Here's the next chapter! Sorry for the abrupt ending. I wanted this next part to make a "pop!" or something...does that make sense? If not...just ignore my ramblings.

...Enjoy this next chapter!

Avy's POV

A couple of hours later, our room was finally finished. And it was looking good if I do say so myself.

The bedspreads were no longer a light prissy pink, but a light blue. The curtains are white marble with them becoming an ombre to light turquoise. The canopies are now a light grey and so are the cushioned chairs. The carpet is now a simple grey. The lampshades were all changed to white with blue edges. The lamps are now white. Everything looked a whole lot better now.

"So...?" Mal looked at Calli and me nervously. "What do you think?" Calli and I looked at each other, seeing that our like of the room was mutual.

"It works," Calli replied for the two of us. I jerked my head in a quick nod, signaling that I agreed with her. Mal smiled so brightly, I was worried that she might have used too much teeth shiner.

"I'm so glad that you two like it! Now, I'm afraid that I must head out for a moment. I have to take a call from Ben while he explains what the next meeting is about." With that, she promptly left the room with Jay and Evie who said that they needed to finish their homework.

When we walked into the common room, we saw Carlos explaining something to Quinn, Are, and Colt. Though when he saw us, his face brightened seeing his younger sister. He shook his head as if clearing it before he spoke.

"Hey! I was just explaining to the boys here that we need to know your ages along with any electives you may want to do." I raised an eyebrow to this which Are quickly verbalized before I spoke.

"Are you sure that we'd even want the electives?" he asked. I wouldn't have made the sentence as polite, but he got the basics down. Carlos smiled at this thought as if it was a joke.

"Don't worry, there are tons of electives to choose from." I rolled my eyes, but it sounded alright. No, nope! Don't get too into it! I scolded myself. Everyone else though seemed interested.

"Like...what?" asked Colt. To be honest, I was a bit surprised he spoke up. He doesn't talk much. Neither of us does, but he sometimes talks even less, if you can believe that. Everyone else seemed a bit thrown off too, but Carlos answered him after a moment.

"Well, there is a bunch. There's so much I don't even remember them all, but they're all on the forms. But, I'll tell you a few." he blinked when a raised an eyebrow at him as if saying, Get on with it. He answered Colt's question though.

"There's fashion designing, art, STEM, fitness, and a lot more. Trust me on this." I rolled my eyes at his continuous ranting. I turned away and let my eyes rest on the DVD storage case. I walked over and gasped softly. There were SO MANY MOVIES! My eyes scoured over them until I saw the movie I was hoping was there, Avengers: Endgame! I saw Avengers: Infinity War three years or so ago, but I didn't see Endgame in the trash on the Isle, so... But now I'll finally get to see Endgame! I hugged it to my chest and saw Not Cinderella's Type, the entire Hunger Games series, Harry Potter series, Newsies, Grimm series, Heartland show, Merlin tv show, Prince of Persia movie, a bunch of Avengers movies along with more Marvel movies, Spiderman movies, Pride and Prejudice, Emma, Persuasion, Hello, Dolly, Annie, The Happiest Millionaire, and so much more that I can't even list them all.

While I was so invested in the movies, I didn't even see Quinn sit next to me. As soon as I heard the floorboard creak a bit, I jumped and kicked him right in his special place then hooked my foot around and behind his kneecap and kicked. Immediately, he fell and everyone turned to see Quinn on the floor, his knees to his chest. As soon as I recognized it was Quinn, I blinked out of my stupor and knelt by him.

"Quinn...?" I barely made a sound as I silently asked, Are you okay? I was terrified until he nodded and I sighed in relief.

"Oh my gosh!" I heard from the doorway. I stiffened and saw Mal standing there with Carlos right behind her. She must've walked in a couple seconds ago. She immediately walked over to Quinn and sat next to me by his side. I stiffened, even more, I didn't know how I could for it seemed impossible. Then shed did something that won't be forgotten nor forgiven for quite a time. She pushed me to the side and sat by Quinn's side by herself. I barely heard her speak,

"Quinn, are you alright?" over the roar of anger in my ears. Then she had the freaking nerve to stand, look at me glaring before yelling, "What is the matter with you?! You hurt my brother! Why is your sick and twisted mind would you ever do that?!" Before she even got to the end of the first sentence, Are and Calli leaped over the couch, stood next to me, and help my arms and shoulders before I could tear out her tongue then her head. Colt was next to Quinn helping him up, but my attention was solely on my sister. I jerked my chin to the door. Colt helped Quinn stand up, but he seemed hesitant to leave along with everyone else. But when I jerked my arms out of Calli's and Are's grip and jerked my chin towards the door again, Quinn, Colt, and Calli went to the door after a moment with Carlos. Are hesitated for another moment, but when he saw that I wouldn't huge, he sighed and stood by the door as well. Then they went into the hallway and closed the door til there was a crack. I knew that was the best I was going to get. Throughout this period, Mal seemed to grow more nervous but didn't make a sound, but she broke the silence after the door was almost shut.

"I'll say it again, what is the matter with you?! What is your horrible, sick, and twisted mind that makes you think that's alright? He's our bro-" but I cut her off before she finished the rest of the sentence.

"He is NOT your brother," my voice was so low that it was almost as if I barely made a sound, but Mal heard perfectly. She blinked then glared at me again.

"Yes, yes he is! We look so alike that it's practically impossible to not be siblings!" she nearly shouted. I didn't move ever since Calli and Are held me back, but my fists tightened more.

"If he is your brother, what is his favorite color? What is his favorite thing to do? What does he hate to do? What are his favorite books, movies, clothing items? Heck, what is his middle name?! But you don't know any of that, and do you want to know why?" I stepped towards her after the first sentence then again and again until we were almost nose to nose. We were the same height, yet I barely noticed. I then spoke so bitingly cold and hard she flinched, but the words did their fair share too.

"Because you didn't even know he was alive until 3 hours ago when he stepped out of that limo. Because you were too busy having fun on the Isle to see if you had a brother. So, no. He is not your brother and I'm not your sister. So maybe the next time you accuse me of something, think about how many years we knew about you but throughout them, you had absolutely no idea we existed," I growled the last shot. I stood there for a moment with only some of the hate, pain, and anger I held for her shine through my eyes. After a minute, I turned and walked to the door. Before I put my hand on the handle, I turned around and said,

"And don't ever think that I would hurt my brother on purpose. My life is a lot more complicated than you could eve comprehend." When I started to pull the doorknob, I heard her say, "I'm sorry." I barely growled out a sentence before I pulled the door all the way open and left.

When everyone saw me, they backed away except Carlos, Evie, and Jay who somehow appeared during the conversation I had with Mal. They stood in front of me and started yelling at me for being so mean to Mal. It went on for a full 5 minutes and I could tell my friends were trying to step in earlier, but I didn't let them. After those 5 minutes, I growled out, "Get. Out. Of. My. Way...Now." They blanched and I was able to shove myself past them while they were frozen in shock. I heard Are follow me while I walked down the hallway for a moment before Quinn called out, "She needs a moment." Are hesitated but headed back. After that, I ran straight towards the woods I saw earlier so I wouldn't kill anyone.

So...what'd you think? Wasn't the ending intense?! I wanted to have Mal and Avy have a fight where Avy tells Mal that she isn't entitled to anything that involves her and Quinn.

Calli and Are were holding Avy not only to prevent her from launching herself at Mal but also to protect her and be able to pull her out of the way if Mal attacks her. I know that isn't very likely, but that kind of thing happened a lot with that gang.

Did y'all notice how the electives Carlos told the group seemed like things he and his friends would take? That's what I thought they would all take. Anyway, hope y'all enjoyed this chapter! The next one should be up in a little while!

Love you all and I hope y'all are staying as safe as you can!

Keep Writing and Reading,
