Manton aimed his gun at the Doctor in a Headless Monk robe. "Doctor, you will come with me, right now!"

The Doctor turned and smiled at him. "Three minutes, forty seconds. Amelia Pond! Get your coat!" The Doctor flipped his hood back on just as the lights went out. He jumped and pumped his arms hard, flying away as fast as he could.

"Danny Boy to the Doctor," a pilot said over the radio, "Danny Boy to the Doctor."

"Give 'em heck, Danny Boy!" the Doctor said. He floated into the air and set his feet. He spread his fingers and flapped his arms, shooting off into the air. He spread his arms wide, flying in circles happily, pretending to be a plane.

"Oh, Doctor," Kovarian said on the screen, "Fooling you once was a joy . . . but fooling you twice, the same way, it's a privilege."

The Doctor realized the truth with horror. "Amy . . . ." His feet floated off the ground. "Amy!" He shot from the room, his imaginary rocket shoes at full blast. He rocketed through the facility, spreading his arms and fingers when he needed to make a sharp turn fast. "Amy!" he called in desperation, "Amy!" He flew toward a locked door and straightened himself, spreading his arms and fingers to slow down. He dropped to the ground and stumbled forward. "Amy!" He whipped out the sonic screwdriver and buzzed it at the door. "Amy, she's not real! Melody, she's a Flesh avatar!" He pounded on the door. "Amy!"

The door finally opened and the Doctor flew in. "Amy!" He stopped, seeing the destruction and death all around him. He floated to the ground, horrified. "Amy."
