Athena, Bobby and Eddie were seated in the living room, Bobby and Athena on the couch along with Eddie in a comfortable chair opposite them, so that they were all able to see each other while trying to come up with a plan for the search. Athena had already phoned the LAPD, letting them know to be on the lookout for Buck and given them a description to go by. It was mostly Eddie and Athena who were making plans, for the most part Bobby was just quietly staring out into space seeming lost in his own thoughts.

"Bobby?" Athena asked, a little concerned. It was about the fifth time she had called his name, trying to get his attention, without him answering. Athena put a hand on his shoulder, which caught his attention and made him jump a little, startled by the sudden contact, but calmed down as soon as he saw who the hand belonged to.

"Sorry love, guess my mind was a little preoccupied there" he gave her a small smile, but she could see the pain and guilt still lodged in his eyes.

"That's okay. We were just telling you the plan we came up with, getting a little worried when you didn't answer" she smiled at him, giving his shoulder a small reassuring squeeze before letting go and standing up.

"Okay so I'll canvass the surrounding area, hopefully he haven't wondered to far, and if it's okay with you…" she looked at Bobby a little concerned, but continued when he sent her back a small reassuring smile urging her to continue; "If it's okay with you, I think that you should stay here in case Buck comes back, while Eddie go to some of the places where Buck might have run of to?" she looked at Bobby, a little worried he might object to this plan, but he just nodded, a look of pure sadness and pain washing over his face before he collected himself.

"I will call Chimney, to let him and Maddie know what has happened" he smiled sadly, and whispered so low that it obviously wasn't meant for Athena and Eddie to hear; "Praying to God you find him somehow okay. I can't lose another kid".

"You won't Cap" Eddie said, silently praying that he would be able to keep that promise.

Eddie and Athena had just left to go search. Bobby straightened up a little on Eddie's couch and pulled out his phone, taking a deep breath and mentally preparing himself for the call he now had to make. He found Chimney's number rather quickly, pausing for a moment to gather up the strength, and pushed the dial button; It only rang twice before getting picked up by a groggy Chimney who had obviously just awoken.

"Hey Cap. What's up?" Chimney asked, after checking who'd just called and woken him from a rather nice sleep next to Maddie. They had been up rather late last night, since Maddie had been rather upset about the whole situation with Buck, even after Eddie had sent them the photo of the sleeping Buck nicely snuggled up on Eddie's couch.

"Hey Chimney. Sorry to have awoken you, but it seems we may have a situation that I felt needed to be brought to you and Maddie's attention" Bobby answered; Wanting to get straight to the point without alarming the happy couple too much, and failing miserably at this.

"What happened? Is Buck okay?" Chimney answered, alarmed and suddenly very much awake, already halfway out of the bed looking for some clothes to wear, mentally kicking himself for not insisting he and Maddie had gone home with Eddie and Buck to make sure he really was okay. Maddie, who had been awoken by the alarming tone in Chimney's voice and his jumping out of bed, looked at him with horror and tears after hearing her brother's name.

"I'm afraid that we don't know for the time being, as we are having great difficulty in locating him. The LAPD has been notified, Eddie is searching places where Buck might have gone, while Athena is searching the neighbourhood surrounding Eddie's residency. I was tasked to stay at Eddie's house in case of Buck's return whilst the others were searching, and also took it upon me to fill in you and Maddie" Bobby answered. He always found that acting professionnel when laying out bad news, helped him to stay focused on what mattered without getting too mixed up in his emotions.

"We're on our way" Chimney said and then hung up the phone before he could muster up any interjections to this. He sighted and put his phone back in his pocket; What was he supposed to do now? And how could none of them have seen this coming? Was they all really that blind when it came to Buck, or was something else entirely going on?
