Perseus is the first mortal. Long before the Greeks existed, Brahma created a person. This person's purpose was to protect the earth against all threats and permanently stop evil, even when the Hindus were gone.

Brahma POV: I am creating a protector for this planet, but he needs to be powerful to do so.
I will have 7 gods bless him with an ability, and a god or warrior shall train him in his chosen weapons.

His name shall be Perseus.

Blessings: Brahma: Ability to mimic any skill or action perfectly along with partial immortality

Shiva: Replica of Shiva's Trident and Shiva's skill with a trident.

Vishnu: Infinite amount of Chakras

Indra: Ability to use Thunder/Lightning and a vajra

Shesha: Control over Time

Hanuman: Strength of Hanuman, Shapeshifting of Hanuman

Lakshmi: Infinite Wealth

Perseus was training with his trident against Shiva as a final test.
First, he jabbed left with the butt of his trident, but Shiva blocked it, then he swiped left with the other end and drew first blood.

Shiva then sliced right with his trident and overextended. Perseus disarmed Shiva and put his trident at his throat. Shiva said " You finally beat me Perseus!"

Perseus then said " Five years and I finally won!" Shiva said " I can now say that you are the most skilled warrior on Earth."

Perseus then went on to beat Vishnu at using Chakras by shooting more vital spots than him, Hanuman at Arm Wrestling, Shesha at controlling Time by freezing a boulder in time, and Indra at fighting with a vajra. He was the most physically fit and skilled warrior in Hindu mythology.

Along with this, he was a kind, loyal, and honorable man.

His training regime included running 40 miles, fighting for 6 hours straight and bringing 30 buckets of water to the godly village. It left his arms feeling like shit, but he was in his physical prime.

He then saw 2 gods fighting with urumis and then fought them for their weapons. He easily defeated them after using his mimicking ability to gain both of their urumis.

He then fought every demon by slashing them, stabbing, smashing with his mace, and slicing them with the urumis. He was an arc of destruction and killed all the demons in six hours. After, he was congratulated by Brahma and set off on his mission for killing evil.

He started off on his journey to Egypt and met the god Set, and fought him using his trident and mace. He easily disarmed the Egyptian, but the god turned into the Set animal and attacked viciously, however, Perseus froze time around him so that the Egyptian would concede.

Set transformed back into his human form and said " For defeating me, I grant you a magical bloodline and a staff and wand." He replied with " Thank you Set, for your generous gift." Set vanished into a cloud of dust.
