A few days later, Emma, Maleficent and David then Belle and Rumple returned to Storybrooke without a Hook. Emma had not managed to bring him back, she had been trapped by Hades.
The four former New Yorkers found them. Emma met Luxe, trying to hide her sadness over the loss of her boyfriend.
A moment later, she returned the memories to Regina and Henry with the help of a dream catcher.
Luxe after meeting her real grandfather longed to meet Neal's father. She remembered through Henry that he was the town jeweler, Mr. Gold. She took advantage of her grandfather's nap to go see him.
Rumplestiltskin had just arrived. He was trying to find a solution to wake Belle. The latter had used the charm of sleep so that Rumple could take the time to break the pact he had made years ago with the devil: to give his second child, therefore the child that Belle had in her womb.
« Good Morning », Luxe cried
Gold came out of the back room. He saw the young girl he didn't know.
« Who are you ? »
« Are you Neal's father? »
Rumple had a small tear but astonishment replaced it
« Do you know my son? »
« My name is Luxe, I am August's daughter. My mom met Neal before she left me. Neal has watched over me my whole life, until I learned of his death from Henry, I've only been in Storybrooke for a few days but I wanted to meet you. »
Gold gave her a smile, he forgot his worries for a moment, he thought back to when his son was happy with him. Baelfire was exactly the same age as the young girl before he abandoned him and his life turned into a nightmare. He almost wanted to catch up with this teenage girl. She asked him to get acquainted to work at the shop, which he agreed to.
Since she had been in Storybrooke for a short time, Rumple understood that she knew nothing about magic. He spent several hours chatting in the shop.
August, having returned home, noticed that his daughter was no longer there. He was worried to death. Suddenly he saw them in the shop. Mad with rage, he took his daughter by the arm and pulled her out of the treasury.
« Hey you're hurting me what's wrong with you? »
« I forbid you to speak with this guy »
« But it's Neal's father! »
« He absolutely doesn't deserve it, he abandoned him for his riches and when he died he continued to be a selfish, this guy is dangerous, Lux I forbid you to approach him »
« You are not in a position to forbid me anything », she whimpered taking the direction of her grandfather.
