It's been 3 months since Ben and Miranda made it official "Happy 3 month Anniversary" Ben said walking in the room with a tray with toast, eggs, and bacon on a plate with red roses "oh yay I'm starving" Miranda said only worrying about the food "did you not just hear what I said" he laughed "yeah yeah yeah happy 3 months to you too, I love you all that now can I have my food" she smiled he laughed even harder and gave her the food "I was thinking about taking you out to dinner, and then we could come back here for a little romantic stuff" he said biting her ear "yes please" she said kissing him. They sat and talked while she ate her breakfast "you finish" he asked taking her plate she nodded "I can clean the kitchen if you want me to" she said getting out of bed "No all I have to do is wash this plate and fork" "well let me do it then, you made me breakfast I can at least clean the stuff I used" he shook his head "well take me home" she said sitting on the bed "babe, you really want to go home just because I wouldn't let you wash the damn plate" he said with a sad face and all she did was laugh "what's funny" he said now confused "I want you to take me home, so I can get clothes" Miranda said laughing harder "oh okay, and hush it's not that funny" yes it is you looked heart broken when I said take me home" she got up and went to the bathroom when she was finished she put on her pants "where is my shirt" she asked looking around "I don't know just keep mines on" Ben said hugging her from behind.
Listen "I'll come and pick you up at 8 okay" Ben told Miranda standing at her front door, she said okay and gave him a kiss and went inside "well look who finally want's to come home" Callie said coming out of the kitchen "all this back and forth, you might as well live with the man" she said "don't start with that" Miranda said "well I'm just saying" you don't need to say it" Miranda went to her room "hey do you want to go to the mall with me!" Callie yelled from the kitchen "yes!" Miranda yelled back "well I'm leaving in a few minutes so get dressed" Callie said in Miranda's doorway on their way back home Miranda told Callie she wasn't coming back home tonight Miranda went straight to her room and went straight to sleep "Miranda" Callie said waking her up
"What" Miranda said with an attitude "girl did you forget about your date" Oh shit what time is it" Miranda said jumping out of bed "7:30 girl you better move fast" Callie said laughing "that's not funny Callieeeee" Miranda whined running Into the bathroom "oh calm down, I'm pretty sure you have enough time" I'm pretty sure I don't knowing Ben he's probably on his way" Miranda said getting into the shower, a few minutes later Callie heard a knock at the front door "I think he's here" Callie said opening the bathroom door "see I told you...hand me my towel and go get the door please" Callie went to open the door "hey Callie" Ben said "hey come in, Miranda's not ready yet" she said closing the door "okay, do you know how long she'll be" Ben asked Callie told him not long and went into Miranda's room "are you almost ready...you got a fine ass man sitting out here waiting on you" Callie said hopping on her bed "yeah I just gotta do something with my hair and but my dress on...get my new dress I got from the mall for me please" Miranda said when she was finished she asked Callie how'd she look "you look good like always now go" she said pushing Miranda
"Ben why are we here, I thought you said you were taking me out for dinner" Miranda said looking confused, Ben didn't answer her, he got out the car and went to open her door "Ben why are we here, hello" she said getting mad "can you just hush please and let me do what I do" Ben said kissing her cheek they walked in and sat at a table in the front, she wanted to ask him why the hell they sat at the front of the room "I have to go to the bathroom I'll be back" Ben said getting up and walking away Miranda watched as the man on stage finished his poem "Alright give it up for my man D-love one more time the host said okay people we got fresh meat with us tonight so let's make sure we show him some love" Miranda was looking around for Ben he was missing everything as she looked around some more she heard him being called on stage "Ben?" She questioned quickly looking on stage, she saw Ben walking up her heart started racing why was he up there, what was he doing she thought, her mind was going miles and miles until she heard his voice through the microphone

Everybody was clapping and men were barking and woman yelling all kinds of words at Ben he smiled and winked at Miranda and walked off the stage "so what did you think" Ben asked looking at Miranda he could tell she was picking up what he was putting down "that was great, I didn't know you knew how to write" she said sipping her drink "I don't… I got some help I wrote it just for you" he said kissing her hand. Everyone was leaving the lounge "hold on I have to use the restroom" Miranda said "okay I'll be outside waiting" he told her he walked out and stood by the door "Um hello" a woman said tapping Ben on the shoulder, he turned around she was tall, blonde hair, blue eyes, pink lips "hello" he said with a straight face "you're the guy that performed that poem about a woman right" she asked smiling "yes" he smiled "that was fantastic, you should do that for a living" you think, I mean I don't know, I start writing those poems are going to be drier than the desert" they both laughed Miranda walked out and saw Ben laughing with the lady she had her hand on Ben's arm, she saw how he didn't even stop to move her hand"Ben!" She said walking over to them, he quickly stopped laughing "can you not see we're having a conversation" the girl said looking at Miranda "girl I will-" Miranda calm down, and let's go" he told her grabbing her arm stopping her from getting closer to the blonde they walked to the car "get off me" Miranda said pulling away from Ben and getting into the car "what's your problem babe" Ben asked "No, what's your problem!" She snapped back "you was flirting with her, and letting her touch all on you" she said getting more mad "I was not" he said starting the car "lie again Benjamin I saw it so go ahead lie again" she said crossing her arms waiting for him to answer "okay maybe I was flirting, but that was bad flirting it didn't mean anything" he said keeping his eyes on the road "stop playing with me" Miranda said rolling her eyes they were quit for a while "I want to go home" she said realizing they were going in the direction of Ben's apartment "what, why...baby please tell me you're not still mad about that" he looked over to her "Miranda" she didn't answer "fine I'll take you home" pulling up into her complex she let out a deep breath when she didn't see Callie's car, she really wanted to talk to her, Miranda got out the car and slammed the door she didn't really mean to but oh well "Miranda" Ben said getting out the car "leave me alone" she said "No" "Benjamin" "No" he said stopping her from closing the door in his face "I'm not going until you talk to me" he said closing the door "oh my gosh, just leave me alone!" Miranda said "and I said no" Ben said following her to her room "baby listen to me" he said wrapping his arms around her, she tried to pull away, but he was too strong "woman would you stop, and listen" she stopped and sucked her teeth "what" Miranda said rolling her eyes "I told you that was bad flirting, and you already know you're the only one for me and you're all I want okay" he kissed her behind the ear "okay" he asked, she didn't answer, so he turned her to face him, he picked her up and playfully threw her on the bed "why would you do that" she said smiling a little throwing a pillow at him "now you want to say something" he said getting on top of her and kissed her, she kissed him back "so you're not mad anymore" he asked "oh no I'm still mad, you better have good way to make me happy because all this kissing not really working" she said pushing his face "Mm mm I think I know just what to do" he said give her an evil smile moving down her body.
