Finally done with answering to the Magic Council, there is peace within Fairy Tail as they start rebuilding the guild with everyone putting their hand into it; though Natsu, Gray and Erza went to look so they could give her back the keys she lost during the battle with Phantom Lord, only to find out that Lucy went back home, though she did cut things off with her father and even seeing that he had not changed one bit, soon the trio with Happy finally arrive to see Lucy visiting her mother's grave, choosing it was that and not pressing her for more info.
Meanwhile, Jeff was seemingly nowhere to be seen the day before, though having gone on a rampage through hell for what Jose had said about his mother before coming back the next day; he was wearing a black shirt, gray sweatpants and black sandals, with 3 rings (2 on his right pointer and middle fingers, then 1 on his left pointer finger), also dressing Olivia in a blue sweater.
"Where were you yesterday?" Mira asked.
"Hell" Jeff said.
"I'm serious?" Mira asked.
"I'm serious I had to blow off some steam, also why are you asking like that? Are you trying to be my wife or something?" Jeff asked as Mira turns red and splashes him with beer.
"Don't say such things to a girl?" Mira said, turning around cupping her cheeks, while Juvia watches from afar and cracks the wall.
"Love rival" Juvia said as Jeff sets himself on fire, drinking up the beer instead of burning more before stopping.
"Anyways Lucy, if you keep on complaining about this pain, I'll give you a massage so you can stop crying" Jeff said.
"Stop with the sexual harassment" Lucy said.
"I'll take it" Mira said.
"Sure, everyone is probably stressed anyways" Jeff said.
"What if I cool it for you" Gray said as Lucy declines.
"Lemme see your shiny red butt" Happy said.
"No!" Lucy said.
"What do you think Lucy's face will look like if we add fire to it?" Natsu asked.
"Are you a demon?!" Lucy asked with an over exaggerated facial expression, as a table is thrown at Natsu.
"How can you say such a thing?!" Erza said, turning their attention to the commotion seeing Titania and Laxus arguing.
"It's true, this guild is full of weaklings, we got shown up by those guys and yet winning the war you don't think you're all weak" Laxus said.
"You talk like it wasn't your responsibility to fight with us?!" Erza said.
"Of course it wasn't my responsibility, look at that useless team, they're so pathetic and weak I don't remember their names; if, no when I become guild master I'm kicking every weakling out, we'll be the strongest guild under my rule" Laxus said as Natsu went to attack, but he dodged the fire dragon slayer and reappearing behind him.
"Useless" Laxus said.
"You talking mad shit for a pussy ass bitch that didn't fight, are you afraid to lose or you're that weak" Jeff said closing his eyes.
"You of them all are talking, I'm 100% sure you ran when things got tough" Laxus laughed, as within the blink of an eye Jeff had the lightning mage's head in the ground and sitting on his back in his stage 2 transformation.
"How's this for weak and running?" Jeff asked.
"How didn't I see him coming?! That's impossible" Laxus thought shocked by Jeff's growth.
"That's enough Jeff, get off of him" Levy said.
"I don't think so, I should actually melt this bastard's brain" Jeff said, holding Laxus head with his left, while raising his right and lighting it on fire.
"That's going a little too far" Erza said as Jeff sighs getting off the lightning mage and heading back to the bar, only for Laxus to attack but Jeff punches him in the gut knocking the wind out of him.
"Get stronger, how about that?" Jeff said, turning and walking away.
"Are you alright?" Lucy asked.
"No, plus I haven't eaten since yesterday" Jeff said as a blur passed, but he saw Juvia drop off a bento box for him.
"I wonder who that was?" Mira asked as Jeff opens it to see the obvious food and a heart shape there.
"Looks like someone has a secret admirer" Mira said as Lucy giggled.
"Looks like someone is more serious about this wife thing than you are" Jeff said as Mira broke a mug on his head.
"Baka" Mira whispered turning red.
"You shouldn't eat stuff you don't know where it came from" Lucy said as Olivia climbs onto her head.
"Who cares! Finally some food and the person probably spent a lot of time making this, Itadakimasu!!!" Jeff said eating everything so fast, before burping and washing it down with water.
"Whoever made this has skill, and it tastes so good" Jeff said with a satisfied sigh, as Juvia is happy and thought of things.
"Peru Peru Peru Peru! Peru Peru Peru Peru!! Peru Peru Peru Peru!!!" A voice sounded, as Jeff looks in his bag, before pulling a blue snail with a white snail, the blue one having Jeff's hair style and horns on the it's shell; setting them on his table before picking the microphone.
"Hello?" Jeff answered.
"Hello?!" Lucy asked, surprised.
"Jeff nee-san! It's Luffy" The snail voiced.
"Luffy what have I told you about calling him?!" Nami exclaimed in the background.
"I have the white transponder snail on now" Luffy said.
"You're unbelievable sometimes" Nami said.
"Hey you two stop fighting, I'm listening" Jeff said.
"Anyways, the Marines have been on us for a while, we're thinking of going into hiding" Luffy said.
"And you need a place to stay hm?" Jeff asked, picking his teeth with a toothpick.
"Yep! And since the Marines and World Government don't know about that place, I was hoping we could come?" Luffy said.
"Don't disturb him about stupid things, we should at least give him some space" Nami said.
"You're not the one fighting Marines, and I'm the captain" Luffy said.
"He does make the decision since that's his position" Robin said.
"And you're his crew mate" Usopp said.
"Stop attacking me" Nami said.
"Sure, you guys can come over" Jeff said.
"Good, we'll see you in a month, bye bye" Luffy said before cutting the call, as Jeff sighed.
"I need to buy a house" Jeff said.
"You don't even have one?!!" Lucy exclaimed.
