"Lynn!"
"You out here?"
"Are you under here?"
"Maybe she went this way."
"No this way."
The Louds walked through the jungle searching for their sister/daughter, when Lisa told them about what happen to her as expected they became extremely worried and a little mad for Lynn's reckless idea on jogging in this dangerous place, you better believe that Lynn Sr. and Rita were going to give her a strong scolding for this, currently they had been following her tracks they had just passed some rocks that Lynn had jumped on earlier.
Lisa leans down to examine the tracks, "She definitely came this way, and judging by the foot impressions she got back up after doing a somersault."
"You think will find her?" Leni asked in worry.
"I'm sure we'll find her soon." Lori reassured.
"I can't believe Lynn would do something so reckless." Luan stated.
"Eh it's Lynn, she's always reckless." Lola remarked which all of them agreed with "yeah" and "that's true."
"Jr. is definitely going to be punished when we find her."
"I agree Lynn, but how are we going to punish her exactly? It's not like we have anything that we would normally punish our kids here." Rita asked in which Lynn could only shrugged. "I don't know yet honey, but will think of something."
Inside the dark tunnels of the old temple Lynn slowly walked through them looking at the old wooden beams supporting the ceiling, Lynn touched one and rubbed it slowly feeling how old it was, she removed her hand from it then continued to walk down the tunnel.
Lynn then came across a another tunnel opening that was extremely dark, Lynn looked at it curiously. "I wonder what's in there?" Lynn looked in the tunnel but couldn't see much due to it being so dark. "Oh well might as well not find out because I am not going in there, I mean only an idiot would go into some very dark unknown tunnel."
Lynn walked past the tunnel opening letting out a laugh. Shortly after she left a tall reptilian thing walking on two legs stepped out of the tunnel, the creature is taller than Lynn Sr., had two black eyes, a horn on top of the head, covered in green scales, yellow chest, had a belt around it's waists with arrows and a crossbow attached, it had two toe claws and brown back which ends into a pointy tail.
The reptilian creature let's out hisses as it looked in the direction that Lynn went.
Lana sniffs the tracks by the river that ended with a implant. ""Lynn came here and then sat here for a while before moving on."
"You got that from the tracks?" Lola asked which Lana nods in affirmative. "That and the butt shape imprint on the ground."
"So where she go?" Lori asked.
Lana points to some more tracks leading away, the Louds fallowed them where most of them came to the conclusion that Lynn must've gotten lost since they had followed the tracks in random directions, I say most of them because Leni just thought that Lynn was taking a shortcut back to the cave. Eventually they were walking through the dark part of the jungle, each of them looked around in fear except for Lucy of course who just had a smile on her face; they passed the weird color chicken giving it a double look as they passed it, finally they came to the lighter side of the jungle, they were just about to step out when they saw the therizinosaurus sleeping next to her nest.
Lisa adjusted her glasses while letting out a fascinated gasp. "A therizinosaurus one of the most strangest dinosaurs that lived, is bipedal with visible three long claws on each hand that is most likely use both as a defense and a way to get food."
"It doesn't eat people does it?" Leni asked.
Lisa shook her head. "It's mostly a herbivore, but it's best we keep our distance as it is most likely very aggressive and it is has a nest."
"Oh no and Lynn came through here." Lincoln panicked.
"Okay, upon coming out here the protective mother must've charged, knowing Lynn she got out of here." Lisa points to a couple flatten bushes. "Through there."
"Okay, everyone stay quiet we don't need to have a angry mother after us." Lynn instructed, then he along with his family quietly got out of the area and came to the large rock, Lisa went behind it and pointed out more of Lynn's tracks along with another set of footprints.
"What are those? "Luna asked.
"Deinonychus tracks."
The family looked at her in question, Lisa lets out a sigh. "Raptors." Now all of them gasped in fright, they knew about raptors, they knew that they were smart, fast, vicious, and hunted in packs, more worried filled them upon knowing that Lynn had to deal with those beasts.
"Woah! This place is lit!"
Lynn had entered a room that had crystals of various colors on the walls and some table with smaller crystals in it. Lynn was very impressed by the room as she walked over to the table, she looked down at the various crystals.
"Huh, I wonder why these crystals are arranged like this? " Lynn looked at the crystals some more, but not knowing what it meant she turns away from it, she notices another tunnel opening and goes to it.
Lynn was about to go in in when another reptilian creature walked into view from the other side, it notices her and hisses threateningly as it stepped into the room, Lynn lets out a short Yelp at the sight of this reptilian creature then she quickly gets into Kung Fu stance while backing away from the approaching creature. "Stay back! I have a black belt and I will use my skills on you creep!"
The reptilian creature hisses in response raising it's arms up to grab her, Lynn got ready to do a jump kick when another reptilian creature came up from behind her and grabbed her around the midsection lifting her up with ease, she struggles as it carried her away into the tunnel while being escorted by the other one.
"Whoa dudes." Luna exclaimed as her and her family looked down at the dead raptor that had deep slashes on it. "Must've ran into the therizinosaurus and attacked it, which was a grave mistake." Lisa explained.
"Look at those pretty red feathers." Leni said.
"Who cares about the feathers, where is Lynn?" Lola retorted.
Lisa looked around the area for any tracks that weren't from the raptors or the therizinosaurus, finally she spots Lynn's tracks on their Eastside. "This way." Again they followed the tracks through the jungle until they came across the crevasse where they stopped at the rock bridge, Luan lets out a whistle as she looks down the crevasse.
"Lynn just had to cross this didn't see." Lola complained.
"Yeah I don't want to cross this rock." Lori stated. "Because if we did, we could fall to our deaths." Lucy said.
"Thanks for giving me that thought Lucy." Lola sarcastically remarked.
"Guys relax, if we go one at a time we'll be fine." Lincoln stated. Lisa nods in agreement. "Older brother is right, going one at a time would definitely be safer than going all together." So at one at a time the family crossed the rock bridge, when Lola the last one crossed they continued on their way.
The jungle on this side seemed a bit thicker than the one they came from, they eventually came to a area with two pillers among a misty floor. "Boy this place is kind of spooky." Lola said. "But look at these pillars, they're really old." Lana remarked as she rubbed one with her hands.
"Hey dudes look at this."
The family looked to a Piller Luna is looking at, to their surprise they saw a message written on it that said. 'Beware of Sleekstak!'
"Who wrote this?" Leni asked.
"Is there someone else here?" Lori also asked.
"I think the bigger question is, what is a Sleestak? "Lincoln remarked.
"I have no idea, but whatever it is, it's dangerous so we better keep a watchful eye out for whatever a Sleekstak is." Lynn Sr. stated.
"Wait how are we going to keep a watchful eye if we don't even know what it is?"
"I don't know son, but keep an eye out anyway."
"So where do we go now?" Leni question, Lynn as well as the rest of the family looked around the jungle for any sense of direction.
"Guess will have to find out." Rita replied.
Lynn was sat down on the floor with her hands tied behind her back, she is in a large room with a mist filled pit beside her, the reptilian creatures which consistent of three stood around her hissing while doing some kind of dance.
Lynn struggled against her restraints but they tied her good. "You better let me go lizard breaths, or I'll make frog legs out of you!"
They ignore her continuing on their weird dance instead, the only response that Lynn got was a deep roar that came from the pit. "Aw man they're going to feed me to that whatever it is. I'm so stupid! Why did I jog so far? Why did I cross that crevasse? Man I hope my family can some how safe me from this predicament!"
Another low roar came out from the pit which shook Lynn to the bones.
