Struggling a bit with his bonds, Castiel growls as he looks around at the dark room he had been teleported to.

"Don't bother trying to escape, blah, blah, blah…" He'd hear Ariel's voice echo throughout the room. He blinks as a bright light shines over him and a boot slams against the back of his chair, knocking him face first.

"Get. Up." She snarls, looking down at him before tossing a spear at the floor next to him, "You can get out of that chair and face me. Remember what I taught you, Castiel."

He huffs a bit before the ropes snap at his arms, he's got some of his power back, not enough to flee but just enough to fight.

Snatching the spear up, he charges at her and she simply sidesteps and drops her elbow in the middle of his back. If he had to breathe, it would have knocked it right out of him.

Instead, it still hurt like hell as she wasn't holding back and she firmly left a Cas-sized imprint into the concrete.

"Pathetic. All these years and you still do the same tricks." Ariel huffs as Castiel struggles to gather his wits and props himself back up.

"You… Seem to have picked up… New tricks… General." He pants as he looks up at her.

"Eons of being away from home will do that to an angel," She sighs as she holds a hand out to him.

Cas blinks and for a moment, he remembers…

"You okay, Castiel?" Ariel asks as she lifts the young angel up and cleans up his face. He sniffles and nods as she turns to curse at his tormenters.

Gabriel and Lucifer cackle as they scamper from inside of the gates and she sighs, "I really wish they wouldn't throw fledglings over the gates..."

He takes her hand and she helps him up… It's warm… And still feels the same as back then. When they were home…

She snaps her fingers and the two of them appear in a dark room. Castiel glances around, "Wh-Where are we?"

"Hm? My place. You really need a bath, little brother." Ariel smiles at him, resting a hand over his head. He may be taller than his sister but… He absolutely is reverting back to when he was a fledgling.

She leads him around and after a warm bath and change of clothes, he finds her on her sofa and sits in front of her in silence for a moment, watching her read a book.

"... Ariel… Why… Why didn't you come back? Why did you remain hiding? If you came back now, you could take heaven back by force and make real change…"

She closes her book and sighs as she looks at him, "... To make a long explanation short? I fell in love…"

"... What?!"
