"well if that isn't a kick in the skirt I don't know what is" says Alexis
"wait what, it is you, wha… how" says Tori confused
"call it a surprise awakening, after what my dad did to you my mom got divorced and hid me, she was scared dancy pants" says Alexis
"oh my god I haven't heard that nickname in forever, so what grade are you in" says Tori as she hugs Alexis
"eight, also I'm stupid rich now, I bought out the entire set of apartment buildings" says Alexis
"does that mean we're rent free now" asks Cat
"well no but I bought out the struggling company that provided maintenance and owned the buildings, they owed a hundo grand to the school and I or er my mom agreed to pay it if they agreed to transfer ownership of the buildings to us, they readily agreed" says Alexis
"so the rent thing is it lower or higher" asks Zoey
"that depends on income, we maxed it out at thirty percent of income" says Alexis
"so a max of twelve hundo in our case" says Nicole
"you guys make four grand a month, how in the world do you do that" asks Alexis dumbfounded
"it varies but our baking is really selling" says Cat
"we're getting more right now because of Tori recovering and as you know we aren't asking for it" says Lola as she walks down the ladder

"he said something about rape and how people should get over it, now for the record that wasn't like him at all, he's normally very quiet and reserved, he later apologized saying he shouldn't have said it at all and it was meant as more a stand-up form thing, he really wants to be a comedian but testing jokes like that is the last thing you should do around Jade" says Cat
"what happened" asks Alexis really concerned
"I was kidnapped when I was four, was missing for nearly four months, I don't take kindly to rape or kidnap jokes, no matter how lighthearted the joke is, there are just some things you don't joke about" says Jade
"ya it was a really dark time for you huh Jadey" asks Tori cutely
"can we please change the subject" says Jade cuddling into Tori on the couch

"I'm up to five hours, of which I'm still in now, I waited till noon to take it off, since I nearly forgot to put it on last night, at this point I'll take two months off if it takes that long, I'm doing great in my classes, the teachers actually said that if I do better secluded they'd have no problem sending homework, I told them we will have to see, I said I want to return to class but that if I get too distracted I'd take them up on their offer" says Tori
"ahh the detail is a lot to take in huh" says Lola
"considering I'd lived most of my life basically half blind ya the details are nearly pushing my limits on my ability to concentrate, but I can finally see how beautifully soft your hair is sis, I was so lucky for that short amount of time" says Tori
"we both knew it wasn't forever sis, even if we didn't know it was wrong to love each other at the time, we always knew it wasn't gonna last, we're too competitive, we'd have never made it past a year" says Lola
"uhhhh we were a thing for four years sis, we were never competitive when it came to love" says Tori
"crap ya that's right, when dad finally stopped us" says Lola
"ya he thought we were lying to him when he asked how long it had been going and we said four years" says Tori
"I mean he only learned about that recently when we had to tell him what uncle did to us, I completely forgot we told him four years" says Lola
"ya I mean uhhh ya let's not take this conversation further, so anyway with the eye info what's the possibility of me getting back to perfect by the end of the week" says Tori
"you won't make it this week, they said if it's under ten hours to give you another two weeks, stupid student council put me as your temp replacement, I don't get along with people" says Lola
"neither do I but I can't go to those meetings, I suggested Dana but they said it had to be blood so it ended up being you, the subject this week was bullying and while Dana may be the smooth talker you're definitely the more compassionate person, also they like you for heading up the science club" says Tori
"ugh why" asks Lola
"first of all the agreement with the last people was being a leader of a club or part of student council meant your rent was halved, on the premise that you also have a job that generates income" says Tori
"and my mom agreed to keep that agreement, as long as people have legitimate clubs….., I don't know how the club vetting works here but people have to have real clubs or sports teams, no fakesies for a rent cut" says Alexis
"trust me people have tried, student council catches them every time, we keep track of how money is spent and how it's spread amongst the clubs, I was actually caught up in a fake club scheme but ratted the members out, it's how I got a seat on the council, amorality eats at me, it used to be just one council but they couldn't keep up with all the student requests and stuff so it was split up, one council for each grade, each with their own budget, grade eight falls under my purview, grade nine council actually covers seven, eight and nine, so we have the biggest budget at like ten grand, and we've come under the past two years so I think they're planning some sort of big thing this year, I don't really know because they rarely talk to me" says Tori as Robbie knocks on the door
"uh hey Tori Vegas, I'm Robbie Shapiro, I was told Alexis Martinez was here" says Robbie
"come on in, what's up" asks Tori as Robbie walks in nervously
"well see I'm dating Quinny and she sent me over to ask Alexis out, we both really like her and Uhh if it was ok we'd like to take her out for dinner tonight" says Robbie nervously
"I'd love to Robbie but tonight's not good, is tomorrow ok" says Alexis
"that's my birthday" says Robbie nearly wazzing himself
"oh Uhh maybe next week is better then" asks Alexis
"you could just come out and say no" says Robbie
"why would I do that, I like you both" says Alexis as Robbie faints
"clearly he wasn't expecting that" chuckles Tori
"I'm basically a Vega, I couldn't do any less" chuckles Alexis as Robbie comes to
"did you actually say you like Quinn and I or was that a dream" asks Robbie
"it was no dream, I'm bi and open to dating more than one person, doesn't mean I expected my crushes to accept me in, I'm a grade eight girl" says Alexis
"so is Quinn, I made sure to get her parents approval before I asked her out, does your mom approve" says Robbie
"my dad did drugs while I was growing up so my mom would literally agree to anything if it meant it kept me from going down the same path, I'll text her and let her know, so anyway is Quinn allowed to live in the grade nine building or not" says Alexis as she texts her mom
"she has been allowed to live with me, why do you ask" says Robbie
"because I wanna as well" says Alexis
"don't you have your own room, I mean I do live just across the hallway from Tori but still, don't you want some privacy" says Robbie
"I do but people don't seem to like me, I want out of it but despite being rich I still need Tori's approval" says Alexis
"well Tori can she" asks Robbie
"you're on the council too Robbie, you could always go over my head and approve it" says Tori smiling
"I'm a stickler for the rules, you know that Tori, you're in command of the student body housing, I'm in charge of the performing arts clubs, I have no pull anyway" says Robbie
"yes she can, Lola is standing in for me and I've already put in a request for the higher grades to enforce anti-bullying rules, though I can deal with the eighth graders myself, they fear me, ok maybe that's not the best word for it but I have a Rep, all I have to do is walk in the door" says Tori
"no no I'll do it sis, no need for people to crap their pants today, Alexis go get your stuff and take it to Robbie's room" says Tori as Alexis squeals and goes to get her stuff
"since when are you so lax" asks Robbie
"for one she's family and two for the longest time I thought she was dead" says Tori
"the part about her dad doing drugs wasn't true was it" asks Robbie
"ya it's true, her dad basically blinded me with hot sauce when I was four because Alexis lost her perception of color" says Tori
"so she's blind" asks Robbie
"did you look at her eyes, no she's not blind, Lola, Alexis and I have sectoral heterochromia it's super rare, Alexis is the only one with dual split irises, mine is a lot less obvious just like Lola's but we all have it" says Tori
"I know it's super cool, kinda makes her look intimidating" says Robbie
"oh trust me she is, she was known for staring people down when we were little, she's a very bold girl, though she might be a lot different now, so why do you and Quinny like her anyway" says Tori
"Quinn is a science girl all the way, she's curious about the heterochromia thing but also Quinn said there was just something about Alexis that was different and she loved it, I don't really have a reason, Alexis is cute, tall and beautiful, do I need a better reason, how tall is she anyway" says Robbie
"Alexis might want a better reason but she might be good, as for height she's like five foot nine, she's really tall, it's any wonder why she gets bullied" says Tori
