A/N: please know there is not going to be any incest in this story, it is only a sibling relationship between tatsuya and miyuki. Pairing might end up as a group because I like a few different pairings of this Anime/Light novel. There will be deviations in the story, it won't happen all the same as cannon
Tatsuya stood in front of his new high school, he and Miyuki were walking to the school grounds' central quad when something caught his eye. Miyuki turns and looks in the direction Tatsuya was looking. " Brother is everything ok?" She says as all she sees is a girl around their age walking towards them.
Tatsuya decided to look back to his sister at about this moment. "Everything is fine Miyuki. I thought i knew the person that was walking this way but now that she is closer she is no one that i recognize." Tatsuya continued walking to a bench nearby. He sat down just as the young lady he had seen before approached Miyuki. Miyuki turns to the new arrival,"Hello my name is Miyuki, can I help you with something?" Now that the other student had gotten beside Miyuki she could tell that she was an older student. "Yes my name is Mayumi, I am the student council president. I came to ask you Ms. Shiba to report to the auditorium to prepare for the entrance ceremony." Miyuki looks at Mayumi and then to Tatsuya. "Well i guess i better get over there before the ceremony starts or else there will be some upset people." Tatsuya nods to Miyuki before she starts heading to the auditorium.
Mayumi stands off to the side while the siblings conversed. She looked at Tatsuya and Miyuki thinking to herself 'So these are the top students of this year, Tatsuya in theory and Miyuki in practical. It's a shame Tatsuya didn't score better on the practical. He would've been in course 1.' Tatsuya looked at Mayumi "Are you ok madam president? You've been looking at me even though Miyuki has already headed to the auditorium" Mayumi shakes her head clearing away all thoughts "Oh yes I am fine, just thinking about the fact that you scored almost perfect on the entrance theory portion but you barely scraped entry into this school with your practical." Tatsuya looks at her and thinks about what she said "yes you're correct, but the practical tests are imperfect as to the actual abilities of certain magicians." Mayumi stands there dumbfounded as this is what she feels as well, and add into the mix the favorite insult of shallow insecure course 1 students towards the course 2 students. Tatsuya stands up looking at his phone " well i think its time to head into the auditorium" he turns to Mayumi" Madam president if you will excuse me." Mayumi just nods as Tatsuya waks to the auditorium.
Tatsuya walks into the auditorium and tries to find a seat but has to sit in the balcony, he walks down an aisle and sees a seat open between a redhead and a girl with glasses. He walks up to the row and looks at the girls, "Is that seat open?" Tatsuya asks standing next to the girl with glasses. The redhead looks at Tatsuya, "yeah that seat is open I don't mind you sitting there. What about you Mizuki?" The girl with glasses glances at the other girl and then at Tatsuya,"I don't have a problem with you sitting there." Tatsuya goes between the two and introduces himself. " I am Tatsuya Shiba course 2 student, nice to meet you both." Mizuki looks at Tatsuya," Well as you heard I am Mizuki Shibata I am also a course 2 student." The redhead looks at Tatsuya," I am Erika Chiba, I am a course 2 student as well."
After they finish their introductions to each other the entrance ceremony starts, Mayumi comes out on stage to start the ceremony. Half an hour later Mayumi introduces Miyuki to the school as the new class representative " Now a few words from the Incoming first year representative, Miyuki please come up here." Miyuki walks up on stage with everyone watching her graceful approach to the podium with Mayumi. Whispering can be heard throughout the hall. "Wow look at how beautiful she is, do you think i have a shot?" Miyuki looks around and starts her speech, it lasts about 10 minutes.
After the entrance ceremony Miyuki walks up to her brother to discuss her speech, " How did i do, hopefully I didn't embarrass myself too much." Erika and Mizuki look at Miyuki and Tatsuya. " Wait, you're siblings?" Both ask looking between Tatsuya and Miyuki. "Yes she is my sister, i am the older sibling but not by much which is why we're in the same year." Tatsuya answers their question, just then they hear a throat clear behind them. It's a group of five course 1 students that wanted to talk to Miyuki before they headed for their home room. "Why are you asking a group of weeds about your speech when they just barely got into this school?" Morisaki asks with a sneer looking at Tatsuya and his coursemates. "Because my older brother is the one who helped me with writing my speech and helped me to get ready for the entrance ceremony." Miyuki says as she looks at Morisaki glaring at him for the disrespect he had the nerve to show Tatsuya.
While this was going on, two more course 2 students walked over and talked to Erika and Mizuki. "Whats going on here Erika?" Leo asks as he walks up to the group. "Oh the usual course 1 disrespecting the course 2 students." Leo glances at Miyuki and Tatsuya, and then turns his attention to the antagonist students. "Why are you so dead set on keeping Miyuki from talking to her brother, let alone that she is trying to better herself?" Morisaki sneers at Leo, "Know your place weed you have no right to talk to someone as powerful as I am." Leo clenches his fist and stares at the pompous idiot that is instigating this fight. "You call yourself powerful and act all high, well news flash bub you're not as all powerful as you think you are." Morisaki gets flushed with anger as he looks at Leo who isn't taking him seriously.
He pulls out his gun shaped cad and points it at Leo and starts preparing to fire a spell. The two girls of the group look at each other and the brunette decides she needs to stop this or it will get out of hand quickly. Tatsuya looks at the activation code of both her spell and Morisaki's spell. Just then both spells were canceled out by Mayumi and another girl that came running over when they saw CADs drawn. "What is going on here? I am Mari Watanabe head of the disciplinary committee, and anyone found in violation will face severe punishment." Tatsuya walks up to Mari, "Ms Watanabe My sister came to ask me for a critique of her speech when he and the two other young men became verbally aggressive towards my group and myself. The girl over there was just casting a flash spell to try and stop the fight from escalating." Mari looks at Tatsuya," And how do you know she was going to do that?" she asks as Tatsuya goes to answer. " Tatsuya looks at Mari then thinks how to explain it. "I read the activation code of the spells, hers was nonlethal just to try and stop the fight and his" Tatsuya says pointing directly at Morisaki "His was meant to be damaging towards my group." Morisaki's face goes pale as he hears Tatsuya describe his spell to Mari.
Morisaki's stomach drops knowing he is barely one day into the year and he is already in deep trouble. He thought back to the rules, and the biggest rule is no duels outside training rooms. And even then you can not kill or seriously injure your opponent. Mari looks at Tatsuya then at Morisaki, "What are your names?" Tatsuya answers first," My name is Tatsuya Shiba, and my younger sister Miyuki is over there." He says pointing to himself then to Miyuki. Morisaki looks down before answering, "My name is Shun Morisaki." Mari looks at the Shiba Siblings, "Miyuki i think Mayumi wants you to stop by the council office, Mr Shiba i want you to some along as well. I want to discuss something in front of the Student council members." Tatsuya nods then Mari turns to Morisaki "you are being suspended for 3 days. If you would've gotten that spell off you would've gotten expelled so be thankful."
