Following the fall of Crimea to the reactionary Monarchists the Revolutionary Republicans knew that they were on the verge of defeat and decided that they would make the Reactionaries pay in blood for their attempts to crush the Eternal Workers Revolution. Every Revolutionary soldier was ordered to kill two men before he died to bleed out the reactionaries. The Proletariat gathered around Baku and prepared to fight and die for the Eternal Workers Revolution for their lives were nothing before the blood-red banner that flew above Baku. Kiev may have fallen but the Proletariat would continue to fight until then end of time. The reactionaries claims that there were 'commissars' keeping the Proletariat in line is false for why on earth would the Proletariat fight against those who wished to free them.

Although that is not to say that the Proletariat of the Caucasus did not fight against the Workers Revolutionary Republic for reactionary ideas had been ingrained into many of their views. The Chechen people for example instead of rejoicing that their bonds had been broken instead clung to their failed forgotten religion. The war that the Chechens waged against the eternal revolution only weakened the struggle of the Proletariat against the advancing reactionaries. Thus, they were purged after all do you not purge traitors and reactionaries within the party to further the revolution the Chechens where just not within the party.

The Monarchists managed to break through the Republicans lines following the shifting of the forces that had just defeated Crimea they slowly drew closer to Chechnya and one of the greatest crimes of the 20th century. The Chechen people had long resisted the central Moscow government and continued to resist the Republicans. At first under the moderates and Mensheviks the Chechens had been granted a federal state with a high level of autonomy. Yet when the radical Republicans took control the region entered a downward spiral as their rights were rescinded, the state became officially atheist and religion was illegalised. At first the Chechen people protested peacefully the Republicans sent in the First Baku Division and crushed the protests. Grozny was razed and its inhabitants slaughtered every Mosque was destroyed and the Red flag was raised in the centre of the former city.

Across Chechnya people rose up against the Republican crack down and the Republicans countered. The leader of the initial crack down had been one Colonel Leon Trotsky but following the Chechen revolt his powers were expanded to military governor of the Grozny region and was explicitly ordered to put down the revolt by 'all means deemed necessary'. Trotsky ordered that every Chechen that was not an insurgent to move into 'temporary' concentration camps for their own safety. Following the order to move into the concentration camps Trotsky gave the order to assume that any Chechen not within a camp was an insurgent and to kill on sight any insurgent.

In reality this allowed the occupying forces to kill anyone and they did. Small villages of less then a hundred people some of which did not even know of the war were wiped out to the last child. While the actual insurgents were often tortured to death by the men who found them. As the crackdown continued the Chechen insurgency transformed from a political or cultural resistance to an ethnic resistance. Every free Chechen joined the war women and children young and old all fought against the Republican government. As the insurgency dragged on and the frontline drew ever closer many suspect that Leon Trotsky went insane because otherwise his order makes no sense.

Chemical Weapons had been not been officially banned but a strict convention had emerged to not use the weapons in warfare due to the destructive measure of the weapons. Leon Trotsky did not follow those conventions and officially petitioned the government of the Worker's Revolutionary Republic to allow him make use of Mustard Gas against the Chechen Insurgents. The Republican government agreed, and the Republicans stock of Chemical Weapons were transferred to Grozny for use by Leon Trotsky. The first use of the Gas was not on the Insurgents due to their spread-out nature but on the concentration camps officially due to raising subversive activity but in reality the Chechen Insurgency had become the Chechen Genocide.

Lyrics of The Final Solution about the Chechen Genocide

Republic in depression
Revolution in despair
One man seeking reasons everywhere
Growing hate and anger
The Colonel's orders were precise
Who was to be blamed and pay the price!

Wicked propaganda
Turning neighbours into foes
Soldiers of the Revolution searching homes
And then the former friends are watching
As they are rounded up one by one
Times of prosecutions has begun

Ever since it started
On Blood night of 22
When liberty died
And truth was denied
Sent away on train on a one-way trip to hell
Enter the gates Grozny awaits!

When freedom burns
The final solution
Dreams fade away and all hope turns to dust
When thousands burn
The curtain has fallen
Lost to the world as they perish in flames

There was a Republic in depression
There was a Revolution in despair
One man finding reasons everywhere
Then there was raising hate and anger
The Colonel's orders still apply
Who was to be blamed and send to die!

[2x chorus]

Lyrics of Light in the Black about the experiences of international intervention forces.

A cry for help, a distant whisper
A foreign people calling our name
Sent to hell, to reach for heaven
To serve in dark, as light in the black

Sent into battle to aid strangers in need
End the Republic, our forces will lead
Final solution when all others have failed
Liberation is coming our path has been laid

We remember the fields, where our Guns held the line
We remember our brothers in arms

When the war, has been won
And our march home begins
What awaits has not yet been revealed
What was won? what was lost?
Our deeds will be remembered
They are written on stone not in sand

Marching ashore, our target awaits
Facing resistance, forces driven by hate

We remember the sea, where our ships broke the waves
We remember our brothers in arms

Leaving home, set to sea
Was this really meant to be?
See the shore of our home fade away
Facing blood, facing pain
Have our brothers died in vain?
Many lives has been lost on the way

Lyrics of Back in Control about the Imperial reconquest of the Caucasus

Sent to the South to secure what is ours
Marching forward in the cover of night
Hide until dawn and attack in the twilight
Shake them awake with the thunder of guns

Orders from the iron marshal, get the islands back
Failure will not be accepted, call for artillery strike, launch attack

We are Back in control, force them to surrender
Take what is ours, restore law and order
Back in control, push them further Back
Caucasus in our hands, back under Russian reign

Push them back further and out from the Peninsula
Into our fleet that will stop their retreat
Mark their positions and call in the airforce
Death Gliders strikes at our command

-Lyrics of Sabaton's three songs about the end of the Russian Civil War

The begging of the final end of the Russian Civil war came when the Imperial forces managed to break through the Republican defensive lines north of Chechnya. As they pushed towards Grozny and the heart of the Chechen Genocide they began to find villages filled with rotting corpses and razed mosques. The Imperial forces would only truly discover what happened when they came into contact with the Chechen insurgency. The Monarchist forces immediately ordered that the First Ural Division was to push towards Grozny and find out how far Leon Trotsky had gone in his attempt to 'restore order in the greater Grozny region'.

As the Imperial forces drew closer to Grozny Leon Trotsky was recalled to Baku in order to be reassigned to Armenia due to raising resistance in the region. It was the beginning of his long-lasting luck that extended his life longer then the Republic he served. Yet we must return to the Monarchist break through in Chechnya as they drew closer to Grozny they discovered the first concentration camp. The camp was lucky enough to be to far from Grozny for the Mustard Gas to have arrived by the time the Imperial forces captured the Camp. The conditions that the people within the camps had been in made the Second Boer war look kind in comparison. The number of calories that an average human male needs to eat per day is 2'500 while the average human woman needs 2'000 calories. The people in the Concentration Camps had been getting 500 at the absolute most.

The discovery of the first camp devasted the already low support for the Worker's Revolutionary Republic but it was not low enough for the western powers to justify an intervention against the Worker's Revolutionary Republic. So, the Imperial forces prepared for the final strike towards Grozny. The First Baku Division had spent more time raping and pillaging Chechnya but when they were forced to fight against the Monarchical forces they proved that they still had some steel. The final ten kilometres towards Grozny and the tumour at its heart was a brutal slog with the Chechen insurgents striking out against the Republicans aiding the monarchists as they liberated Chechnya.

When Grozny fell and the concentration camp built to the south was found the Imperial government immediately seized on the opportunity. The photos of the starved corpses covered in blisters were splashed on front pages across the world. The people of the world nearly rose up in support of intervention and their governments agreed. An international group of the European Union, the United States, Republic of Turkey, Federation of Judea, Assyrian-Kurdish Free Union, Arab Kingdom, Imperial State of Iran and the Empire of Japan issued a diplomatic note to the Worker's Revolutionary Republic demanding that they turn over Leon Trotsky or they would intervene. The Worker's Revolutionary Republic refused, and the signatories of the note went to war.
