The scene opens with a shot of Morgan and Hotch exiting their black Bureau SUV and being greeted outside by FLPC Sawyer. JJ and Prentiss also exit the same car, but do not walk over to the group of alpha males.
They stay back towards the car, and weirdly enough, Emily's eyes flicker back and forth between watching the interaction of FLPC Sawyer, Morgan, and Hotch and JJ texting on her phone. She flipped through the papers Garcia had sent and sorted out which papers would be for JJ, but was reluctant to hand them to her yet, still watching the men.
French Lick Police Chief Sawyer: Aaron Hotchner, thank g-d. We've got a serial killer, that's for sure and we can use all that help we can get
Hotch: We're glad to be of service. This is SSA Derek Morgan and the rest of the team has already dived in
Morgan: Hey
Morgan and FLPC Sawyer shake hands
FLPC Sawyer: Ok, let me show you where you can get set up. We've got a board going already
Sawyer turns around, and gestures for Hotch and Morgan to follow him inside
Hotch: Great, great.
The scene ends with the door to the PD closing behind Morgan, JJ and Emily are standing on the sidewalk next to the SUVs
