I don't own Loud House, the show belongs to Chris Savino and Nickelodeon.

Story inspired by Sid and Marty Krotts Land of the Lost TV series.

The sun began to set by the time both groups came back to the boat; for Rita's group as they were making their way back with the water they had to stop as a herd of stegosaurs had blocked their path, they kept their distance as the herd walked by with the adults on the side while the young ones were situated in the middle of the herd for protection. The last of the herd finally walks by allowing the group to continue their walk to the boat, they passed by the pyramid thing with most of them curiously looking at it since they were really interested in it.

For Lynn's group they had been lucky not to run into that T. Rex again, or any carnivorous dinosaurs on their journey back to the boat. However Lynn Sr. got a bit jumpy whenever he heard a roar that called out from all around them. Lisa however was fascinated by everything she saw, this land is due for some research that Lisa is gladly looking forward to especially when studying the dinosaurs, she going to be the first scientist to study actual live ones, something that can provide great information for science.

Lana however really wanted to have a dinosaur as a pet despite her father's protest, she couldn't help it as all she could think about is how awesome it would be to have one. Lana can already imagine herself on the back of a brachiosaurus, join a pack of raptors, fly with a pterodactyl, or even tame that T. Rex. Now that would be a cool tale to tell her friends back home, if they get home that is.

Finally the boat came into view for both groups, they all get on the boat above them three quetzalcoatlus flew by, Rita's group were in utter shock when they caught sight of the giant carrot that Luan and Lynn set down on the floor.

"Dang that's one big carrot!" Luna exclaimed.

"This is definitely going to fill us up for tonight, good job guys." Rita complemented.

"Yeah, but honey your not going to believe what I'm about to say, but have you and the kids seen any dinosaurs?"

"Actually yes dear."

"You have?"

"Yeah dad, we were literally near some by the water hole." Lori said.

Lynn gasped in shock over what he just heard. "You went near those things!"

Rita pats her husband's shoulder gently, "Don't worry dear we kept a respectful distance, besides they were herbivores."

Lynn Jr. let's out a sarcastic laugh, "Oh sure you guys get the vegetarians while we get chased by a T-Rex!"

All of the eyes in Rita's group had widen in shock. "You got chased by a T-Rex!" Lincoln said.

Lynn nods in affirmative, "It chased us through the jungle and nearly ate Leni if Lana didn't shoved a branch in its mouth!"

Rita immediately went to her daughter's side giving her a hug. "Are you okay sweetie?"

Leni returns the hug. "Oh yes Mom, it was scary but luckily Lana saved me."

"Ah it was nothing." Lana waves it off while kicking away some dirt off the wood.

"Speaking of that T-Rex, I think finding a more suitable shelter is starting to sound like a better idea now." Lisa stated.

"Yeah being out in the open with a T-Rex around is definitely a bad idea." Lincoln agreed.

"I agree guys, I don't like being on this boat with that beast on the loose as much as you do, but if we start looking now it will be dark and I will not have my family out in this jungle at night." Lynn Sr. said firmly.

"Your father's got a point, going around in this jungle after dark is to risky. So we're going have to stay here for one night."

A loud roar rang out from the jungle causing all of them to jump up and looked over at where the roar came from. "I hope that T-Rex doesn't come." Lola quivers, the other Louds looked at the jungle uneasy.

Sunset settled on the land; on the boat Lynn Sr. is cooking a carrot stew on the stove that is miraculously still working. "Figures how you have a working stove, but not any oars Flip."

Rita enters the area, "Hey how's dinner going Lynn?"

Lynn turns to her with a smile, "Doing great honey, my Lynn carrot stew should be ready soon. How are the kids doing?"

"Their finding ways to entertain themselves."

Outside Lori, Lucy, and Lincoln had gathered some giant strawberries from a nearby bush, Lynn and Lana carried some wood that they either found on the floor or Lynn knocking down small trees with her butt, Lola and Lilly were watching Luan with a newly made Mr. Coconuts on a TV they made from sticks, Luna is providing with background music for Luan's show, Leni is tying fern leafs together to make a dress, and Lisa is studying a meganeura that is resting on a tree's bark.

"The wingspan is magnificent." Lisa wrote some things on her clipboard. The giant dragonfly gets off the tree and flew into the jungle. "The way it took off, oh that was fascinating."

Back on the boat Lynn stirred the soup, "That's good, though I am concerned about one thing."

"Is it about how were going to get home?"

Lynn nodded, "I don't know how we got here, but we got to find a way out as we clearly can't stay here."

"It's going to take awhile though."

"I know, but hopefully it wont be to long." Lynn looked down at the stew and smiled in delight. "Well the stew is ready, can you tell the kids that dinner is ready?"

"Sure honey."

The Louds sat around a fire outside the boat with the bowls of carrot stew in their laps, Luna swallows some of the stew down her throat. "This some good stew daddy-yo."

"Thanks Luna."

"And for dessert we can have those lovely strawberries that Lori, Lucy, and Lincoln picked out." Rita exclaimed.

"You know this land is really fascinating with the giant vegetables and fruit, along with the prehistoric life here." Lisa interjected.

"Why are there dinosaurs here anyway Lisa?" Lola asked.

Lisa rubbed her chin, "I don't know, I mean in all scientific standpoints there should be no dinosaurs left on this planet, unless you count birds as technically birds are direct descendants of dinosaurs. My only guess is that this land was somehow spared during the KT Extinction event."

Lincoln spoke up while looking up at the night sky. "I don't think we're on Earth anymore guys."

The other Louds looked at him in question. "Why do you say that son?" Lynn asked.

"Because there are three moons in the sky." Lincoln pointed out to the sky, they look up and what Lincoln said was true there were indeed three moons in the sky much to their shock, their were two big moons with a small one in the middle.

"This carrot stew is making me see things." Leni looked down at her stew.

"No Leni that is real." Lori correct with utter stunness heard in her voice.

"Mother of Einstein we are on another planet or more specifically another world." Lisa adjusted her glasses to look at the three moons in the sky more clearly.

"Another world! How did we end up here?" Luan said.

Lynn Sr. thought about the weird vortex he saw when they went down that whirlpool. "I think it happen when we went down the whirlpool, I remember going through this yellow vortex in the middle just before I blacked out."

"Yellow vortex?" His family asked altogether, in which Lynn nodded. "I think when we went through it, we must of traveled through time and space."

"So that means were stuck here forever!" Lola panicked; the whole family also began to panic over the thought of never getting home, not being able to see their friends or other family members such as Pop pop, aunt Shirley, even aunt Ruth again. What would happen to their pets especially Lana's? Are people going to assume they were dead? How are they going to survive in this dino-infested jungle?

Lynn lets out a loud whistle getting his family's attention. "Now calm down family if there's a way in here, there's has to be a way out of here."

"But how dad? Do we try to find another yellow vortex or something?" Lynn asked.

"I don't know Jr. But we got to find a way out of here." Her dad replied.

"Maybe that pyramid thing has the answer." Lori said.

"Pyramid thing?" Lana asked.

Lincoln nods, "We came across this pyramid thing while we were finding the water, and when Lola pushed a crystal inside it, it caused lighting, so we believe that it can control the weather."

"Poppycock, nothing can control the weather. Believe me I tried that once." Lisa interjected.

"Well this thing can dude." Luna replied.

"I'll believe it when I see it." Lisa takes another bite from her bowl.

The family ate up their stew while still discussing on how they were going to get home, unaware to all of them though they were being watched from the jungle by a small figure that is covered in brown hair. The hairy figure watched the family curiously as it tried to figure out what they were.

The family slept on the boat later that night, they had a good fire roaring outside the boat to keep them warm, nearby is a pile of the tops of the strawberries the family have eaten, the scent of them has attracted four dryosaurs; the four small dinosaurs came out of the jungle then stopped to sniff the scent of the sweet strawberries.

They rush over to the pile and began to eat on the left over strawberries in a bird like fashion, one of them picks up a piece of strawberry in both his hands, then runs to the boat where he jumped up onto the boat's ledge and started to eat the piece of berry oblivious to the sleeping family behind him that were dreaming of home.
