While Catalyst sped into the forest, Resolve heard the engine and woke up. He peeked outside to see the sudan heading into the forest.
"What are you doing Catalyst?" asked Resolve. He jumped from his bed, went to Catalyst's room and jumped out the window. He realized there was only 1 car so he would have to run to the forest. Resolve sighed and decided to follow her.
Meanwhile Catalysts was getting deeper into the forest. She felt the emerald's strength getting stronger and put her foot to the floor. The car sped through the forest. She then saw a red glow and stepped on the brakes. She got out of the car and saw the emerald. She looked left and right. She ran for the emerald and tried to grab it only to be stopped by a laser go right by her. She looked to the right to see a man in a kitsune mask holding a red pistol. This man was Drift.
"Drift? What are you doing here?" asked Catalyst
"Well sis I'm just doing my duty and taking the emeralds." Drift replied. Catalyst stood there for a moment. Then she darted to the right and shot chaos energy out of her hands at Drift. Drift easily dodged and shot a laser right into Catalyst's arm. She fell to the ground and held her arm. Drift picked up the emerald.
"Tsk tsk tsk Catalyst. Even now you are still an idiot." Drift said. "Now to finally get rid of you for good." he pointed the gun at Catalyst. He was about to pull the trigger when...
"MUDA!" a voice cried as a hook slammed into Drift's face. Drift was flung into a tree and fell to the ground. He looked up to see Resolve standing there with his hook glowing.
"Alright Drift, I always knew you were a bad person. But you got a lot of explaining bud. Why were you with B.B and why are you here?" said Resolve
Drift chucked. "I might as well tell you." he said. "After I was killed in that car I ended up here. I got a home, tech, and all sorts of stuff to kill the 4 of you with. Catalyst has always been in my way from ending all of life as we know it and I I won't let some pirate looking fuckhead get in my way."
"And what about B.B?" asked Resolve
"I plantes a bomb on her that will set off right about... now."
Meanwhile in the fortnite world B.B was driving the bus for the next game. She heard a beeping on her shoulder and the entire bus exploded and crashed into the ocean.
Drift checked his watch. It stated: TARGET KILLED. "It would seem that the bomb did it's task and killed her." he said.
"What the fuck is wrong with you?!" yelled Resolve
"Nothing, I just simply want to end all of the organisms here and create my own. It's simple really, first I will try and bu-" he was stopped a hook forced right into his face. Resolve tossed him up.and cotinued to punch him yelling: "MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA!" he threw one final punch and forced Drift into the ground. Resolve grabbed the emerald and yelled to Catalyst: "We have to go! Get to the car!"
Drift started to get up and turned his pistol into a sniper. Resolve grabbed Catalyst's hand and they ran to the car. Catalyst got into the driver's seat while Resolve went into the passenger. Resolve pulled out a green rifle and set the emerald onto the car floor.
"Alright Catalyst I want you to go as fast as you can and I'll try and snipe this bastard in the head." said Resolve. Catalyst nodded and pulled the car into reverse. She backed up and put the car into drive. She put pressure onto the gas pedal and the car sped off. Resolve peeked out the window. He scoped in to see Drift doing the same. They both shot and missed each other. Resolve reloaded.
"Imma need you to move the car so it makes it harder for him to hit me." said Resolve. Catalyst nodded and turned the car left and right so the car was swirving. Drift and Resolve reloaded and scoped in. They both missed their shots but Drift instead hit one of the back tires.
"Oh shit Catalyst we gotta go before he destroys the car completely." said Resolve. Catalyst looked at Resolve nerveously then looked back at the open field. She put her sneaker to the floor and the car sped up. Resolve charged up his hook and filled up the snipe with chaos energy. He scoped in and Resolve and Drift fired. Drift hit the other back tire and the car started to slow down. However Resolve's chaos energy made the bullet so accurate it went right between Drift's eyes.
"Got him!" Resolve shouted
Catalyst slammed the breaks and looked back to see Drift dead on the ground.
"Thank god that's over." she said. She slammed the gas and the car headed to the house as the sun rose.
Meanwhile where Drift laid his faced turned into a kitsune just like Catalyst's. He got up and found a pond. He looked into it and saw his face.
"You complete dumbass..." he said. "You may of gotten the emerald but now I have powers far greater then all of you! You just sealed your fate." Drift walked back to his home as the sun rose.
