Hey everyone, I will be writing the story as far as you guys keep loving it. Please review and let me know how many chapters you all think it will have. And guys, why aren't you all reviewing? Please review!
PERCY'S POV
It was really good to see them all. Frank, Hazel and Reyna were as good as ever. He was so happy that he couldn't help but smile. It had been really long to have seen them.
"What was all that honour guard about?" Jason asked Reyna, "It was unnecessary"
"Well, it is not often that the great hero, Perseus Jackson adores our camp with his presence" Reyna said in a mocking manner and Percy turned beet red.
It was true. Percy hadn't visited Camp Jupiter for nearly a year! Wow! Percy had never thought about it. Well, taking into consideration all the events in the last 10 months, it wasn't his fault.
Since Annabeth had left him, he had never thought about many things like swimming, Camp Jupiter, Partying and many more.
"Stop teasing my brother like that" Hazel chided in.
"Sorry" Reyna help up her hands in the air.
"Thanks Hazel" Percy replied. Hazel and Reyna had been a great support to him in the last eight months. Hazel was a really good sister and Reyna was his best female friend.
Reyna was the only one to whom Percy would talk about Annabeth rather than Hazel. His heart kept wincing every time he thought about Annabeth. About his wise girl. But now the pain didn't hurt him much. It was as if he had made a permanent appointment with pain.
He had been a completely gone case for nearly two weeks after Annabeth had gone. Hazel was always there for him as a sister, but Reyna was there as a friend.
Though he wondered how Reyna would live a life when her two crushes had abandoned her. And the thing about what Percy would marvel the most was how she soothes her ex-crush (Percy) when he cries on her shoulder about his ex-girlfriend (Annabeth).
Percy respected Reyna for that. Though she had lost both her crushes, she never held grudges against their girlfriends unlike Rhea. They all continued talking but Percy was busy in thinking.
"I am really sorry for interrupting you guys but there are bigger problems that need attention right now" Percy spoke with steel in his voice. Judging from the sudden change in their expressions, they understood the severity.
"Can we please" Percy pointed towards the senate house and they all started to move. The smile on everyone's face had vanished as if it was never there.
Percy thought that he had spoken a little bit too harshly but didn't care right now. All he cared about was how he was going to get back Annabeth. How he was going to save her.
Now that they were all seated, Percy started to narrate them the whole situation. Some of the parts were so hard that Jason had to continue it for a while.
"Oh Percy" Hazel spoke with worry in her eyes
"We will get her back to safety, Percy" Reyna spoke firmly, "When will they reach here?"
"I-I don't know" Percy spoke in a shaky voice, "All I know is that no one can hurt Annabeth. She is mine. If they even give her a bruise, I will chop them into pieces, I swear on the River Styx."
"Calm Down, Percy" Frank spoke, "We will let nothing harm her" everyone nodded in agreement.
"I will inform the camp to be ready for anything. We will start with the preparations right away" Reyna walked out of the senate house with Frank and Hazel at her tow.
"I think I will give you some time to think" Jason spoke uneasily, "Better think about that flashback problem. You'll be seeing her soon. And you cannot blackout once you see her." and Jason left the room with that.
He had never felt so helpless. Not even when Annabeth had left him. At least then, he had known that Annabeth would be safe. Though he had resented her at that very moment, he still didn't feel so helpless. And had he known the real reason why Annabeth had left him, he would have never resented her.
Percy managed to gather himself up. He couldn't just sit here and cry, he had to be strong. He had to save not only Annabeth, but everyone. He had pledged himself to defending the lived of these people. He wasn't going to sit here and cry. Not when all the others were out there preparing for a war that was actually his.
He was going to save Annabeth and all the others from those filthy Titans. He wasn't going to let anyone hurt his friends. He was going to defend them even if he had to fight against the Primordial Chaos himself.
Yes! He was going to win. He was going to prove Zeus's arrogant ass wrong. He was going to show Athena that he was the same Percy. He was going to make Poseidon proud of his son once again. Yes. He was going to do everything.
With new confidence and adrenalin flowing through his veins, he walked out of the senate house. It was nearly after eight months, that he knew exactly what was to be done. He knew what he was supposed to do.
Hey guys! I am really hurt to know that you all are not giving me reviews at all! What is up with you all? (Sobs) I am really hurt. Please review if you want the next chapter to be out. And I am deadly serious (Glares).
