Supernatural Alternate Ending:
(Story Only)
"Chuck's Final Chapter"
Chuck turned away, but smiled wryly as the Winchesters' got their last look at him. He chuckled inside, for he knew what they did not know.
Had they really beaten him so easily? And was he now in fact a mortal. The short answer was kinda. But it was all part of the plan.
Chuck walks to, and takes refuge in a church. He stays there for 3 weeks, using his extensive knowledge of biblical events, as a way to fit in. He rests and plots during this time, and also goes along with the pastor for hospital visits of dying parishioners.
He eventually makes his way, to an ancient Angel safe house. There he continues writing Supernatural books to pass the time. As the writer and creator of all, Chuck begins to tap his memory banks. He still has an extensive knowledge of witch spells, on par with Rowena, though he hasn't been a fan of using them. However, desperate times, call for desperate measures.
In a flashback to the moment Jack takes Chucks power, it is now revealed that Chuck in fact, foresaw, and allowed this to occur.
He did this for 2 reasons. The first is that Chuck comes with a virtual supercharger. And though he appears empty, he was drained of 99% of his juice, having stored 1% in a secret location. Though he believed he would eventually recharge even from nothing, he kept the extra juice, just in case.
The other reason he let Jack take his power, was he knew over time, it would become toxic to the human side of Jack's body since it wasn't a vessel in his case. Further, Amara not totally gone, lays dormant in Jack, waiting for the day when a sign will come.
Chuck returns to the secret location, and retrieves the small amount of stored juice. He knows it would take years, even with his supercharger to return to normal. In the meantime, he uses some spells and potions to stay safe. But he is also able to make great use of his hospital visits. In the near month of doing so, he is able to absorb 12 dying souls to add to his power. Chuck soon has enough power to travel further distances, and retrieves over 100 (dying) souls. This transfer causes his supercharger to swing into full gear.
In a short time, Chuck has regained enough power to be able to exceed the level of all angels. With this, Chuck departs Earth for a visit to Hell. While there, he restores Rowena to life, and returns her to the surface, albeit with a temporary loss of memory. His next step is to wipe out all demons. With that many demons going to the empty, it overwhelms both reapers, and the empty himself. In the confusion, Chuck pulls both Castiel and Crowley back to Earth.
It is at this point that Chuck explains his entire plan to both of them. He tells them they were his best Angel and the purest hearted of the demons. Finally he makes Crowley an Angel, and sends him to heaven with the knowledge he'll reunite with Rowena when her time on Earth is over.
Chuck now focuses on Castiel. He tells him he will live out a full life on earth, as a human and will be an actual father to Jack. He informs him he meant no actual harm to Jack, and that he was always going to make things right. He also reminds Cass of Abraham and Isaac, and says it's a similar situation. Finally, he tells Cass, that Jack will die if they don't get to him soon.
Standing together, Castiel calls Jack to him. Jack gets there, but is a mess of colored lights. Chuck tells him the purpose of this was to let him see what having infinite power is like, and that he has handled it admirably. Chuck adds that the darkness will soon cause him to go supernova, similar to what happened to Cass, and Jack tries, but fails to eject it. Chuck calls Amara, and she returns to her vessel. Chuck sees Jack is still in pain, and heals him. Chucks final act is to snap his fingers, and make Jack a full human. He tells him that he will live with Cass as humans for the course of a normal life, but will return to heaven as Archangels. Finally, Chuck resurrects Michael, and splits his connection with Adam, giving him back his life.
Now satisfied with the end to the story, Chuck resets things, and the Winchesters are returned to the night Mary died. This time Azazel doesn't come. In this new world, all of the monsters are gone. Dean awakes and tells his parents of a very long and vivid dream he has had, that of an older hunter who kills monsters with his brother. Dean continues to possess the knowledge from the dream memory, and uses it to his advantage while growing up. The scene of an older Dean now fades, but there is a faint hint of him with his wife. It's not clear if it's Lisa or Jo.
