5 years, it had been 5 years since Jeff had disappeared from the face of the world of Earthland, no one no matter how good they were at searching they could never find him, the guild even with Natsu was down for some time as they got back on their feet bit by bit though those who caused the problem felt much more terrible by what they had done; meanwhile Jeff had learnt a lot about his father's side though he was never able to meet him physically, he was able to increase his knowledge of his species and magic, training his physical self as well as his demonic traits before learning the way of the blade from a very powerful swordsman, though he was next in line to rule, he didn't want to accept the throne, especially an eternal kingdom of pain and suffering, within 3 years he'd completed his training.
Finishing his training, he'd gone on to be a mercenary and even gave to a town of very poor people every month when it was possible, though he had also gone on an adventure with a pirate crew that sailed around the world, making a name for himself with the crew and made it to the final stop of their adventures where they were declared the most dangerous and successful crew in the world though the news didn't get to Fiore seeing as the Marines couldn't even come close to finding them on their radar.
Present day…….
A dark skinned male around 6'1" in height, 180lbs in weight, with light blonde hair, gold eyes, a nice muscular physique, wearing a red shirt, black ripped jeans, black and white shoes with a panda on the side; Jeff is seen getting off the world's greatest ship, walking away as the ship quickly sails away to avoid any attention.
"That was fun" Luffy said, smiling harder than usual.
"You're not sad he's gone?" Nami asked.
"He's going back to his nakama, but we'll also be his nakama as well" Luffy said.
"That's really mature of you Luffy" Robin said.
"Guys!!! He's not done!!!" Yamato said as the crew come to the back, looking at the dock of Hargeon Town to see Jeff holding up his red shirt, that fluttered in the wind, his pet panda by his side and on his back a Jolly Roger, not just any Jolly Roger but one with a straw hat tattooed on his back, one eye closed with two scars and their other eye looking angry.
"Heh" Zoro chuckled.
"That son of a bitch" Sanji said with a grin.
"Now he'll never forget" Nami said.
"A way to carry the crew with him" Robin said.
"Yoohohoho! This calls for a celebratory song" Brook said.
"Come back! I'll catch 'lonely because big bro left' sickness" Usopp cried.
"Stay safe and healthy! Don't think I care about you!!!" Chopper cried.
"That is SUPEEEEEER!" Franky cried doing his pose.
"You have my respect" Yamato said.
"Truly a man of loyalty" Jimbei said.
"THANK YOU ONEE-SAN!!!" Luffy cried loudly as Jeff quietly cried.
"Thank you everyone" Jeff whispered with a small smile.
Later that day……
Jeff is a seen walking down the streets of Magnolia, with his panda Olivia resting on his head, taking in the view of his town before, enjoying his current environment and coming face to face with Fairy Tail, well what was left of it but that didn't faze him too much choosing to look for the basement door of the guild, which he does find, opening the door and going down the flight of stairs catching everyone's attention, stopping what they were doing to look at him.
"That smell! It can't be?!" Natsu thought.
"Who are you kid, if I may ask?" Makarov asked as Jeff comes to a halt in front of the guild master.
"Damn old man, have I really changed that much?" Jeff asked.
"Jeff you bastard, where have you been?" Natsu asked grabbing the blonde by his shirt, and pulling him down; then it really hit them hard as a truck, the person who they were looking for had finally come back and the aura he was giving was totally different from his previous self.
"You know, training, learning magic, sailing around the world and raising a panda, you know the usual" Jeff said with a smirk.
"My boy is that really you?" Makarov asked as Jeff got out of Natsu's grasp.
"I must've really changed" Jeff laughed.
"Welcome back my child" Makarov said with a smile.
"Are you really Jeff?" Gray asked skeptically.
"Talk to me when you're wearing clothes" Jeff said as Gray panics looking for his clothes, while Mira was frozen in place as her mind tried to connect what was happening while Erza walks up to him, looking him dead in the eye before reaching out to his right arm and feel his arm was there.
"Damn Erza, personal space much I know I'm hot" Jeff said as Erza tears up, but wipes away her tears and gives him a smile.
"Now that I'm back, who the everlasting fuck destroyed the guild" Jeff asked as they explain what happened and that Phantom Lord was behind it all.
"Well we've got our work cut out for us, I'll be on watch for anything suspicious" Jeff said.
"Don't you want to spend time here and celebrate your return?" Mira asked giving him a new guild mark but neon green on his chest where his former one was, though she was thinking her body was on auto pilot running it down his chest to his stomach.
"Woah! Chill out Mira" Jeff laughed as said girl blushes and pulling way, letting him drop his shirt.
"Sorry" Mira said as Jeff pats her head.
"No problem, I've already forgiven you……...for everything" Jeff said walking away before whispering the last part, which she heard and almost broke down in tears.
"You're so forgiving and optimistic that I hate you" Mira cried silently with a small smile.
As night came, people were sticking to each other like glue to make sure that they don't get overpowered and beaten by the other guild; finally down with the guild for the day Lucy heads home, upon reaching her place it has been invaded by the other members of team Natsu.
"Do you think they'll strike again?" Lucy asked.
"I'm not sure, but we must be on our toes" Erza said.
"Says the redhead sitting on her fat ass, I mean look at that cake" A voice said, catching everyone's attention, looking to the window to see Jeff sitting there.
"When did you get here?" They asked.
"I've been here the whole ti-woah!" Jeff said before dodging a sword sent flying at him from none other than Titania.
"Who are you calling fat ass?" Erza questioned with a glare.
"You, I mean you have one don't you, shaped like a strawberry too" Jeff said with a smirk, as she turns red completely and turns away from him.
"Shut up" Erza said.
"Jeff, I wanna fight you!" Natsu said.
"How about when we're done with this Phantom Problem, I'd love to see how strong you've gotten" Jeff said as Olivia climbed out of his backpack and onto his head.
"Anyways, where did you go?" Gray asked.
"Like I said, I went to get stronger and even met some crazy strong people" Jeff said.
"How strong?" Lucy asked.
"Like one slash and a whole mountain is gone strong, hell there was this one guy who has the power to destroy the world with the mere swing of his fist" Jeff said.
"That can't be possible" Erza said, definitely shaken.
"Even I had my own doubts but one hit from that had me down for the count, though he was a good old man but he's dead" Jeff said as they continue talking before he leaves and they go to bed.
"Erza and Gray, I didn't appreciate it when you guys spoke that way, at least tell me to my face, but due to who I am, I forgive you two" Jeff said as the two give him a small smile.
"Thanks" Gray said.
"Thank you, but you may hit me if you like" Erza said, bowing her head, but a sharp stinging pain runs through her body and it registered.
He'd slapped her ass….
"Apology accepted haha haha haha" Jeff said bee lining it for the window and jumping out.
"Let us pray for his soul" Natsu said.
"Aye" Happy said as Natsu, Gray and the exceed get on their knees, holding their hands together and starting the prayers.
"I'll kill that bastard" Erza said, seething with rage, but her mind said something different.
"A strange dynamic" Lucy said.
