Hello everyone. Sorry for the late post but damnit man! Online schooling sucks! Hope you will understand me. From now onwards, I will be posting every one or two days. Anyways, let's see what happens next.

JASON'S POV

How could Annabeth do this to Percy? Jason was still filled with so much hatred that he even refuse to look at Annabeth. As soon as he saw Piper and Annabeth talking, he was about to walk away and go check the preparations for Sally's meeting with Percy. He was tackled by a bear hug of Piper. A small smile made its way on his mouth.

He ruffled his hand through her hair and then Piper spoke, "Annabeth is leaving" her voice was broken. She filled in Jason with Annabeth's plan

Rage filled Jason's chest. He glared at Annabeth and moved towards her. Even if he hated her, he moved due to obligations. Obligations of being a best friend of Percy. Percy will be completely broken after he hears this.

"I don't know what's wrong with you" he said coldly to Annabeth, "But change your idea if you love Percy even a little bit" after saying that, he dashed off.

Jason tried to calm his nerves but couldn't do so. After nearly an hour, Will came and told him that they were moving Percy. That seemed to uplift his spirits. However they were again down trodden after he came to know that Annabeth was leaving.

The all gathered near Percy and Sally. Sally had tears in her eyes after looking at her son in such a situation. Jason's eyes were also filled with tears.

Will opened the bandages and everyone gasped. Most of the campers also broke down. After all, Percy was their leader.

Sally gently kissed her son's forehead as she controlled her sobs and Percy breathed a heavy breath and started to shake. Everyone gasped once again.

But then, a miracle happened. Percy's wound started to heal and he regained consciousness. Sally was the first one to hug him, careful not to touch his healing wounds. Percy got up and sat upright. He looked at everyone in daze.

Jason saw someone moving out of the crowd and noticed that it was Annabeth. He winced but moved and hugged Percy. Percy was still half dazed but he hugged Jason back.

"Hey bro. What happened?" he croaked, "and where's Annabeth?"

Jason's expressions turned sad and Percy noticed them, "Oh no! Please don't tell me that she died!"

Jason nearly laughed but at the same time sobbed. He filled din Percy with the whole story and with every sentence that he spoke, the sadness and the sorrow in Percy's eyes increased. It was hard to tell his best friend that his love had left him forever.

As Jason finished, he squeezed Percy's shoulder and spoke, "Hope you will be fine"

"When did she leave?" Percy asked, his eyes pleading for an answer that will be in his favour.

"Nearly 5 minutes ago" Jason replied and then Percy instantly got off his bed and dashed towards the road.

PERCY'S POV

What? How could she do that? Had I hurt her so badly? Percy's mind raced as his body raced down the hill. He still had pain in his wounds but that was nothing compared to the ones in his heart.

Percy dashed down the hill just as he saw Annabeth getting in the car.

"ANNABETH!" he yelled at the top of his lungs. She turned and saw him. She looked happy for a moment, just for a moment but there was happiness in her eyes. But as soon as she had become happy, she became sad and guilty and embarrassed and sorrowful and a million other things.

Percy was still dashing down the hill when he saw tears in her eyes. Her startling grey eyes that Percy had admired since he was twelve. She bit her lip and turned away from him.

Percy raced even faster, well as fast as his wounds permitted. Annabeth turned around for one last time, gave him a flying kiss and got into the car with tears flowing in her eyes. Percy usually got happy when Annabeth gave him a flying kiss but this one was different. This was a goodbye kiss.

"WAAAAAIIIITTTTTTT!" he screamed but she was already gone. The sweetness and spiciness of his life was gone. The bridge between him and happiness was gone.

He felt as if someone had teared his soul with bare hands and left him in boiling acid. As if someone had shot a thousand arrows through his heart and still left him alive to suffer. He couldn't believe this was happening.

Did Annabeth just leave me?

No she didn't!

Of course she did you fool!

His two parts of mind fought. He was brought back into reality by Jason and Piper who got him back to the premises. Neither of them spoke a word of fake encouragement and Percy was glad for that. His friends new better.

Percy's wound had healed and he went to take a shower. He waved Sally and went to sit along the beach. Water always made him feel better. He sat cross legged, gazing at the water.

The pain in his body had not reduced but was increased by a thousand times. After some time, he was joined by Jason and Piper.

"Hope you are better now" asked Jason

"Yeah" replied Percy half heartedly

"Uh Percy" Piper said, "Annabeth asked me to give it to you" she handed Percy Annabeth's dragger. He got up and walked forwards. Percy couldn't control it anymore and he let out a deafening scream.

"AAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" he shouted

All the pain and angst and anger and bitterness and sorrow and worry and everything in his mind came out with that. All the water erupted into a five hundred feet tall whirlpool as Percy screamed.

Then he fell down on his knees and started to sob. Really loud. He led out another scream and the whirlpool rose to a great extent.

Don't worry guys, Percabeth will surely have a happy ending. I will not be able to post regularly from now on as the homework is increasing day by day. Bit I will try my best. Till then, Stay home, Stay safe and keep reading.
