Catalyst continued to drive with Tails in the passenger seat. She slammed the breaks and looked at Tails.

"I just sensed it. There's only 1 form left. But they're badly hurt!" said Catalyst

"Where are they?" asked Tails

"In the city!"

"Let me see where." Tails pulled out a drone and it flew out the window into the sky. He pulled out his miles electric and flew the drone to the city. He searched behind buildings, cars, and inside homes. He went to the statue and found Sonic laying there. "Catalyst it's Sonic and he's unconscious at the statue!"

Catalyst looked at Tails nerveously and floored the gas. The car sped into the city and they eventually found Sonic. They both got out of the car and ran up to him. Tails checked his pulse and breathing.

"Phew, he's still alive." said Tails

"So then what about Resolve." asked Catalyst. "You don't think he died right?"

"Trust me, Resolve is probably fine. Here we'll take Sonic to the house and when he wakes up, we'll ask him."

The 2 put Sonic in the back seat. They both got in and Catalyst drove the car off to their house.

Meanwhile, Resolve was sprinting towards the city. Once he arrived he hid behind a building to see what was going on. He noticed a lot of demons around and had no clue what to do. He looked to see a giant business labeled I.M.P.

"The fuck is an I.M.P?" asked Resolve to himself. He then noticed a portal open. He saw 3 demons jump onto it. He knew this was his only chance. He ran towards the portal and jumped right through. He then saw the 3 run off.

"Wait a second... it's them!" said Resolve to himself. He hid behind a bush to see the 3 standing at a house. It was a quiet neighborhood and no one was outside. The 3 blew open the door but an arm grabbed them and dragged them inside. Resovle went around the back and into the window and saw the 3 tied up to a pole and a bear with a shotgun.

"You know, you don't look menacing at all. More adorable." said Resolve

"I'll kick your ass." said the bear. He pulled the trigger but then Resolve shouted, "CHAOS PAUSE! STOP TIME!" everything went still. Only Resolve could move. "Heh, no one knew I had this ability." Resolve charged up his hook and chopped off the bear's head. He went to the side to avoid the bullets and said "Time continues to flow."Everything moved again and the bear fell to the ground, decapitated. Resolve untied the 3 and said "Anyone know where so transportation is?" One of them pointed to a motorcycle right outside. "Cool thanks. Keep up the work Blitzo."

"Wait how the hell do you know my name?" asked the tall one.

"Remember that crocodile that everyone liked? And how his limbs were cut off? That was me."

"Resolve? The fuck are you doing here."

"Getting the hell out of here!" he got on the motorcycle and sped off. Once he reached the statue in the city he looked for Sonic but no one was there. No emerald. No Drift. No Sonic. He got back on the motorcycle but was knocked off instantly by a metal fist. He turned to see hundreds of robots with stretchy fists ready to kill him.

"Wow so Drift really can build. No matter." he said. He jumped up and shot 2 chaos bullets at 2 robots destroying them both. He stabbed his hook into 3 and swung them and destroyed a few more. He then slammed his hook onto the ground and a shockwave of energy rumbled on the ground lifting up every robot. He looked up and said "May chaos bring hell to you Drift." then all the robots exploded. He looked around to see robots broken and burned. A drone flew in with a familiar face.

"Wow you really kicked their asses huh?" said Drift as his camera was inside the drone. "I guess you really are something. Well I still have the emerald."

"Yeah and it'll be mine in 22 hours 33 minutes and 47 seconds. Watch."

"Heh, we'll see." said Drift. The drone turned off and exploded in front of him. Resolve sighed and got back on the motorcycle and went to the house. He heard a strange buzzing noise and saw a women with a bunch of robots stare at him. She had on a black cap and black face mask, a black shirt with shoulder pads, black pants and white sneakers. She also had a pink laser rifle on her. Resolve ignored her and continued to go to the house. He then heard an engine behind him and the girl was driving right towards him with the robots chasing as well. "Oh give me a break" Resolve yelled.

Meanwhile Catalyst and Tails were near the house and Sonic was starting to wake up. She saw the house and stepped on the brakes. The car stopped and Sonic finally woke up.

"Sonic are you alright?" asked Catalyst.

"Huh? Yeah. What's wrong?" asked Sonic

"Where is Resolve?"

"Resolve... oh shit! We found Drift when getting the emerald. He sent him down a pit and then knocked me out. He probably has the emerald now and I have no clue where Resolve is!"

"We'll wait 24 hours. If he doesn't come back we'll search for him." said Tails. The 3 went inside and could only hope Resolve was alright.
