hair. Lilith. I never knew she was this beautiful. She was the first female. God made Lilith and Adam side by side. She apparently had the obedience of an angel towards God but Adam hated that. So he told her he would kill her if she did not produce a child in a week. A task Adam knew could not be achieved and he tried to kill her. Lilith knew of this and killed a baby snake to get God's attention. However she got Lucifer's attention. He told her to drink the venom from the snake. As she did so her body started to shake and she collapsed. Three days later and to the horror of God she was the first vampire. I said, "Lilith. We finally meet, I've heard so much about you." She rolls her eyes and says "I bet." We started walking to a cave. I gasped and took a step back. It couldn't be. "Cain?" I said. He smirked and said "The one and only." I can't believe it. He was supposed to be dead already. "Lilith what am I doing here?" She smiled and said "You are here to kill me. I tire of this life. Please. I have roamed this earth for over two thousand years. I have been beaten and tortured for bearing the name of the woman who thought she was equal to a man. All I wanted was to be his equal. I did not want to be subservient to someone who hurt me." I sat down. Did she really want me to kill her. I do not know if I can. I cared about life whether it be wasted or used for good. Could I take a life? It goes completely against who I am but she sounded desperate. I said, "I have a few more questions."
JacobPOV
"Where am I? This feels weird. I have paws. PAWS! I can not believe this. When I get my hands, well I guess now paws, on Edward I was going to kill him. I missed my sweet Rennie. She was life. My everything. It took so long to get Jasper and Bella to allow me to be with her. I love her more than anything she and I were going to try to have a child. Now that was ripped away from me because of Edward. I still can't believe this! I need to find Jasper. If anyone can fix this it would be him. He was the one who could always fix problems. I remember when I first met him.
Flashback
I was trying to guide someone into forgiveness and peace when his man appeared. He had a hard edge to him. I did not know him or why he was here. He said, "I am Jasper, Angel of death. I'm here to take his soul to the afterlife." I started to get angry. I did everything I could to help this man and now Jasper is going to take all the glory of success. I knew in the back of my mind this was my pride taking but it still hurt." Once he collected the man's soul he said "Your name is Jacob right?" I nodded. "I'll make sure everyone knows that you saved his soul." He said. He said. Once I got back to heaven everyone was congratulating me. I apparently saved the soul of Rameses. The one who vowed never to believe in God. What nobody knew was Jasper put the fear of God in him before he took his soul up to heaven. Then told everyone that it was my faith in his soul that made him choose the light. Ever since then Jasper and I worked together. With our respective powers, spirituality and death, being so closely linked that we eventually would have become work buddies. However we became friends. Then when he eventually invited me to his home and I met his daughter I knew I was a goner. She was the most beautiful creature I had ever seen. Her dusty rose face carefree as she joked with I assume was her mother. She just was graceful.
End of Flashback
I never understood why I got cursed as an animal but I guess it makes sense. Animals did not have "a soul" so to speak. I sniffed the air. I smelled a familiar smell. Jasper. I started running to him. Days past and I was no closer to finding him. When I reached the ocean I knew it was him. I got so angry that he tried to kill himself. My body started to shake. I felt a white hot pain throughout my body. When the pain was over I saw my hands. Wait What?! I started to pat myself down. Everything was still there, however I was naked. Okay this was very weird. Anyway back to the problem at hand. I dived in the water searching for Jasper. Where was he? I felt my leg brush against something. Jasper I thought. I grabbed whatever brushed my leg and swam to the surface. Jasper started gasping. When we finally got to land I knew I needed to give him a pep talk. "Jasper Do you trust me?" I asked. He looked at me and said "In theory." I sighed and rolled my eyes and said "Then close your eyes. think of all the good times we've had. We will find Bella and end this curse ok." He nodded and said "It's just been so hard. I do not know what to do without her." I put my hand on his shoulder and said, "We'll fix this."How? He said, "Everything I love and my reason for existing is gone. Gone! All cause of Edward. I should have never trusted him. I should find him and kill him over and over again." He started marching angrily south. I sighed and said, "No. That would be pointless. He's not worth the effort plus he would just keep coming back. We have a very long time before we are all allowed to be together again. Rennie said it would be close to 2,000 years before we're all together again. We would all die painful deaths close to when we're to all be together so then that way we are 'purified' for our final lifetime. Just find Bella in every lifetime and collect her favorite things. You also might want to get a bigger home or at least find somewhere safe to store her things. These humans like to steal valuables." Jasper sighed and stared at the stars. "I'm coming for you Isabella."
England 1536

I can't believe they beheaded my mistress, I thought. Jane was an evil wench. She seduced the King and convinced him to kill her. I rolled my eyes and pulled my cloak hood up. I need to get out of the city, I thought as I walked towards Greenwich Palace. While being Queen Anne's lady in waiting I had met the most beautiful man in Paris, Jaspar. His straw colored hair was as beautiful as spun gold and his ocean blue eyes that could become stormy when confused and as cold as ice when angry. I couldn't wait to go to him. He kept begging me not to come to him and to avoid him but I couldn't help myself. There was a pull in my chest that I just had to react on. When I reached the castle I removed my cloak and went to my chambers. As I gathered my thoughts I thought about my parents. I missed them, well the idea of them. They sent me off the palace when I was fairly young. Every now and then I'll get a letter from them but it is rare. I knew they loved me but they never wrote. However being here especially with my mistress gone felt weird. She was always so funny and kind. I looked around my chambers one last time and picked up my things. As I walked out of the palace I felt someone watching me. I started to walk faster and slipped down an alleyway. As soon as I got in the alley I realized my mistake. It was a dead end. The person behind me said "I'll make this quick." As I blinked everything went dark.
