Hi! I'm so sorry I haven't updated in so long but I am now so on with the story!

Jason POV:

I regretted it. I regretted thinking Percy had an easy life. I regretted feeling jealous that Thalia was closer to him. All of it. Annabeth opened her mouth to grill Percy but a note fluttered down.

Dear Heroes, mortals, and god,

Please do not interrogate Percy until you have seen this memory. It will make sense soon.

Hera

Annabeth shot Percy a look that said quite clearly, 'This is not over.'

Percy was sulking in an aquarium. His class was excitedly talking to each other, pointing out the fish. You could hear the fish begging Percy to free them. The tour guide asked Percy to push the lever to open up the top. Percy shrugged and pushed the wrong one. The class was flooded. The teacher spit out water. "Perseus Jackson! You are expelled!"

Everyone laughed. Even Percy managed a faint smile.

The scene changed. Percy was sitting in his room.

The real Percy's eyes grew wide.

He had a mirror. He studied his reflection. He wordlessly shook his head. He smashed the mirror. It broke. Percy picked up a shard and paused putting it over his wrist. He hesitated before firmly pushing down. Blood gushed out of his wounds. He sighed in relief before throwing his head back. He looked at his wrist.

Before we had time to say anything, the next clip started.

Percy was writing something. He paused before sneaking into Gabe's room. He grabbed a gun.

"Please tell me you aren't going to do what I think you're going to do." Piper whispered.

Percy pulled it to his head. He didn't even blink. He pressed the trigger. The last thing we saw on the screen was Gabe barging in, looking shocked before rolling his eyes and the screen went black.

Everyone sat in stunned silence. Sally was silently sobbing into a handkerchief. Poseidon looked troubled. Annabeth had a few tears rolling down her face. Leo was perfectly still.

Annabeth looked at Percy. "Why?"

There we go! I think the next chapter should come out soon. Anyway, it's midnight here so I got to go to bed. See ya later!
