It was a normal day the kanto kingdom so a boring one to are prince Ashton Ketchum.

today was exceptionally boring all he was doing meeting other kingdom's kings and prince's and princesses which he had no interest in, or so he thought.

"Alright son today we are meeting with the Hoenn kingdom" uttered the kanto king and Ash's father Red Ketchum, he was wearing a red coat and black trousers and of course a big gold crown with some ruby's on the base.

"Oh boy" replayed Ash with a sarcastic tone, he wore a blue tunic and a dark blue cape on the back with gray trousers and blue gloves that had bright blue orbs on it plus a stylish hat. (AKA his aura guardian outfit from the Lucario movie)

"Come on son be a little happier, I hear they have a cute princess" Said king Red trying to bring his son into a better mood.

"Yeah I'd bet you'd like that if me and so called "cute princess" to get married so we could be on good terms with the hoenn empire" growled Ash with a angry look on his face.

"N-NO son that's not what I meant, Ash I want you to be happy your my only child I want the best for you" replayed king Red with a genuine smile.

"I know, I'm sorry Father" apologized Ash with a guilty look.

"It's Ok son I understand. they'll be here Aaaaany second now, you can sit it out if you want" responded king Red looking at his only son with soft eyes.

"No I'll be there for you Father since Mother can't" answered Ash with a somber face.

"Thank you son, your Mother would be proud" thanked king Red as he look up at the sky.

"Yeah" Ash too looked up at the sky "let's go Father" muttered Ash as he walked away.

"Right behind you son" replayed king Red as he fallowed Ash.

"So Father, where are they" Questioned Ash as he looked at the kingdom door.

"they should be here soon" Answered king Red as he too was getting a bit worried that they wont show.

"SORRY WERE LATE" Yelled a masculine voice.

As it got closer you could make out who it was, it was emperor Norman Maple the ruler of the hoenn empire

Some how.

Emperor Norman was know to be very clumsy and care free, but the empire still stand's so I guess he's good at his job.

"Geez sorry Red my wife would not stop nagging me" joked emperor Norman, He wore something very similar to king Red's attire but instead of red and black it was black and blue.

"Father, you have to Call him king Red remember, Geez how does Mother live with you" scolded A young feminine voice.

That voice was none other then the "cute princess" king Red was talking about earlier.

"Hey Father is that the "cute princess" your were talking about" whispered Ash.

"why yes it is, what do you think" replayed king Red in a whisper.

"hmmmmmmm" Ash then went into deep thought.

the first thing that he saw was he pink dress it looked nice hugged her curve's and bosoms nicely, the next thing that caught Ash's eye's was her eye's there were sapphire and they drawled Ash in like quick sand and...

"Do you need something" Questioned May as she could him starring.

"Oh uh no" rambled Ash putting his hand's up in defense.

"Well you were looking at me" pointed out May showing that she's so innocent.

"Just forget it OK" replayed Ash with a wink.

"Sure what ever you say" responded May as she fallowed her Father.

"*sigh* that was close" sighed Ash As a wave of relief went over him.

"SON ARE YOU COMING" Called out king Red from the gate to the garden.

"OH YEAH I'M COMING" Replayed Ash as he ran over to where his father and guest's are.

In the garden with everyone

"Ash can you please take princess May somewhere, emperor Norman and I need to discuss something" uttered king Red with a smile.

"Uh sure I guess" responded Ash. "come with me please princess May" offered Ash with his hand out.

"OK let's go" replayed May as she took Ash's Hand.

they then walked off.

deeper in the garden with just Ash and May.

"So what do you want to do princess May" questioned Ash with a bored expression.

"May" she said.

"huh"

"Just call me May no princess, Ok Ash" replayed May with a soft but warm smile.

"OK then May, What do you Want to do" uttered Ash with A smile he like calling her just May.

"I don't this is your kingdom, so you probability know more then me" stated May still with a smile.

"Oh I guess your right huh" replayed Ash with his hand on his chin.

"Hehehe Your funny Ash" giggled May still with that smile.

"H-Hey hey I resent that" exclaimed Ash pretending to be hurt be her word's.

"I didn't mean it like that, so think of anything Ash" stated May with that same smile.

"Yeah I know, how bout we go get some food" responded Ash with grin.

"Ok but wont people notice us" Questioned May a little worried.

"Don't worry I got a plan" winked Ash.

"Really this was your plan" Questioned May she was wearing the most stupid outfit in her opinion. (It's her normal hoenn outfit)

"Oh come on it look's fine" replayed Ash he too was wearing a different outfit. (His hoenn outfit)

"If you say so" stated May as she started walking over to the food district.

"W-Wait up" exclaimed Ash as he too started Walking.

they got all there food and now on a near by bench.

Hour's flew by.

they both had so much fun.

now it was time to got back to their respective Father.

"Wait May before we go back I want to say something" stated Ash with a serious face.

"Sure what is it" Questioned May with her normal smile.

"May I had alot of fun today" Replayed Ash still serious.

"Me too Ash" smiled May.

"May I think I like you" uttered Ash still serious as ever.

"I like you too your a great friend" replayed May.

"No more then a Friend" stated Ash.

"You like me more then a friend" blushed May.

"Yes and I understand if you don't feel that way too" uttered Ash.

"No Ash I think I like you too" blushed May.

"R-Really, Great" exclaimed Ash as he pulled May into a Hug.

it the process both Ash's and May's hat's off.

"Wait is that the princess of hoenn and the prince" said a random person.

"yeah it is, wow are they together" said Another Person.

"Uhhh got to go see yea" uttered Ash as he ran off.

"Bye Ash"

back a the castle

"Ash how was your date with the princess" Asked king Red from his throne.

"how did you" Ash was saying but got cut off.

"Ash I'm the king I know everything and I'm Happy for you" smiled king Red.

"*sigh* thanks Father"
