David POV
I just sent Karillia on her way to Golds. I can't believe Killian has a daughter. His past is too unknown, how could he not reach out to his child? Unless he doesn't know he has a daughter. I stopped walking to his house and started walking back to the station to find everything I can on Karillia.
I arrived at the station and I suppose I need to get Emma out of there.
"Emma, sweetie can you go on patrol?"
"Umm yeah sure but I was going to go pick up Henry from Regina's, and then go home."
Crap how can I keep her away from Killian? Think. Think. Think. Oh! "I can pick up Henry. It's about time he and I got Shakes from Granny's!" I could tell she is unsure about this.
"Oh ok, that's fine."
She said she'll leave soon. I need to stall on my work because I think it'd go bad if I flat out say "Oh I'm just looking at your husband's records and teen girls' records as well." That'd be weird but it's what I have to do.
It's getting late and it'll be time to go pick up Henry from Regina's anytime now.
"Emma sweetie could you go pick up some tea for your mother? I just have a bit of work left and she said to pick some up," I stare at Emma in hope that she'll finally leave.
"Yeah, sure. She likes Earl Grey tea, right?" Emma asked
"Yes, she does. Thank you, honey." I give her a small smile to ensure that this was just a harmless little trip, which it is, I just need her out of the station for a while.
As soon as she's left I get logged on to all of the personal classified records of everyone in Storybrooke. The records include family trees, Storybrooke criminal records, etc…
It makes it easy to find stuff out about people.

If that is truly falsified then I might have to arrest someone. It says it's from Stoorybrooke hospital, I might want to start looking there. Now it's time to look at Killians' records and I don't know how I'll feel about him after this.

It doesn't say anything about him having a daughter. And it is time to talk to him.
I forgot that I actually have to go pick up Henry from Regina's, but I have a plan. I'll pick Henry up, go get shakes, and then drop him off at his house where I will strike up the conversation about Killian's past. I honestly know most people won't openly talk about their past, especially if it's as dark as his. I will have to pry it out of him. Won't be fun, lots of questioning will be involved.
I'm in the truck on the way to go pick up Henry. I'm turning down Regina's lane right now, and I'm here! I was about to get out of my truck but before I could Regina walked up and tapped on the window.
"Hello David," she said in her firm but soft tone.
"Hey Regina, I came to get Henry today so we could get milkshakes from Granny's"
"Yes I know and that's fine. I just need to ask a favor." she asked "Could you grab those files I left at the station yesterday?''
"Yeah, I can get them to you this evening." I nodded my head.
Henry ran outside the mansion, hugged his mom goodbye, jumped in the truck, and threw his backpack into the backseat.
"Hey, Gramps! What're we doing today?" Henry asked
"Well kid, would you want to go get milkshakes?"
"Yeah that sounds great," He is getting so old, I don't know what to do with him. He's already 15, Karillia is his age. On the way to Granny's, Henry was quieter than normal.
"How's school been? Has anything been bothering you?" I could tell he got a bit confused as to why I just started asking questions.
"Uhm yeah schools alright, and I don't think anythings wrong?" He was definitely confused
"Alright, that's good." I suddenly thought of a way to bring up Karillia "Are you friends with Karillia J-" I stopped and corrected myself before I said 'Jones' "Karilia Thomas?"
"Oh yeah I know her she's really nice and we've hung out a few times." he paused. "Her sister is a jerk to her."
I was surprised to hear that, though I've never actually seen her and her sister together.
"Oh really? I know Karillia is nice." I am glad Henry has real friends
After Granny's, we head over to his house and I must prepare to talk to Killian and how to bring up the situation without actually telling him the real situation. As soon as we get there Henry invites me inside,
