I will alter just one thing (Mostly) for the sake of becoming more well made.

Passive skills are now a thing and are inherently different from perks and titles. Just read, Izuku information sheet and you will understand. I am still new in RPG settings, so please if do something wrong or confusing just hint it for me so I can fix it.

Oh yeah, I will not describe every single skill. They normally work along with mastery. Only, Heroic skills have described bonus effects.

In other words, Common, Unusual and Superior skills will only have a simple description as they are first linked to how much mastery Izuku has over them. Heroic skills, however, will have the description and an additional effect that makes them more special.

Perks stay the same.

I didn't think it would be so difficult to make an RPG fanfic... Sorry if I confused someone, but I am getting better!

@BoredKing: I read your comment and I am glad to know that you agree with me on the question of party systems. For me, they are only good when done right, which is almost impossible nowadays. And yes, In most gamer setting Izuku should be stronger than his party, but they make him weaker when he had a headstart with his system.

Thank You For Reading

- Oran.

PS: I am writing this on the phone, because of reasons. So, If the version on the web is different, remember to check the app. I may be worrying too much, but better be safe than sorry, right?

«Character Information Sheet»

Izuku Midoriya

Level: 1 - 0/10

- Remember Titles can have the same effect as perks because they are the personal life story of someone transformed into an effect. As such, they can give boosts and entitled skills.

Title: Inheritor Of Peace

- As the next Symbol Of Peace, you must keep up with the expectations. No matter how difficult it may sound to accomplish such a goal. But then again, you didn't expect any less, did you?

Effect 1: Early in-game attributes are 3 times easier to gain when training.

Effect 2: Common and Unusual skills are 2x easier to master. Superior are only 1x times easier to master.

Effect 3: Moderately increase in confidence.

Title: Undefeated Underdog

- From broken bones to hopping explosions, nothing could put you down in the face of your dreams. As such you have a knack for enduring extreme degrees of damage while ignoring the pain. For you, pain is just an old friend, after all.

Effect 1: Take 20% less damage from any kind of attack.

Effect 2: Ignore half the pain of any attack or self-made injuries.

Effect 3: Maintain a calm and sharp mind in most dangerous situations. Fear is reduced when you have to take action.

Title: The Inquisitor

- You always had a gift for not only gathering information but decoding it completely. Nothing could escape your eyes and scarily enough, you seemed to know anyone better than themselves did.

Effect 1: Gain Skill: Full Analysis.

Effect 2: All gathered information can be put in a recipient of your choosing.

Effect 3: Any information gathered is permanently imprinted on the brain. Memory capacity is heightened by a large margin.

«Attributes»

- Remember that every point means being one time stronger, durable, faster, or smarter than a normal human being.

- Most persons in MHA verse, including quirkless people, can reach the border nearing superhuman tier in physical capabilities

Strength: 1 (Lack of physical activity and fear of going out and encounter one of his bullies. Along with the fact that most people looked at him as less than human.)

Vitality: 5 (Because of the bullies, constant physical pain has infringed on little Izuku. But, this only made him stronger, ironically. As he never once stopped trying to stop them from hurting others, often taking punishment in their place.)

Dexterity: 3 (Also because of the bullies. Izuku had a rough life, one that he had to adapt. Childs can be cruel and Izuku learned how to run, dodge, or predict when they would go out of their way just to take pleasure in his pain. While this particular attribute goes along with vitality in Izuku life, it is less than it because of the lack of action Izuku had in most cases as fear bared him from acting quickly enough. Also lack physical activity when not in danger)

Intelligence: 15 (Izuku is smart, scarily so. before gaining confidence as the result of the first title, Izuku intelligence varied between 5~15 depending on the situation. Keep in mind that this is not his full potential. The Inquisitor is not an easy title to gain as it gives an edge against any enemy.)

Charm: 3~10 (Mostly depending on the outfit, haircut, and confidence. There's a reason why Izuku villain counterpart is so popular with the ladies.)

Aura:??? (The capability of affecting others by the sheer presence of being or through words and actions. Those with a high enough aura can affect the foundation of the very world

Luck:??? (Izuku sheer randomness. The Multiverse exists for a reason and is to fuck with him. Or make others fuck with him. No, I regret nothing)

«Character Active Skills Sheet»

- Most active skills are like super moves in MHA verse. Exe: Detroit Smash, Red Riot Unbreakable, Kaguya Crescent, and so on. There are active skills like full analysis out there, but I think you get my gist.

- Instead of giving descriptions about the skill all the time, I will instead show how it affects Izuku in real-time as his mastery goes up.

- Lastly, when Izuku evolves a common, unusual, or superior skill, it does not change the name, just the grade. That's it until he reaches the heroic rating. Then, He will be given a chance to evolve it into a better version of the skill. Heroic skills are the breakpoint of skill - the limits surpassed.

Keep in mind that Izuku needs enough attributes to evolve a skill, but it cost no heroic points to do so.

Singularity skills are those who can shake the foundation of the world. Practically a quirk by itself. One For All is a form of Singularity.

[• A. Skill: Full Analyses » 100/100 - Heroic]

Cannot Evolve Yet.

Effect 1: Gain a full detailed page about anything. No cost involved in activating the skill.

Effect 2: Instinctive reaction time to scanned opponents are permanently doubled.

Effect 3: Attacking weak points are 3 times more effective. (Poor Noumu, now that Big, Obvious, Unmissable, weak point can be used against it without anyone pointing it out! *Shocked Author Noises* PS: Maybe I am wrong about it being unmissable, but come on, it is an exposed brain. If it was an fps game that thing would be my focus.

- Specialized active skills are a bit different in their learning process, so Izuku has only the full analysis for now. By the end of his training, he should have more. He can create them in a limited fashion but needs to have enough attributes to do so.

«Character Passive Skill Sheet»

- The best way to learn a passive skill like the ones below is to have someone teach Izuku. Keep in mind that Izuku will be unable to learn a skill if he does not have the necessary attributes.

[• P. Skill: Japanese Language › 100/100 - Common]

[• P. Skill: Geography › 75/100 - Common]

«Click Here To See The Rest»

( I just put the most essentials. This version of Izuku has more hobbies than the original as a form of coping mechanism again bully. I will not put all of his more mundane skills. From now on, only important ones will be mentioned. Just be warned that Izuku hobbies unknowingly made him the perfect house husband... even though he wanted to be a hero. There's still no fighting skill because Izuku did not start his training yet, and considering the fact that this version of All Might is a bit more assertive and teacher like, along with Izuku gamer quirk... Oh boy.

[Perks]

- None (Still not selected. Izuku can select up to 2 perks at the beginning. Some come from his life story, others can appear when attributes reaches a threshold, etc.)

AN: That's all for now. Other system options will have their time during the story, like the [Shop] [Achievement] [Mission] [Inventory] and many others. This chapter is more of a foundation of mine to work. Don't expect it coming up frequently. Only Izuku main attributes will do, and new skills. Or updates in already existing skills, you get it.

Sorry if some line breaks are weird. I had to rewrite this chapter more times than I would like.
