anyway in this fanfic, Jaune is an asset Ozpin can't lose but the council makes Ozpin expelled from beacon so Jaune will become Ozpin personal hustman, going on small missions and saving people, hunting thing, if you have any cool idea let me know!
warning! I'm reallllllllllly bad at writing and grammar and my vocab is sh*t but my plot is pretty good in my opinion so it's gonna be sick! my story will not be super crazy detail like harry potter or any famous writer

I'm giving Jaune Super overpower semblance or magic or power but it can only activate when he's near death and he can't activate it on command making him mostly relived on his skill and his semblance will be like the final resort so like there 10 volume, he only uses it 5 times or something like that
Chapter 1
Jaune is fighting a Beowulf Grimm to blow off some steam after everything that happened and what he feeling right now
Hurt.
Rage.
Betrayed.
Cardin Winchester...that bastard
2 weeks ago, after saving Cardin in the forever fall and told him not to go near his team, Cardin decided to tell everyone about his faked transcripts that make a lot of people angry with Jaune, bully him even his so-called friends except Ruby
Yang just hate him for cheating his way into beacon while the other has worked for years, She just beat him down and tell him to stay away from Ruby
Weiss is even worst, Insulted him, beat him in spars, telling him how could he ever have a chance of asking her out
Blake told him that if he doesn't know how to fight, He doesn't belong here and she stated that he disgusted her for putting his and her team in danger
Nora and Ren just stay away from him and slowly Pyrrha started to avoid him too
Ruby still stick with him which he is really grateful that she did, His first friend in beacon still stay alongside him but things still bad
He can't even sleep in his own doom
Today the headmaster called him into his office telling him the rumors have reached the council and they have forced his hand to expelled him and Ozpin did just that and now he has 1 day before he leaves beacon for good
And now he in Emerald forest, fighting though the Grimm trying to prove himself "What am I gonna do!, why did I even save him!" Jaune shouted in the forest but there was no answer " I just wanted to be a hero, helping people, is that too much to asked?" Jaune said to himself as tears fell from his eyes in the dissolving Grimm he just killed which is weak that even 13 years old can kill faster than him
Suddenly a giant black Grimm hit him on the side throwing him off only thank to his aura that he can still stand and see the Grimm that is a King Taijitu
Jaune quickly panic and realized that all this time, his emotion has drawn the Grimm near him, and looking around he was surrounded by Grimm 30 and 40. Being outnumber and outmatch, Jaune quickly trying to find a way to escape but the Grimm already charges into him. Jaune dodge to the side and trying to get out of the circle only to be tackled by a Beowulf
Fuck!
The Crocea mors fall out of his hand as he getting hit all over the place only still remaining intact thank to his large amount of aura but even with that big of an aura, it can't be there forever as Jaune aura rapidly decreasing
It hurt so much that he can barely even think with Grimm biting him and throwing him off to the side
"I can't...die like..." Jaune thought as an Ursa ramp him into a giant stone making the stone break as giant rockfall over him, knowing the human still alive, the creatures of Grimm dig though the crumble trying to kill him, then suddenly, something under those rock cause a wave sending those rocks everywhere making the Grimm fall back as Jaune eyes shining white with an insanely high amount of aura refilled somehow as a tornado of air surrounded him allow him to flow up higher than the Grimm
With the whole forest having a storm, Jaune suddenly hit down to the ground like a meteor making the ground shake like earth wake shattered the ground one shot every Grimm in that area
Once the storm in the Emerald forest calm down Jaune's eyes once shine like white become back to cobalt blue as he passes out
As he regains consciousness, He heard the rhythmic sound of a heart monitor that woke him up with the pain across his body with that mass headache. He growled trying to open his eyes looking to his left and right as a voice speak up
"Good evening, Mr Arc." A dreadfully familiar voice greeted. Jaune was able to crack a single eye open looking down seeing the Headmaster sipping his coffee from his cup. Gezz How long have been waiting
"How long have you been waiting for me?" Jaune asked but Ozpin said nothing
"Right...how am I here?" Jaune asked getting annoyed Ozpin didn't answer his first question
"What is the last thing you remember," Ozpin asked making Jaune even more annoyed for not getting to the point
Even though Ozpin didn't want to expel him, he still feels a little bit angry toward the headmaster
"I remember...pain...a lot of it, both emotional and physical...then I thought I was gonna die" Jaune stated making him hold his head where that fucking giant rock hit him on the head "Then I pass out... I think" Jaune stated
"I see..." Ozpin looks away from him sipping his mug of coffee.
"How long have I been in here?" Jaune asked
"A few hours" Ozpin answered still looking away
After a few seconds of contemplating his options, he looked into Jaune's eyes.
Deeply. The intensity of his stare made Jaune feel weird.
They stared at each other for long seconds like that, not saying anything.
Bruh say something, how are you keep looking at me without saying anything
Was he expecting a reaction on his part? Jaune was starting to become scared.
After a very long moment for Jaune
"Come by my office when you healed Mr Arc" Ozpin stated eventually standing up from his chair, walking toward the door of the room holding his cup of coffee "Perhaps your chance of becoming a hustman is still there, that is if you want to become a hustman of course" He closed the door as Jaune froze from his word, lose in deep thought
There still a chance for him to become a hustman? Is he fucking lying to me?
How?!
This is... great! he can still help people, hunting Grimm
Whatever happened in that forest must have made Ozpin changed his mind but what happened?
Jaune look around the room seeing no one here as he keeps thinking about what his ex headmaster just said
It's probably my semblance or something but whatever it is, I will find out.
He tried to move his body but it hurt so much
After I healed of course
A few days later after whatever happened in the Emerald forest is still unknown to Jaune or anyone, Ruby visited him a few times which he really grateful that she did
And now after healed, he is walking toward Ozpin tower with Ruby
"So how do you think you can still become a hustman?" Ruby asked as they walking toward Ozpin tower
"I don't really know Ruby, maybe he will let me join other academies?" Jaune stated hoping that can be true, it's not like the Headmaster can joke about this kind of stuff, He probably the most serious person Jaune ever met
"Well...if that true" Ruby look up to Jaune "Let me know before you go ok?" Ruby begged
"Of course crafter face" Jaune smiled at Ruby "This is where we split off, See ya"
"Kay, bye!" Ruby waved her hand as she ran off
On his way to the headmaster's office was so exciting he feels like he can't breath
His heart was beating so hard he was surprised it didn't burst out of his chest, standing in the elevator waiting to reach the top

The door open revealed The Headmaster but only him and...no professor Goodwitch?
"Good afternoon, May I call you Jaune?" Opzin asked waving his hand receiving a nod from the blond before he continues "Please have a seat," Ozpin said as Jaune get in his seat in front of Ozpin desk
"H-Hello professor," Jaune said shaking a bit hoping the Headmaster explained what he means when he said there still a chance for him to become a hustman
"I see that you're excited so I won't waste our times anymore" Ozpin turned on his scroll "Take a look at this clip while you were fighting the Grimm in Emerald forest"
The screen comes to life showing that he, Jaune Arc get ramp into stone by a Grimm as the stone break into pieces bringing the stone down to his head bury him in rock
This is where I lost consciousness
His eyes widened in shock as the screen shows there light under those stone suddenly blast out of every direction as he looks at himself on the screen whose eyes shine white
and a wind Tornatore surrounded him as he flew up for few seconds then he comes back down hit the ground making the ground shake breaking the camera
"I...don't...even know how I did that, Is that my semblance? how is it so powerful?" Jaune asked, look deep in thought before Ozpin speak
"That is my guess, there a few things I have you come to me for me to tell you" Ozpin stated as Jaune eyes lit up waited for him as he continues
"Do you still want to be a hustman" Ozpin asked
"Yes I still do"
"Well then, that's good to hear that you have not to give up on your dream" Ozpin sounded almost happy "Unfortunately you can't become a hustman like Miss Goodwitch or myself"
"Sir?" Jaune raised his hand
"Yes, Jaune?"
"A few days ago, you told me that you expelled me" Jaune feeling a little hurt for saying that "Why are you giving me a chance now? is it because of my semblance" Jaune asked
Ozpin has already told him that he knew about his transcript but the headmaster saw potential in here so he let him stay
"That is one of the reasons I want you to be a hustman seeing that you could do good, but you also want to help people and I saw potential in you, that is why I let you stay in beacon" Jaune have a feeling Ozpin is manipulating him "But I see your semblance can do a lot of good for remnant so I'm giving you a chance to become a hustman If you still want of course"
Jaune feeling a little too hot in the room, even if the headmaster wants to use him, he doesn't care, if this is the only way to do it then so be it
"I'll do whatever it takes to be a hustman, to help people and making a world a better place," Jaune said in confidence
"Good Jaune, Now listen closely," The grey hair man said receiving a nod from the blond "Due to the Council forcing my hand to expelled you, You're forbidden to join back this academy or any other academy for that matter" The headmaster put the cup of coffee to his lip sipping it then he look at Jaune "But before there was the Council, anyone can become a hustman if they have weapon and aura so I want to send you on missions for me"
Jaune froze
What the hell is he talking about?
Missions? I'm not even a graduate yet or even a student
He wants me to become his personal hustman?... That sound awesome
Before Jaune can say anything, Ozpin continued "I don't have any hustman that is fit helping you and the one that does is now busy at the moment, I can only send you on missions to help you get stronger, a friend once told me that a day out there is worth a week in here"
Jaune was no dummy, he understands what the headmaster is saying but can he really do it? His semblance already way too powerful but the clip even shows he can control those power which he doesn't really know how but what the headmaster is offering is an opportunity of a lifetime and he will be damned if he doesn't accept it
"I'll do it!" Jaune answered
"Are you sure Jaune?" Ozpin asked receiving a nod from him
"Yes," Jaune answered
Ozpin nodded "Very well, Have you ever heard of a place called Moutain Glenn?"
"I uh heard about it in Doctor Oobleck Lecture, I know what happened there," Jaune said remember what Doctor Oobleck taught him
Turn out Doctor Oobleck lecture is a quite useful
"You know the official story, yes. What is less known is that one person was responsible for it, Doctor Merlot, who was performing highly dangerous and illegal research on Grimm. It is my understanding that Merlot died in Mountain Glenn, but his facility in Moutain Glenn remains, I want you to investigate that place and report back to me" Ozpin explained as Jaune paled a little bit
Moutain Glenn? Fuck... I may not be ready
"Ok...how do I do this?" Jaune asked
"After you report back to me using your scroll, I want you to go to mistral to help out other villages, Saving peoples and hunting Grimm then return to beacon, " Ozpin said making Jaune even more paled
...The Fuck? Am I even ready for that?...Shit this is scary but I can't and won't give up on my dream, I rather die than Give up without giving it a try
"I... will do it," Jaune said making Ozpin smiled
"Good Jaune, you have a heart of a hustman, I shall provide you what you need including a large amount Lien for your trip to Mistral, a report of Doctor Merlot" The headmaster sipped his coffee then turn back to him "I shall also give you a map for Mistral, A new scroll that has my number in it including my trusted friend headmaster of Haven"
Jaune nodded as Ozpin continued "I will give you a week to get ready, I will also provide you a weapon for your journey" Ozpin took a deep breath...here comes the hardest part
"New weapon?" Jaune confused "It's ok, my sword is good enough"
The headmaster stand up in his chair and turn his back to Jaune
"The Arc family want that sword back" Ozpin looking out of the window
"My family?" Jaune can understand why they want it
"No the Arc family want their sword back," Ozpin still looking out making Jaune confused
"Right...well if that the case then I can give them their sword back," Jaune said as Ozpin turn around close his eyes, sigh then open it before he speaks
"The Arc family doesn't recognize you as an Arc anymore," Ozpin said as Jaune breathing stopped. He went pale, and broke out in a cold sweat, his breathing erratic. And all because of what he just realized.
I'm...not an Arc anymore? I...disowned...
Jaune wanted to cry out but he stops, He needs to be strong as he waited for Ozpin to continue
"I'm sorry Jaune but I hope I will help you out in any way I can" Ozpin sits down from his chair as he continues "Do you have any questions?"
Jaune took a deep breath before he speaks
"Ok so I have a week before you send me to Moutain Glee to investigate this dude Lab, report back to you then go to Mistral helping villages and killing Grimm" Jaune said receiving a nod from Ozpin
"Anima is a very large continent, I will try my best to keep an eye out for you, In mistral the signal is weak so I understand if you can't report back to me" The headmaster takes a breath before he keeps going "I just need you to report from mountain Glenn and com back to beacon before the Vytal festival which is months away, I will also give you detail on that in the report of Doctor Merlot"
"OK, help villages out, kill Grimm in mistral, become stronger then go back to beacon before the Vytal festival, Now I have a week to prepare, all I need is a sword and shield right?" Jaune is still angry his family disowned him but he never gets along with his mom and dad for not training him
"With your semblance, I believe you can do this, as for your weapons" Ozpin smirked, "Follow me."
Ozpin stand up, walk around the table with his can gesture Jaune to follow him as Jaune stand up and follow in the elevator
"Leaves your weapons here Jaune, I shall return it later," Ozpin said for Jaune to put his sword and shield against the wall going in the elevator
"Where are we going professor?" Jaune asked as the elevator close
The headmaster pulls out his scroll typing something making the elevator go down then he speaks "Please call me Ozpin and I have a set of weapons for you if you want of course"
Jaune eyes lit up
A weapon!? from the headmaster himself, oh boy this is gonna be good
"But first, may I recommend something for you?" Ozpin said in the elevator turning to Jaune as he nodded
"I personally think you should wear a mask on your journey so no one knows your identity, lucky for you I also a mask for you"
Jaune nodded, he can understand why, if people know who he is, they might have Ozpin head on a plate
"While you in Vale, I also think you should get a new outfit"
Jaune nodded, I don't think it necessary
"And finally I think you should get rid of your armor later, Right now your attack is still weak and you're slow, But you have a lot of aura making your defense is already strong so personally, I think when you have become stronger and faster, You should ditch your armor and focus on agility, I also have your stuff move out of your doom and now waiting at the dock, You will leave in one hour, I recommend you speak to Miss Rose before you leave and please, keep this between us," Ozpin said making Jaune nodded just before the elevator open reveal a small room
Jaune come out and look around, the wall is white and the room is small then he heard The headmaster speak
"Over here Jaune" The knight turned around seeing Ozpin standing in front of a wall? "I see that you like the classic so I have a perfect sword and shield in mind for you"
Jaune walks ed up next to the grey hair man as he holds out his scroll then the wall opens like a closet revealing a sword and a gauntlet?
"Wow" That is all Jaune said seeing one of, if not the most beautiful sword he ever seen next to a gauntlet that looks a little bit like Yang's gauntlet and a skull mask
The sword has dark gold and silver on it and there a hole in the center which makes it look so special, beyond this section is the hand-held area of the hilt, which seems to be wrapped with a dark fabric. There are several evenly spaced rhombus-shaped areas not covered by this wrap
Then there a silver gauntlet on the left side of the sword which does not like it use to punch but there a barrel on the hand so it probably like Yang weapon that can shoot but can't punch
A small grey scabbard, Look like this sword going on a person back when they are not using it
and then there a mask look like a human skull that has some blue paint on it
"So what do you think Jaune," The headmaster on his right asked
"I want to try them on!" Jaune said so fast in excitement before realizing his mistake "If I can of course"
Ozpin chuckled
"So does it have a name," Jaune asked grabbing the handle of the sword surprisingly that it's lightweight...very lightweight
"It was once used by the Father of the Grimm Reaper" Jaune look at him in the eyes" Arevalo Calavera, He called it the Infinity blade, he said the sword is indestructible and made from a piece of the moon," Ozpin said making Jaune eyes lit up
"Freaking really?" Jaune asked holding a piece of the moon feel so good
Holy shit, Ruby would love this
"I do not know but the weight is perfectly balanced and the design is to perfection so maybe it is, Other than that, it doesn't do anything else" Ozpin answered
Still cool
Then Jaune try out the gauntlet putting on his left hand
"Does the gauntlet make from a piece of the moon too?" Jaune asked
"I do not know, what I do know Is the gauntlet can turn in a shield if you put aura in it," Ozpin said as the gauntlet turn into a shield "And it can shoot ammo of out Aura"
This makes Jaune confuse
"How?"
"I'm not an expert on the weapon but using aura as an attack is possible like aura blast but this gauntlet can make aura into a bullet and if I was you, I wouldn't scare you running out of aura because one aura shot only take less than one percent of your aura, not to mention your incredibly high aura of your" Ozpin said
"Can I have it?" Jaune asked nervously
"Of course, it's all your Jaune" Ozpin said making Jaune want to hug him so bad
"And the Grimm Reaper mask" Ozpin took the mask out from the wall giving it to Jaune
"Thank you so much" Jaune has tears in his eyes into the mask
"It's no problem Jaune, try on the weapon, and let go back to my office" Ozpin then waited for Jaune to put on the scabbard and he did, then he put the sword on his back with his gauntlet on his left arm, as for the mask he just holds it
"Let's go back up" Ozpin gesture Jaune to the elevator
"I will send your weapons back to your family, I also have transfer half of 50 thousand liens into your scroll and the other half is here" Ozpin handed Jaune a wallet that is full of lien and Jaune looked shocked
I can buy the whole world with this, holy shit this is a lot
"Thank you Ozpin" Jaune feel kinda weird for calling him by his name
"And this here is the report of Doctor Merlot and your new scroll, after one week, I will have someone drop you at mountain Glee" Ozpin handed Jaune the files and his new scroll
"Is there any other question before I let you go?" Ozpin asked

"I think I'm good and thank you Ozpin" Jaune stated standing up
"Very well good luck Jaune," Ozpin said as Jaune headed to the elevator and open it
"Have a good day!" Jaune said waving his hang walking into the elevator
"You too Jaune and remember to keep this between us," Ozpin said as Jaune nodded and the elevator door closed
After the elevator closed, Jaune pulled out his old scroll typing to Ruby
"Meet me, at beacon's dock thirty minutes later"
After the elevator close, Ozpin pulled out his scroll that is showing Jaune using his power
Jaune semblance is like magic...like a maiden but his eyes shine white instead of burning fire like a maiden not to mention he have full control over how to use it
Ozpin need Jaune, after what the council did he can't train Jaune, after what happened to Amber, Jaune needs to be stronger...fast, and there no place better than being in the wild
There another camera in the Forest that didn't get destroyed managed to see Jaune eyes that once white cool off to see his pupils is silver becoming cobalt blue
This is very confusing, does he have magic?
This is magic for sure, not a semblance
"Only times will tell, even though times are short" Ozpin whispered to himself pressing the delete button of the clip
No one can't find out about Jaune, not yet but deleting this make sure that Ironwood won't find out about this, or Glynda who would definitely want to stop him
And so can't the Queen
OK I will be going out of vale so I need a place where I can put my stuff at
Jaune is now waiting for Ruby but in the meantime, He needs stuff on his journey so he just rented a garage so he can put his stuff there
right... is there anything else I need...my gun can use aura so no need for dust, Maybe a new armor?
"Jaune!" a voice called out making him turn to his left seeing Ruby running toward him
"Hey Ruby!" Jaune greeted knowing what gonna happen next
"He-" Ruby eyes widened seeing a sword on Jaune back making her use her semblance straight to him then she was behind him
"WHAT IS THAT!?, THAT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SWORD I EVER SEEN!" As Ruby continues to keep talking that makes no sense to Jaune as he grabbed his sword behind his back showing it to Ruby
"Here you go Crafter face" Jaune handed Ruby the blade
"OMG it's so light and so perfect...after Crescent rose of course" Ruby then look to his arm seeing the silver gauntlet on his left arm
"Oh, this?" Jaune showed his gauntlet closer Ruby" It can turn into a shield" Jaune activate it making the gauntlet turn into a shield that is round instead of the triangle shape of a shield Jaune used to carry
Jaune's gauntlet is a retractable shield Ruby realized but what about the barrel
Where is the ammo? or the place to store the ammo
"Is that a gun? where is the ammo?' Ruby asked
"It's a gun" Jaune shield then transform back into a gauntlet "But it can shoot aura bullet instead of normal bullet or dust"
Ruby was in shocked
"REALLY? HOW? I READ IT SOMEWHERE IN THE WEAPONS MAGAZIN BUT NEVER SEEN ONE ON PAPER OR EVEN REAL LIFE" Ruby was yelling as Jaune place a hand on her mouth
"I don't know hos this work Ruby but for now I can only use my aura to transform the shield but can't shoot aura bullet out of it," Jaune said making Ruby a little disappointed
Seeing Ruby frowned a bit, Jaune continue "How about when I come back before the Vytal festival, I will show you that weapon, Ozpin said it made from a piece of a moon" Ruby eyes lit up like she first eats a cookies
"YES!" Ruby hugged Jaune making him barely can't breathe "A piece of a moon? THANK YOU!" Ruby then look up to Jaune whose was pale
"Oh no" Ruby said in frightful "Jaune are you ok?"
Jaune shook his head trying to breathe a little bit before he speaks
"I'm fine Ruby, listen, I'm gonna go now, I can't tell you where but I will return before the Vytal festival so don't tell anyone I can become a hustman ok?" Jaune asked as Ruby nodded
"Good, well I got to go now, I'll be in Vale for a week before I leave so call me if you want to hang out"
"Ok Jaune, be safe," Ruby said with a small smiled
"I'll try my best, see you later Ruby" Jaune said
"You too Jaune" Ruby then kiss Jaune on the cheek before she uses her semblance to run off leaving petals of rose everywhere

Jaune sighed then enter the bullhead looking at beacon

he has the Infinity blade or Infinity sword which is my all times favorite weapon, don't worry, I won't put OC bs in here, it's just a sword...maybe, for now, I'm still thinking
He also has the guardian shield from God of war 4 and the gauntlet can shoot out aura bullet which is possible from Qrow did during his fight with Winter
and he has a mask that looks like Maria Calavera so let me know what you think, also sorry for shit grammar and vocab or even short
