JJ and Prentiss are standing outside the PD, about to get into their own individual Bureau SUVs to head to individual victim's families.
It's spring and sunny so both women have sunglasses on and JJ has her hand shielding her face from the sun. Prentiss has taken off her jacket and is holding it over her shoulder in one hand, files in the other.
JJ: I'll go with the Adamses and you can take Katie Eldrige's boyfriend, Eli
Prentiss: No parents?
JJ: Apparently they died in a boating accident years ago. Super sad.
Prentiss nodded
Prentiss: Yeah… Here's the documents from Garcia
Prentiss hands a few of the papers over to JJ who grabs the papers with the hand that had been shielding her face. She smiles in thanks and turns away to head into her SUV.
Prentiss hangs back for a while, watching as JJ reverses the SUV and peels out of the PD parking lot. She lingers almost longingly, but soon collects herself and hurries into her car, almost as if she would be embarrassed if someone had spotted her staring out at JJ's car.
