{Chapter 2: Day of the Dino-Part 2}
"Dr. O.," Ethan says to his science teacher nervously as an angry-looking Tommy marched over to him and Conner, who backed away slowly as Ethan held out his hands in surrender. "Before you go off on us, can we at least explain why we're here?" Ethan asked hopefully as Conner scoffed and hits Ethan's chest.
"Dude, he's just going to laugh when we tell him or probably call the police because he thinks we're crazy," Conner says as Ethan gave him a pointed look.
"It's the truth, he'll believe us," Ethan says defensively as Conner sighed but nodded reluctantly as he turned to his sterned-looking teacher.
"Kira and Jaden are gone," Conner blurted out as Tommy's angry demeanor immediately evaporated, and a worried expression donned his face as Ethan nodded and stepped up to continue with the explanation.
"Yeah, they got taken earlier today by these weird-looking dinosaur things," Ethan says as Tommy's eyes widen in realization, and took a deep breath as he sighed heavily and turned around.
"They're called Tyrannadrones," Tommy says, surprising the teens as the Veteran Power Ranger started walking further into his lair, and Conner and Ethan were quick to follow him as the young geek raised an eyebrow at him.
"And you know that because..."
"I helped create them," Tommy says with a guilty look on his face as Ethan scoffed.
"Oh, class project?" He asked sarcastically as Tommy sighed heavily and turned to the kids as he gave them a solemn look.
"It's a long story, for now, we gotta figure out what they want with Jaden and Kira," Tommy says as the teens flinched and turned to each other with guilty looks on their faces as they talked to each other mentally, and the conversation ended with Conner sighing in defeat as he turned to his teacher and started pulling something out of his pockets.
"It might have something to do with these," Conner says while pulling out his, Jaden, and Kira's Gems as Tommy looked down at them in shock/horror. Meanwhile, back on Mesogog's island, we zoom into his building and cue into his lab as we see the unconscious forms of Jayden and Kira lying on a coupe of metal beds as the teens sleep soundly until an unknown force entered their minds as they groaned and squirmed in their beds as their dreams were interrupted by one simple message that keeps repeating in their heads over and over again.
"Give me the Gems. Give me the Gems. Give me the Gems." Mesogog's voice rang out in the teen's mind as they woke up with a sharp gasp, and looked around as they realized that they were in some kind of weird lab and were strapped onto a couple of metal beds as they struggled to escape, but failed as Jaden and Kira looked over at each other worriedly.
"Jaden, please tell me this is one of your extreme pranks," Kira says with a clear frightened tone as Jaden shakes his head solemnly.
"I wish it was, Kira, I wish it was,"
"Give me the Gems." Mesogog's voice rang out across the lab as Jaden and Kira flinched in surprise and looked around for the source of the voice, but it was kind of hard to locate him as the room was so dark.
"Who's there? Come on out, so that we can see you!" Kira shouted in annoyance as she tried to break free from her bonds, but once again failed as she groaned in frustration.
"Give me the Gems."
"Is that the only thing that you can say? Besides, you got the wrong teens, buddy. I'm more of a prankster than a fashionista, and Kira here is not really the jewelry type girl." Jaden says as Kira nodded eagerly.
"Yeah, it's true. I may wear a friendship bracelet once in a while, but that's about it." Kira says while gesturing her arm with her head, showing off the friendship bracelet wrapped around her left arm as Jaden's eyes widen at the sight of it.
"You kept the friendship bracelet that I gave you in summer camp?" Jaden asked Kira with a shocked look on his face, feeling a little bit touched by the gesture as Kira blushed in embarrassment and looked away shyly.
"I, uh, well-"
"ENOUGH!" A rough, raspy voice rang out as a couple of green scaly hands appeared out of nowhere and slammed themselves on their beds, spooking the heck out of the teenagers as they turned their heads and saw Mesogog glaring at them sinisterly as he growled threateningly.
"W-Wow, and I thought those monsters from before were ugly, but you really take the cake," Jaden says shakily as Mesogog gave him an unamused look and raised his hand as he smacked Jaden's face hard enough that he nearly broke his neck from the sheer force of his slap.
"Jaden!" Kira shouted worriedly from her bed as Jaden groaned in pain, and felt his cheek sting from Mesogog's slap as the large mutant grabbed Jaden by his chin and forcefully turned him to face him as Mesogog glared at him hatefully.
"I have waited far, far, too long to allow a couple of hormonal brats to get in my way. Now...where are the Dino Gems?" Mesogog asked as Jaden smirked at him.
"Oh, you mean those glowing rocks that we found earlier in a cave?" Jaden asked as Mesogog nodded eagerly. "Oh, sure, I will be glad to help you out, buddy. You see, the Dino Gems are located in upyour," Jaden says as Mesogog raised an eyebrow.
"Upyour?" He asked confusedly as Jaden smirked at him.
"Yeah, up your ass!" Jaden says with a chuckle as Mesogog blinked at him and turned away to take a deep breath to calm his nerves, but the boy's constant laughter pissed him off to means as he growled angrily and turned back to Jaden to smack him again, but was stopped by a concerned Kira.
"Stop! Don't hurt him! Look, we gave our Dino Gems to Conner and Ethan!" Kira shouted as Mesogog turned to Kira sharply and stared at her stoically as Kira sweated nervously under his gaze. "S-So, can you let us go?" Kira asked meekly as Mesogog suddenly disappeared from sight, and the teens sighed in relief as Jaden turned to glare at Kira.
"Why did you tell him where the Dino Gems were?! Now, Conner and Ethan are in trouble!" Jaden shouted as Kira glared at him angrily.
"Oh, well, sorry, for saving your sorry ass, but if you hadn't antagonized him, maybe I wouldn't have been forced to reveal the truth!" Kira countered as Jaden rolled his eyes.
"I was antagonizing him to buy us some time so that we can come up with a plan to get out here," Jaden says as Kira scoffed.
"Oh, so you're plan to distract the monster was to piss him off enough to want to kill you? Yeah, great plan, West." Kira says while rolling her eyes as Jaden scowled at her in annoyance.
"Oh, shut up, Ford!" Jaden shouted as he and Kira began arguing with each other.
"Oh, God, can you both shut up!" A female voice rang out as the teens turned around and were surprised to see an annoyed-looking woman walking into the room as she glared at the young teenagers. The woman is 28-years-old with short gelled back black hair, black eyes, pale skin, and wears a long gothic black dress with a black choker around her neck. She also wears heavy black eyeshadow with black lipstick and a few piercings on her ears, lip, and nose. Her name is Elsa Randall, Mesogog's servant/soldier/spy.
"It's bad enough that I have to babysit you two brats, but I refuse to listen to your annoying banter anymore!" Elsa shouted venomously as Jaden and Kira stared at her in shock at her sudden appearance before looking at each other worriedly as they wondered how were they going to escape.
"Look, we're really sorry, Dr. O," Conner apologized to his teacher sincerely as Tommy silently walked over to him and snatched the Dino Gems out of his grasp as he stared down at it worriedly. "How were we supposed to know those things had, like, superpowers, and those lizard dudes were going to come looking for them?" Conner asked rhetorically as Tommy sighed while looking down at the Dino Gems as he turned back to his students and smiled at them lightly.
"I guess it isn't exactly something you see every day."
"Sort of like a science teacher with the ruins of an ancient civilization under his house?" Ethan suggested as Tommy smiled sheepishly and nodded as Conner stepped towards him.
"Like, not that this isn't all really cool, but seriously, dude, you gotta come clean." Conner as Tommy stared at him blankly.
"Okay, first of all, don't call me, 'dude'. Second, as hard as this may seem, you two need to forget all about this. I'll find Kira and Jaden." Tommy says while turning around as he was about to talk away, but Conner wouldn't let him as he used his super-speed to zip in front of him, stopping his teacher in his tracks as Tommy blinks in surprise.
"Huh, it seems that the Gem's powers are already starting to bond with you." Tommy pointed out as Conner didn't respond to what he said and crossed his arms as he glared at him.
"You can tell us about this now or at my next parent-teacher conference. Take your pick." Conner threatens, but Tommy wasn't afraid as he simply stared at the young teenagers for a few seconds before sighing as he nodded reluctantly.
"Fine, come with me. We're wasting enough time as it is." Tommy says as Conner and Ethan nodded and the trio walked out of the Dino Cave.
"So...you got a name, Medusa?" Jaden asked Elsa awkwardly as the young woman had spent the next thirty minutes scowling at them, and the teens were getting kind of sick of it, so they decided to strike up a conversation with the gothic soldier.
"My master calls me Elsa." Messogog's henchmen...or henchwoman, I guess, says as the teens blinked at what she said.
"Master?" Kira asked with a snort as Jayden scrunched up his nose in disgust at her.
"Okay, lady, as much as we like to hear all about you and that barney rip off weird fetish, we're out of here!" Jayden shouted as his fire-orange aura flared on and easily broke out of his bonds, shocking Elsa with his strength as Kira decided to use her distraction to her advantage and used her Ptera-Shriek to send a screaming Elsa flying away as she crashed against a wall with a loud thud as she moaned in pain.
"You couldn't have done that thirty minutes ago?" Kira asked Jaden with a glare, annoyed that he didn't break out of his bonds sooner as Jaden jumped out of his metal bed and jogged over to her as he used his inhuman strength to yank the straps off of Kira's body.
"Ever heard of a dramatic escape? I was just trying to look cool." Jaden says as Kira gave him a blank look.
"You totally forgot that you have super strength, right?"
"...Yeah," Jaden says with a pout as Kira rolled her eyes with a little smile on her face, but then frowned as a group of Tyranodrones showed up, lead by a man clad in black cybernetic armor as he held an ax and a shield in his hands.
"Meet Zeltrax," Elsa says with a grin as Zeltrax, and his Tyranodrones closed in on the teenagers.
"Are you two dating or just friends?" Kira asked nervously as Zeltrax glared at her and raised his ax to chop off her head as Kira yelped and closed her eyes as she waited for her death...but it never came as she opened her eyes and was surprised to see Jaden standing in front of her protectively as he held Zeltrax's ax in his hands.
"Hey, buddy, let me ax you a question." Jaden quipped as he raised his leg and kicked Zeltrax so hard that he was sent flying backwards the Tyrnodrones, and they all fell down on the floor, groaning as Jayden crossed his arms with a smirk. "Did that hurt?" Jaden asked rhetorically before turning to a shocked Kira as he gave her a worried look. "Are you okay?
"Y-Yeah," Kira answered as Jaden smiles in relief, but then the teenagers panicked as they saw Zeltrax and his cronies recovering from Jaden's kick as the duo reacted quickly and ran out of the room as they made their way through the hallways of Mesogog's lair.
"After them!" Elsa's angry voice rang out across the hall as Kira cocked an eyebrow at her voice and turned to Jayden.
"Hey, does Elsa look and sounds familiar to you?"
"No, why?" Jaden asked as Kira shrugged.
"I don't know, she just seemed to so familiar. As if I've seen her before." Kira says thoughtfully as Jaden begins to think about what she said, but then his thoughts were cut off when they turned a corner and saw a small green orb floating in the air as the teens stared at it warily, but then panicked as they heard Zeltrax, Elsa, and the Tyrnodrones footsteps getting close to them, so with a hesitant nod, Kira and Jaden reached out to touch the orb and were immediately teleported away with a green flash of light.
"When you said you helped create those Tryanno-whatevers, you were just kidding, right?" Ethan asked Tommy nervously as his science teacher was driving him and Conner across the town in his black jeep.
"They weren't supposed to be used like this someone has modified their programming. A few years back, I was doing research on combing Dinosaur DNA with technology. My partner, a scientist named Anton Mercer-"
"Wait, you mean the rich guy that disappeared a few years ago?" Ethan asked as Tommy nodded.
"Yep. Shortly after Mercer disappeared, our lab was attacked. All of our research had disappeared...or at least, I thought it was." Tommy says solemnly as Conner pops in.
"And the guy who did this is back?"
"Yes, he calls himself Mesogog."
"And you think he's after the Gems?"
"Looks like it," Tommy says with a shrug as an annoyed Ethan spoke up.
"This is all totally fascinating, but how is it helping us find Jaden and Kira? I mean, they're not just going to fall out of the sky and land right in front of us." Ethan says just as a green portal appeared above them as it dropped a screaming Jaden and Kira onto the front of Tommy's car, surprising the trio as they all stared at each other quietly for a few seconds before Tommy, Conner, and Ethan got out of the car to check on their friends.
"Hey, Kira, you're alright?" Jaden asked with a wince as Kira nodded with a groan.
"Yeah, I'm alright, at least you didn't land on top of me like earlier," Kira says with a weak chuckle as Jaden shakes his head amusedly, and the trio helped them down from the car.
"How did you do that?" Ethan asked, amazed as the teens shrugged.
"We have no idea," Kira says with Jayden nodding in agreement.
"Yeah, one minute we were being chased by Mr. and Mrs. Frankestein and their legion of dinosaurs through a creepy lab, and the next thing we know, we go through a magic portal and appeared here," Jaden says as Tommy pops in.
"They're actually called, 'Invisiportals'," Tommy says as Jaden nodded.
"Got it, thanks teach...wait, teach? What are you guys doing with our science teacher?"
"Well, we came here to rescue you," Ethan says as Kira stared at him, deadpanned.
"Nice job. Way to show up when we don't need you anymore." Kira says with a scoff, but then she and the others jumped back in surprise as Zeltrax and his goons showed up via an Invisiportal as they surrounded our heroes.
"Care to rephrase your earlier statement, Ford," Jaden snarked as Kira shrugs at him sheepishly and then took a fighting stance as the boys did the same, and Tommy bravely stepped forwards as he grinned at Zeltrax.
"Mesogog find a new goon to do his dirty work, huh?" Tommy taunted as Zeltrax growled at him angrily.
"You're not fit to speak my master's name. Come with me peacefully or suffer the consequences." Zeltrax threatens as Tommy smirked.
"I'm gonna say...no," Tommy says as Zeltrax growls at him and ordered his Tryannodrones to attack as they obediently charged into battle with Jaden and the others doing the same as an epic battle rang out!
"Hi-yah!" Tommy shouted as he ran up to a Tyrannodrone and delivered a butterfly kicked to its face before ducking from another Tyranodrone's swipe as Tommy dropped down to the floor and swept the Dinosaur Hyrbid off of its feet as Tommy jumped back onto his feet and backflipped away to avoid a monster's fist from hitting his face as he landed on his jeep and yelped in pain as another Tyrannodrone appeared out of nowhere and kicked him down from his jeep as Tommy crashed on the floor with a pained groan.
"Ugh, looks like Mesogog made a few improvements," Tommy groans just as Zeltrax suddenly appears as he raises his ax and threw it down at Tommy, intending to cut off his arm, but Tommy's battle instinct kicked in as he opened the door to his jeep and used it as a makeshift shield to block Zeltrax's attack as he then backflipped onto his jeep with Zeltrax following after him as he jumped up onto his vehicle and Tommy glared at him as Zeltrax swiped at him with his ax.
Two Tryannodrones charged at Jaden, who took a low crouch stance as he then leaped towards the surprised goons and flared up with his usual fire-aura as he then clotheslined them to the floor so hard that their heads were planted deep onto the concrete. Standing up from the floor, Jaden spotted four more Tryrandodrones charging at him as the blonde-haired boy grinned and cartwheeled over to them as he started throwing multiple punches and kicks at the villainous Dinosaur Hybrids as the force from his attacks alone sends out several huge shockwaves that send the monsters flying away.
Jaden smirked at his victory before frowning as he saw a group of Tyrannodrones charging at him and the young prankster thought quickly as he raised his arm and punched the ground below so hard that cracks appeared as it leads towards the running group of hybrids, who didn't have time to react as they stepped on the cracks and immediately the ground gave away as the screaming monsters were sent falling down below. Groaning in pain, the Tyrandrones sits up from the floor as they looked up at the hole they fell from and squinted their eyes as they saw a large figure falling towards them and screamed in fear as the figure reveals himself to be Jaden, who was holding a rather large boulder in his hands as he grinned and threw down the giant rock down the hole, trapping the Tryranodrones underground as Jaden dusts off his hands with a smirk.
Kira grunted as she blocked two punches coming from a couple of Tryannodrones and used their momentum to her advantage as she hooked on to their arms and judo flipped them to the ground as they groaned in pain and their comrades showed up to help them as Kira glared at them and kicked one of the Tryanodrones away as she was then forced to duck under a monsters punch and delivered a punch to his stomach, winding him as Kira leaped towards him and hooked her legs onto his waist as she then twirled around, using her height and weight to forcefully lift the surprised goon off the ground as she threw him to an incoming group of Tyrnaodrones, who managed to weave around their screaming comrade as they charged at Kira.
Standing up, Kira backflipped away to avoid being clotheslined by two Trynodrones as she then kicked a monster henchman away and did a perfect split to avoid being tackled by a charging Tryanodrone as Kira was amazed by her new flexibility, but didn't have time to think about it as multiple Trynodrones appeared and swarmed around her as Kira reacted quickly and lowers down to stand on a handstand as she spread out her legs and twirled around as she begins ranging down multiple helicopter kicks that send all of the incoming Mesogog's goons away.
Smirking, Kira flipped back onto her feet and crouched down to avoid being double punched by a couple of Tyranodrones as she responded by punching and kicking their groins at the same time, causing them to squeak in pain as Kira leaped up and kicked them away as more and more Tyranodrones showed up to confront her and Kira knew that she needed to dispose of them quickly before they overwhelmed her and the first thing she thought to do was to use her Ptera-Shriek to send him flying away as they crashed down on the floor and moans in pain from the ringing in their ears as they slowly grew unconscious.
"Okay, I'm starting to love my superpower," Kira says with a small smile on her face.
Ethan grunted as he blocked a punch from a small Tyranodrone, only to get tackled onto the ground by three Tryanodrones as Ethan yelped in pain/surprise and struggled to escape from their grasp as they began beating him up, and Ethan slowly grew annoyed by this as he used his superpower to infuse his forehead with blue metallic Triceratop skin and then delivers a wicked headbutt to a Tyranodrone's head. The hybrid monster screamed in pain as he felt disoriented from the headbutt as well as the flash of blue light that came with it as he lets go of Ethan, allowing Ethan a little more legroom as he raised his arms and infused them with some metallic Triceratop skin as he then processes to smack them together, producing a huge blue shockwave that blew every single one of Mesogog's minions away.
Jumping back onto his feet, Ethan then reflexively raised his left arm as a random Tyranodrone tried to slice his head off with his claws, but obviously failed as the small minion gave him a sheepish look and Ethan responded by giving him a blank stare as he then kicked him away and punched another Traynnodrone away as he then did a triple front flip over to a far away Trynadone and infused his right leg with the same metallic skin that was on his arms as Ethan delivered a Yoko Geri kick that connected with the minion's stomach and a flash of blue light rang out as the monster was sent flying away.
"Whoa!" Conner yelled while doing from a monster's kick as he rolled across the ground and stood on a low crouch as multiple Tryannodrones charged at him. Thinking quickly, which was quite a rare thing for him to do, Conner leaped up as he delivered a jumping front kick to a monsters head and send him flying away as he landed on the ground, and maneuvered around a minion's punch expertly as he grabbed onto him and twirled him around as he threw him towards another Tyranodrone and they both fell down.
Smirking at his success, Conner didn't notice a Tryanodrone slowly sneaking over to him as he kicked the surprised teen down as Conner used his new enhanced reflexes to catch himself mid-air and then backflipped across the ground as he landed back on his feet. Taking a fighting stance, Conner made sure to pay close attention to the fight as two Tryannodrones ran over to him and threw multiple kicks/punches at the young teen, but Conner used his superspeed to block all of their attacks as the monsters grew frustrated at not being able to hit him and reared back their fists to deliver one last punch, but Conner held out his hands as he grabbed onto their outstretched hands and threw them off as they fall to the ground.
"Awesome," Conner says with a smile, enjoying his superpowers and his new martial arts skills as five Traynodrones decided to group and gang onto the young jock, who was unafraid by this as he lowers his guard and crossed his arms with a cocky smirk on his face.
"Now, you see me..." Conner trailed off as the Tyranodrones leaped towards him to tackle him to the ground...only to miss as Conner zipped out of the way and watched amused as the Tyranodrones crashed against each other harshly and fell on the ground while hissing in pain. "...now you're-" Conner says before getting interrupted by another Tyranodrone as he threw a punch at the teen and gasped in shock as his fist flew through the teen's body, reveling to be an afterimage as Conner suddenly appears beside him and delivered a hard donkey kick to his stomach as the screaming Tyrandodrone was sent flying away. "...unconscious." Conner finished with an arrogant smirk.
"Ugh!" Dr. Oliver grunted in pain while being kicked out of his jeep as he crashed down on the floor and groaned as he shakily sits up and glared as he saw Zeltrax landing in front of him and slowly made his way towards him stoically.
"You're no match for me," Zeltrax says, as if stating a fact, as a panting Tommy glared at him before smirking as he saw Jaden running towards Zeltrax at full speed, and the armored villain didn't have time to react as Jaden leaped into the air and let out a battle cry as he held out his leg to him and kicked Zeltrax away so hard that a shockwave rang out and the cybernetic bad guy yells out in pain as he crashed against a tree and fell down as Jaden landed on the ground and smirked at him as he crossed his arms.
"But are you a match for us, Zeltrax?" Jaden asked as the rest of the teens showed up and stood beside him in fighting stances as Tommy stood up and gave the blond-haired teen a thankful look before turning to Zeltrax as he glared at him fiercely.
"Make sure you tell your master that Dr. Oliver is back," Tommy says as Jaden pops in.
"And with backup by his superpowered students," Jaden added while raising his glowing orange hand as Conner took a sprinting position, and Ethan infused the rest of his body with his Triceratop skin while Kira simply took a fighting stance. Zeltrax growled at Tommy, and the teenagers angrily but solemnly realized that he was losing the battle as he reluctantly called over his minions, and they loyally appeared behind him as he glared at Tommy stoically.
"I will inform him that this battle is over, but the war ha sonly just begun!" Zeltrax shouted determinedly as he and his Tyranodrone army disappeared via an invisiportal.
"And don't come back!" Jaden shouted with his aura slowly disappearing as Conner and Kira dropped their fighting stances while Ethan dropped his Triceratop skin as he grinned cockily at his friends.
"Is that the best he could do?"
"I know, right? For a guy who wears an admittedly badass armor, he's surprisingly not as powerful as I thought he would be." Jaden says, equally as cocky as Ethan as the boys shared a high five.
"Alright, enough of that, we should get out of here," Tommy says sternly while walking over to his jeep as the others followed after him. "It's getting late, and I don't want your parents to worry," Tommy says as Conner glared at him and crossed his arms.
"I bet you don't. You might have to explain something for once." Conner says sarcastically as Tommy gave him an annoyed look before sighing as he jumped onto his jeep and sat down.
"I'll fill you in tomorrow after school, I promise," Tommy says sincerely as Conner sighed but nodded as he and the others boarded their teacher's jeep, and Tommy started up his vehicle as they drove off. Meanwhile, at Mesogog's island, we see Zeltrax informing his master about the battle with Tommy Oliver and his new team of superpowered teens, and suffice it to say, Mesogog was not pleased by what he said.
"Dr. Thomas Oliver...I should've known," Mesogog says with a snarl while pacing around in his lab as the large mutant then perked up and turned to his minion Zeltrax as he glared at him. "Zeltrax is our aerial attack craft in position?" He asked as Zeltrax nodded.
"It is, Master Mesogog," Zeltrax says as Mesogog grinned evilly.
"Good. When the Biozords have completed the first strike, launch your ariel assault. The citizens of Reefside will think that idiot Lothor has returned to town. They won't know what's hit them...until it's too late." Mesogog says with a sinister chuckle as Zeltrax chuckled alongside him, only to stop by Mesogog's cold glare. "Don't laugh with me. It's weird."
"My apologies, Master Mesogog." Zeltrax immediately apologized like the obedient little dog that he was as Mesogog nodded in satisfaction and placed his arms behind his back as he walked away. The next day, at Reefside High, we see Conner, Ethan, Kira, and Jaden filing into Science Class as Cassidy appeared out of nowhere and latched onto Jaden and Kira's arm respectively as she pulled them away from a confused Conner and Ethan.
"Jaden West and Kira Ford, Cassiday Cornell, Reefside News Network," Cassiday says, introducing herself to the duo as Jaden and Kira gave her blank looks.
"Cassiday, we know who you are. We've been going to the same school as you for the last two years." Kira says, annoyed as Cassiday waves her hand dismissively.
"Yeah, whatever. Anyway, what can you tell me about the mysterious goings-on at Reefside?" Cassiday asked, shocking the teens as they turned to each other subtly and nodded firmly as they turned back to Cassiday with fake confused looks on their faces.
"We have no idea what you're talking about, Cassiday. Nothing exciting ever happens to Reefside. Trust me, if it does, I would know. You know, being the crown prince of fun and all." Jaden says with a smirk as the girls rolled their eyes.
"Cute, but I'm serious. Weird things have been going on in town. For example, the sudden friendship between you two, Conner McKnight and Ethan James."
"Look-"
"Or better yet, the strange creatures that appeared out of nowhere and they just abducted you in broad daylight. What about that, huh?" Cassiday asked, daring them to say otherwise as the dup stuttered to come up in response, and Cassiday raised an eyebrow at this as she noticed how close they were together and slowly formed a mischievous smile on her face as she squealed. "Or, even better, are you two suddenly dating now?"
"WHAT!?" Jaden and Kira screamed out in shock while blushing heavily as everyone heard their yells and stared at them curiously as Cassiday bounced up and down excitedly.
"Oh my god, it is! You two really are dating!" Cassiday shouted, causing everyone to do a double-take at an embarrassed looking Jaden and Kira as they frantically shook their heads.
"No, no, no, that's not what is!" Jaden started.
"There is NO WAY that we're friends, much less a couple." Kira continued.
"Yeah, I mean, look at her! She's such a boring prude!"
"Yeah, I mean, look at him! He's such an immature jackass!"
"WHY THE HELL WOULD WE EVER DATE EACH OTHER!" Jaden and Kira shouted angrily as the crowd of students shrank back from their yells while Cassiday merely smirked as she begins checking her nails mockingly.
"I don't know. You two seem to be oddly in sync with each other. Plus, your blushing faces don't exactly help your case." Cassiday says with a wink as Jaden and Kira growled at her angrily and were about to continue arguing, but then Tommy showed up as he entered his classroom and rolled his eyes at what he sees as he walked over to the trio.
"Cassiday, unless you plan on giving a lecture to Jaden and Kira about the Mesozoic Period, I suggest that you all take your seats," Tommy says as the trio blushed in embarrassment and nodded as they went over to their seats and Tommy nodded in satisfaction as he turned to look up at his students.
"Okay, who can tell me when it all began?" Tommy asked his students as Ethan was about to answer his question when suddenly the ground shook violently, nearly knocking everyone over as the lights went out, but luckily the backup generators kicked in as the lights were turned back on and everybody, minus Tommy, Cassiday, Jaden, and the others, rushed over to the window as they were shocked/scared to see that the sky above them darkened as thunder rang out.
"Oh, that can't be good," Jaden says nervously just as Devon ran into the classroom as he skidded to a stop near Cassidy.
"Cass, you're never going to believe this," Devon says as Cassidy rolled her eyes and stood up as she gave her friend a blank look.
"Let me guess, the sky just went black in the middle of the day?" Cassiday asked rhetorically as Devon blinked in surprise.
"It did?" Devon asked dumbly as he looked out the window, and his eyes widen in shock. "Whoa, look at that!" Devon says amusedly as Cassiday rolled her eyes and started snapping her fingers in front of his face.
"Devon, hello! What did you want to say?"
"Oh, yeah, right, look, I just heard this whack report about giant mechanical dinosaurs attacking downtown," Devon says as Tommy heard him and turned to him in shock, but the duo didn't notice this as Cassiday squealed in excitement.
"Ooh, that sounds like the perfect report to do! Quick, grab your camera!"
"Already got it!" Devon says while holding out his camera as Cassiday grinned and ran out of the classroom, followed by their classmates as Principal Randall send out an evacuating warning to the whole school through the intercom as only Tommy, Jaden, Conner, Ethan, and Kira stayed behind.
"Dr. O., now would be a good time to have that little chat," Kira says firmly with the boys nodding in agreement as Tommy shook his head solemnly.
"We're out of time. If Mesogog revived the Biozords, we got to act fast before he uses them to kill anybody. Quick, come with me. It's finally time to get you all suited up." Tommy says as everyone blinked at him in surprise.
"I'm sorry, what?" Jaden asked, but Tommy didn't answer his question as he ran off, and the teens reluctantly followed after him as they ran out of the school.
"So, these mechanical dinosaurs, they're your friends?" Kira asked while walking down the stairs leading into Tommy's Dino Cave with the others as they saw news coverage of the Biozords rampage across downtown on Tommy's monitors and suffice to say it, the teens were quite intimidated by the giant mechanical dinosaurs as they watched them wreck everything in sight.
"Biozords, fusion-powered replicants using actual dinosaur DNA for their neuro functions," Tommy explains as everyone, minus Ethan, blinked at him slowly.
"Would you mind repeating all of that in English, please?" Jaden asked as Tommy sighed in annoyance.
"Basically, they're robots with the mind and DNA of real live dinosaurs."
"Oh." Jaden, Conner, and Kira said in understanding as Tommy nodded and went to find something in his lab as Ethan crossed his arms at him.
"And let me guess, you helped build them as well?" Ethan asked sarcastically as Tommy turned to him with a sheepish look.
"I'm afraid so, but right now, we-I mean, you have to tame them," Tommy says as if what he said was the most normal thing to do as everybody stared at him in disbelief.
"I'm sorry, but do you think our last names are Dolittle? How the hell are we going to tame robot dinosaurs who are the size of a building!?" Jaden asked incredulously as Ethan nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, I'll B.B.L. if it's all the same to you."
"What does that mean?" Tommy asked.
"Be Back Later," Ethan answered as he turned around to walk away with the others happily following after them as they were about to make their way out of Tommy's Dino Cave but were stopped by their Science teacher.
"Guys, wait! You can all do this, but you won't have to do it without a little help."
"What do you mean by that?" Jaden asked curiously as he and the others turned to Tommy, who pulled out a large metal briefcase from under his desk as he placed it on the table and turned to the teens as he gave them a serious look.
"Ever since I found the Dino Gems, I've had these waiting in case I ever needed to harness their powers."
"Into what?" Kira asked as Tommy smirked and opened the briefcase as Jaden and his friends peered down, and were bewildered to see four little Morphers that were attached to a couple of metal wristbands as each of them had a different color and a dinosaur design on it.
"Dino Morphers. You all are going to use these to become...Power Rangers." Tommy says dramatically as everyone stared at him in shock/awe.
"What?" Conner asked in disbelief as Tommy nodded solemnly and handed him the Red Dino Morpher that was in the shape of a T-Rex's head as it has gray spikes on its head and a singular yellow eye.
"You can't be serious," Kira says while being handed a Yellow Dino Morpher that was in the shape of a Pterodactyl's head as it was much pointer than the rest of the Dino Morphers with a pale gray bump on its head and had one singular red eye.
"Oh, cool!" Jaden says with a smirk as Tommy handed him an Orange Dino Morpher that was in the shape of an Ankylosaurus's head as it had a silver frame around its head and a singular pink eye.
"This is...I don't even know how to feel." Ethan says while being handed a Blue Dino Dino Morpher that was in the shape of Triceratop's head as its nose and head stuck out as it has a singular green eye. "I got to sit down," Ethan says, feeling like he was about to faint as Conner and Jaden quickly ran to his help and gently sets him down on a chair as Ethan started hyperventilating.
"Breath, dude," Conner says as Jaden nodded in agreement while rubbing his back comfortably.
"Yeah, in and out, in and out," Jaden repeated as Ethan followed their instructions and slowly calmed down as Kira turned to her teacher and shook her head urgently.
"No, no, this can't be right. We can't be Power Rangers. Aren't you supposed to have superpowers and stuff like that?" Kira asked as everybody slowly turned to her with deadpanned looks as Jaden raised his hand and summoned his fire aura as Kira's eyes widen in realization, and blushes in embarrassment as she laughed sheepishly.
"Now, look, who forgot they have superpowers now?" Jaden says teasingly as Kira blushes even more and looks away as she rubs her neck awkwardly.
"Anyway, you're Dino Gems are from the asteroid that crashed into Earth millions of years ago, wiping out the entire Dinosaur population. When I found them, I recognized their power and hid them, so they wouldn't fall into the wrong hands."
"How do you know these are the right hands?" Conner asked, saying the question that was in everybody's hands as Tommy smiled at them softly.
"Easy, the Gems are yours. You didn't choose them. They choose you." Tommy says while walking over to his computer as Jaden and the others followed after them.
"Can't they unchoose us?" Kira asked hopefully, but much to her dismay, Tommy shakes his head.
"No can do, they've already bonded to your DNA, that's what giving you your powers."
"So if they already bonded with us, how come Mesogog and his creeps are still after them?" Ethan asked.
"The only way these powers can be taken away is if you're dead," Tommy answered, shocking the teens as their faces paled in fright.
"Okay, for future reference, that's not a great selling point," Ethan says with the others shakily nodding in agreement as Conner sighed and shook his head as he gave his teacher a nervous look.
"Look, all I know is, I don't remember asking to be a superhero."
"The Dino Gems wouldn't have bonded to you if you didn't already have something inside you that can handle the power. Please." Tommy says, pleading them to become Power Rangers as Jaden looks down and secretly wondered if he really was worthy of becoming one of the legendary Power Rangers, but after seeing multiple people screaming in fear from the Biozords, his face hardened as he wordlessly slapped on his Dino Morpher onto his wrist and planted his Orange Dino Gem onto it as well as it glowed brightly.
"Guys," Jaden says, getting his friend's attention as he turned to them and gave them a rare serious look on his face as he crossed his arms and sighed heavily. "I know how you feel. I'm scared too. But there are people out there in danger of those giant robot dinosaurs, and Mesogog is probably planning something horrible with these Dino Gems. So, even though I don't think I'm worthy enough to become a Power Ranger, I'm still joining because it's not in my conscience to abandon someone who's in trouble." Jaden says sincerely as everyone, especially Kira, stared at him in shock while Tommy to smile at him knowingly as the teens had never seen this side of him before, a side that actually cares for other people's wellbeing and by the tone of his voice, everyone could tell that he wasn't fooling around with what he said.
"But everyone knows that a Power Ranger is only at their strongest when working together, so please, can you guys join me to save everyone from Mesogog and his mutant band of halfbreed dinosaurs?" Jaden asked as Conner, Ethan, and Kira glanced at each other silently before nodding as they felt inspired by Jaden's speech and turned to him as they nodded.
"I'm in," Conner says with a smirk while slapping his Dino Morpher onto his wrist as he planted his Red Dino Gem onto it, and it glowed brightly.
"Me too," Ethan says with a grin as he placed his Dino Morpher onto his wrist and inserted his Blue Dino Gem onto it as it glowed brightly.
"Me three," Kira says while hooking her Dino Morpher onto her wrist as she carefully placed her Yellow Dino Gem inside, and it glowed brightly as Kira looked up at Jaden and smiled at him lightly. "Now, this is the Jaden that I remembered growing up with. A good guy who cares for other people, instead of this immature idiot who rarely takes things seriously and is pelting everyone with pranks." Kira says as Jaden blushed slightly and rubs his head nervously as the boys rolled their eyes at them knowingly before looking down at their Dino Morphers as Ethan turned to Tommy.
"So, now what? Do we need some kind of secret password or command?" Ethan asked, wondering how to summon his and the other's new Power Ranger powers as Tommy smirked at him.
"All you have to do is to say, 'Dino Thunder! Power Up!'. And you'll be transformed. You'll know what to do." Tommy says as Conner snorted in amusement.
"Dino Thunder, really?" Conner asked with a laugh.
"I kinda like it," Ethan says.
"Yeah, me too," Jaden says as Conner and Kira rolled their eyes.
"Of course, you would." Conner and Kira said in unison before turning to each other in shock as they grinned and shared a high-five as Ethan and Jaden gave them deadpanned looks.
"Look, I know you four are from different worlds. I get it. But you're going to have to work together, or this would never work." Tommy says seriously, wanting to stick into the teen's head that this wasn't playtime and that they really needed to work together to become effective Power Rangers as Jaden and the others nodded solemnly and continued listening to Tommy's motivational speech. "This won't be easy. Nobody knows that better than I do. But you're going to have to believe in yourselves. Like I believe in you." Tommy says sincerely as Jaden and the teens felt happy and more confident of having their teacher really believe in them as Tommy gave them a determined look. "Now, go out there and showed the world the new Power Rangers. Dino Rangers! Move out!" Tommy shouted as Conner, Ethan, Kira, and Jaden nodded eagerly, and they all ran out of Tommy's Dino Cave.
Arriving downtown on their teacher's jeep, the small group parked near where the Biozords were as they saw the giant mechanical dinosaurs wreaking havoc on the city as Tommy and the teenagers jumped out of the jeep and ran forwards as they saw a fifty-foot green/orange Pteradactyle-like robot perched on top of a skyscraper as a hundred and twenty-five-foot green/orange T-Rex-like robot lurking near her. Down below, the teens saw a green/orange forty-eight-foot Triceratop-like robot growling angrily at a green/orange forty-five-foot Anklysaurus-like robot as they seemed to be fighting for dominance.
"That must be them!" Conner says as Jaden shrugged.
"That or we're in the set of a new Terminator/Jurassic Park crossover movie."
"Oh, that would be awesome to see," Ethan says enthusiastically as Jaden grinned, and they shared a high-five.
"Guys, stay focus." Tommy scolded just as Zeltrax appeared via an invisiportal as Jaden and the others took on fighting stances as Zeltrax glared at them.
"You'll have to get past me before you get these Zords," Zeltrax says threateningly as Conner smirked.
"That's the part I'm looking forward to."
"You and everyone reading this story, Conner," Jaden says, but no one hears him as Conner turns to his team.
"Are you guys ready?" Conner asked while raising his arm close to his chest as the others did the same.
"Ready!" Ethan, Jaden, and Kira shouted as they pressed a button on their Dino Morphers, and they glowed brightly as the Dino Rangers glared at Zeltrax determinedly.
"DINO THUNDER! POWER UP! HA!" Conner shouted as he pressed another button on his Red Dino Morpher, and suddenly his whole body glowed brightly as Conner grinned and leaped into the air as several pieces of red spandex appeared and planted themselves onto his body as Conner flipped around and landed on the ground with a loud thud as Conner smirked at the readers and his face was suddenly covered up with a red helmet as he struck a Power Ranger pose and an image of a roaring red mechanical T-Rex appeared behind him.
Conner was now wearing a red, skintight, spandex suit with a symbol of a golden dinosaur foot planted on his chest, white rhombus designs on his shoulders/arms/legs, red gloves, a gold belt with a gun holster on it as it held a small red/white gun, golden bands on his hands/legs, red boots, and he also wear a red helmet with a black visor as it has curvy white accents. Conner has now transformed into his morphed form, the Red Dino Ranger!

Kira shouted as she pressed another button on her Yellow Dino Morpher, and suddenly her whole body glowed brightly as Kira smiled widely and leaped into the air as several pieces of yellow spandex appeared and planted themselves onto her body as Kira flipped around and landed on the ground with a loud thud as Kira winked at the readers and her face was suddenly covered up with a yellow helmet as she struck a Power Ranger pose and an image of a screeching yellow mechanical Pteradactyle appeared behind her.
Kira was now wearing a yellow, skintight, spandex suit with a symbol of a golden dinosaur foot planted on her chest, white rhombus designs on his shoulders/arms/legs, yellow gloves, a gold belt with a gun holster on it as it held a small yellow/white gun, a short yellow skirt, golden bands on her hands/legs, yellow boots, and she also wears a yellow helmet with a black visor as it has curvy white accents and had a small fin attached on the top of her head. Kira has now transformed into her morphed form, the Yellow Dino Ranger!
"DINO THUNDER! POWER UP! HA!" Jaden shouted as he pressed another button on his Orange Dino Morpher, and suddenly his whole body glowed brightly as Jaden smirked excitedly and leaped into the air as several pieces of orange spandex appeared and planted themselves onto his body as Jaden flipped around and landed on the ground with a loud thud as Jaden grinned at the readers childishly and his face was suddenly covered up with an orange helmet as he struck a Power Ranger pose and an image of a roaring orange mechanical Ankylosaurus appeared behind him.
Jaden was now wearing an orange, skintight, spandex suit with a symbol of a golden dinosaur foot planted on his chest, white rhombus designs on his shoulders/arms/legs, orange gloves, a gold belt with a gun holster on it as it held a small orange/white gun, golden bands on his hands/legs, orange boots and he also wear an orange helmet with a black visor as it has curvy white accents and seems to be more reinforced than the others. Jaden has now transformed into his morphed form, the Orange Dino Ranger!
"Whoa!" Ethan breathed out while inspecting his new Power Ranger suit in awe as everyone did the same.
"This totally rocks!" Kira chirped under her helmet as she twirled around a bit to admire her new suit.
"Yeah!" Conner pumps his fist into the air happily as Jaden looks over his suit with a satisfied nod.
"Not bad, I look quite good in orange. Don't you think, Kira?" Jaden asked Kira while turning to her as his eyes widen under his helmet once realizing how Kira's Power Ranger suit hugged her body tightly, showing off her curves as Kira turned to Jaden and raised an eyebrow as she noticed him staring at her
"What's wrong?" Kira asked, snapping Jaden out of his daze as he blushed under his helmet and looked away as he coughed.
"N-Nothing, nothing at all," Jaden says as Kira tilted her head at him confusedly before her eyes widen in surprise as she noticed Jaden's tight uniform clinging onto his body tightly, showing off a decent amount of muscle on his body as Kira blushed lightly and looked away sheepishly as thankfully none of their teammates noticed their awkward exchange.
"So, you're Power Rangers," Zeltrax growled out while clenching his fist angrily as the Dino Rangers took on a fighting stance.
"Call out your weapons! They're in your belt!" Tommy shouted from the sidelines as the team nodded.
"You got it, Dr. O.!" Red Dino Ranger says just as everyone's gold belt started glowing as several dinosaur-like weapons appeared out of thin air, and the Power Rangers each grabbed their respective weapons as they cheered. "Whoa, check it out! I got a Tyranno Staff!" Conner exclaimed in amazement as he clutched his new red/white staff that has the head of a T-Rex placed at the end of it.
"I can come to grips with this! Ptera Grips!" Yellow Dino Ranger quipped while gripping her new yellow/gray daggers that were in the shape of a pterodactyl's head.
"Sweet! A Tricera Shield!" Blue Dino Ranger yelled out with a grin as he held his new blue/white shield that was in the shape of a Triceratop's head.
"Well, I got something better! Say hello to my little friend, the Ankylo-Flail!" Orange Dino Ranger shouted excitedly while holding onto an orange/white stick that had a metal chain connected to it as his new weapon had a big metal spiked ball attached to the very end of the chain.
"Enough!" Zeltrax shouted in annoyance while mentally summoning his Tyrannodrones army to appear via an invisoportal as the giant mutant creatures hissed at the young teens angrily and charged at them as the Power Rangers clutched their new weapons tightly and rushed over to meet them halfway.
Twirling her new weapons around, Yellow Ranger swiftly blocked an incoming downward slash from a Tyrannodrone with one of Ptera Grip's as she then used the other one to slash his chest, spilling blood as the Tyrannodrone squealed in pain and was kicked away by Kira as two more Tyrannodrones charged at her and tried to slice her head off, but missed as Kira backflips away and landed on the ground in a low crouch as Yellow Dino Ranger held her head down and gripped her Ptera Grips tightly as she charged over at the surprised mutants and slashed their stomachs as the Tyrannodrones roared in pain and held their bleeding stomach as Yellow Ranger ran back towards them and twirled around as she begins slashing their bodies with her daggers as the creatures whimpered in pain and fell down as they bled to death.
Knowing that these creatures weren't really alive like she and the boys were, Kira was able to gloss over their deaths as she blocked a couple of more slashes from a couple of Tyrannodrones before bending down on the ground to avoid a doubleheader slash from two Tyrannodrones as Yellow Dino Ranger places her hands on the ground and stood in a handstand as she then leaped up to deliver a mighty double kick to the monsters head as they weren't flying away and crashed on top of a couple of SUVs with a pained groan.
Kira soared past a surprised group of Tyrannodrones, using her new Power Rangers powers to defy gravity and float around a bit as she landed back on the ground elegantly and was forced to use her Dino Daggers to block another slash as she then ran over to shoulder checked him to a wall and raised her Ptera Grips high in the air as she begins slashing him apart like a real Pteradactyle and then jumped back as the mouth part of her yellow helmet opened up to reveal her mouth as Kira used her Ptera-Shriek to send out huge yellow soundwaves at the screaming Tyrannodrones until his body couldn't take the pressure anymore as he subsequently blew up into hundreds of millions of pieces, spilling blood everywhere as Yellow Dino Ranger nodded in satisfaction and turned over to glare at a group of scared Tyrannodrones.
"Is that all you got, boys?" Yellow Dino Ranger asked as the Tyrannodrones nodded their heads fearfully and tried to run away, but Kira won't let them as she grinned savagely, feeling her new Dinosaur instincts kick as she twirled her Ptera Grips around and charged at the scared group of minions, all the while letting out a Pteradactyle-like battle cry.
Leaping towards a group of Tyrannodrones, Blue Dino Ranger landed on the ground with a thud as he raised his Tricera Shield proudly and used it to smack a Tyrannodrone across his face as Ethan then used his new shield to block a charging Tyrandrone's punch and kicked him away as all of the Tyrannodrones got the 'brilliant' idea that it was better to fight the Blue Power Ranger all at once instead of one of time as they all leaped up and dog-piled him onto the floor. Ethan groaned in pain as he accidentally lost his grip on his shield and it rolled right in front of him as all of Tyranodrone's started beating him up and the Blue Dino Ranger growled in annoyance as he got a crazy idea and summoned his Tricera scales on his right hand as he reared back his arm and slammed it on top of his shield as it produced a loud, defeating blue shockwave that pushed back all of the surprised Tyranodrones, and sends them flying high in the air as they all fell down with sickening thuds.
Standing up, Blue Dino Ranger picked up his shield and grinned widely at his new ability as he saw more and more Tyrannodrones showed up to avenge their fallen brethren, but Ethan wasn't scared as he swung his Tricera Shield around and slashed half of the incoming goons apart by using the sharp and horned end of his shield as the Blue Dino Ranger stood in a low crouch and blocked a Tyrannodrone's punch with his armored hand as he then smacked him away with his shield and saw the remaining half of the Tyrannodrones charging at him, wanting to spill his blood as they hissed at him angrily.
Surprisingly, the Blue Dino Ranger wasn't scared by this in the slightest as he throws his shield into the air and leaped as Ethan infused his Tricera scales onto his left leg and kicked the shield as he produced a flash of blue light that propelled his shield forwards as it zips across the battlefield and took out all of the remaining Tyrannodrones by slicing off their heads as their headless bodies squirted out fountains full of blood and dropped down dead at the grounds the Tricera Shield automatically returned back to the Blue Dino Ranger, who caught it with ease Ethan smirked down at the dead Tyrannodrones.
"Heads up." Blue Dino Ranger quipped as he laughed at his little joke.
"Whoo-hoo!" Orange Dino Ranger cheered in glee as he leaped towards a group of Tyrannodrones while twirling his Ankylo-Flail around as Jaden used its long-range capability to his advantage and smacked away about five Tyrannodrones away as he landed on the ground and retracted back his Ankylo-Flail's chain back onto the stick, turning it into a mace as the Orange Dino Ranger grinned and leaped up to smack his mace weapon across a Tyrannodrone's skull, killing it instantly as Jaden landed back on the ground and smirked as he saw three enraged Tyrannodrones charging at him from all sides.
"Nice try, guys! Get a loud of my Ankylo-Strength!" Orange Power Ranger shouted as he summoned his superhuman strength and a fiery-like aura covered his body as he crouched down and leaped up high into the air, producing a gust of wind at his wake as all of Tyrannodrones stopped running and stared up at Jaden in shock as they saw him leaping about thirty feet into the air and held out his weapon as he extended its chain and twirled his Ankylo-Flail around as gravity started taking its effect on him and Jaden started falling down as he reached closer to the ground and the Orange Ranger infused his orange fire-like aura onto his weapon as he let out a battle cry and slammed his Ankylo-Fail on the ground as he produced a huge orange shockwave that was so intense that it blew back all of the Tyrannodrones and they were sent flying through the air as they disappeared into the horizon.
"Hell-yeah! I'm all fired up now!" Orange Ranger quipped with his fiery-like aura shining brightly as several Tyrannodrones showed up to confront the young teenager, and Jaden smirked at them cockily as he retracted the chain back inside his Ankylo-Fail, turning it back into a mace as the Orange Ranger held his weapon out and started spinning around so fast that he resembled an orange tornado as he heads towards the scared/shocked Tyrannodrones and smacked them away as they were all sent flying away on all directions.
"Have a nice trip!" Red Dino Ranger shouted while spinning his Tyranno Staff around to keep all of the surrounding Tyrannodrones back in safe distance as Conner used his staff to latch onto a monster by using the T-Rex's head to bite onto its leg as the Tyrannodrone roared in pain and the Red Power Ranger held on this weapon tightly and twirled around as he sends a screaming monster towards a group of Tyranodrones and they all crashed each other with pained groans as Conner grinned. "See you next fall!" Red Dino Ranger quipped as all of the remaining Tyranodrones charged at him, but Conner didn't even flinch as he perched his Tyranno Staff onto his shoulders and spun around as he smacked away a couple of Tyrannodrones away.
Backflipping away to dodge a charging Tyrannodrone from tackling him, Red Dino Ranger landed on the ground as he gripped his weapon firmly and used his super-speed to run across the battlefield while striking each of the Tryannodrones across their chests as they groaned in pain and fell down on the floor as another group of Tyranadrones showed up and tried to track down the red blur, but they were to slow to react as Red Dino Ranger appeared beside them and used his Tyranno Staff to pole vault over the slow-moving hybrid dinosaurs as Conner landed behind them and glared at Mesogo's minions fiercely while holding out his weapon as he used his super-speed to spin his staff around so fast that he created a small red tornado that pushed back the rest of the Tyrannodrones and sends them flying away.
"Freeze!" Blue Dino Ranger shouted while confronting Zeltrax as the cybernetic villain sneered at the sight of him.
"You first!" Zeltrax shouted as he held out his hands and fired a blue/purple beam of light that wrapped around Ethan's body and electrocuted him as the young Ranger screamed in pain before grunting as Zeltrax flings him away and Ethan crashed against a side of a building as he fell down with a moan.
"Ethan!" Jaden, Conner, and Kira shouted, concerned for their teammate as they rushed over to help him, only for Zeltrax to fire small red lasers at them from his eyes as the Red Ranger made sure to shield a recovering Ethan from the blast while Orange Ranger reflexively latched onto Yellow Ranger's small frame, making sure to take the full brunt of the attack as the lasers reached them and produced a small explosion that blasted them off their feet as they crashed against the ground.
"Jaden! Are you okay?" Kira says to her teammate worriedly while sprawled across the ground with the others as Jaden groans in pain but shakily gave her a thumbs-up as she sighs in relief and smiled at him slightly. "Thanks for shielding me, West." Yellow Ranger says as Orange Ranger smiled back with a blush.
"Anytime, Ford," Jaden says just as Tommy appeared as he gave his Rangers a serious look.
"Dino Rangers! Combine your weapons!"
"Right!" The Power Rangers shouted as they quickly sit up from the floor and began to combine their weapons as Ethan handed Conner his Tricera Shield and the young jock folded his staff into two as he placed one end with the T-Rex head on top of the Tricera Shield while the other end was placed below the shield as Jaden has transformed his Ankylo-Fail into a mace and handed it over to Conner, who quickly attached it below the Tricera Shield as Conner and Jaden used their respective weapons to hold up the shield from off the ground. After Kira quickly added in her Ptera Grips to act as a funnel for the laser to fire through properly, the Power Rangers went into work as Conner held the triggers to their new weapon while Kira and Ethan stood at its side to steady the admittedly heavy weapon as Jaden crouched down beneath it to help aim it towards a surprised Zeltrax.
"Jurassic Blaster!" Red Dino Ranger shouted.
"Ready!" Blue Dino Ranger screamed.
"Aim!" Yellow Dino Ranger says.
"Fire!" Orange Dino Ranger yelled as Red Power Ranger pressed the trigger and a giant multi-colored beam of light-headed straight towards Zeltrax, who didn't have time to react as the beam of light formed into a giant dinosaur's head and swallowed Zeltrax whole as a giant explosion rang out and the Jurassic Blaster broke apart as each of the Power Rangers grabbed their respective weapons and stood in classic Power Rangers poses as another explosion appeared behind them.
"We did it!" Kira exclaimed happily as the boys cheered, and Kira and Jaden hugged each other in glee...before realizing what they did as they separated and dusts off their clothes as they looked around awkwardly. Conner and Ethan rolled their eyes at this knowingly, but then everyone tensed as Zeltrax appeared from out of the fire caused by the explosion, looking heavily injured, but still ready to continue fighting as he glared at the Dino Rangers.
"You showed me your weapons, now meet mine!" Zeltrax snarls out as he disappeared with a flash of green light, and suddenly all of the Biozords appeared as they surrounded our heroes and hissed/growled/screeched/roared at them as the Power Rangers and Tommy stood in fighting stances before their eyes widen in shock as a giant sting-ray shaped ship appeared and opened fire on them as an explosion rang out and sends our heroes flying through the air as they crashed landed with pained groans as they weakly stood up and rushed over to the jeep for cover as more explosions rang out near them.
"Okay, if anyone has any ideas on how to beat those things and the ship. I'm open to suggestions." Orange Ranger says as everyone remained silent, unable to come up with a plan to fight their opponents as Tommy glanced over at the Biozords and his eyes widen in realization as he turned back to the Power Rangers.
"You gotta tame the Zords!" Tommy says, surprising the quartet as he gave them a serious look. "You all need to concentrate! You're Dino Morphers will help you all communicate your thoughts to your respective Biozords." Tommy explains as the group nodded and made their way to angry Biozords, who roared at them as they stood back nervously, but pressed forward as Jaden was the first one brave enough to talk to his Biozord.
"Hey, Big Guy. The sun is getting real low. It's time for you to calm down now." Orange Ranger says while communicating to the giant Ankylosaurus robot through his Dino Morpher as the huge mecha dinosaur let out a roar that sounded suspiciously to Anguirus' roar from Godzilla. Jaden stepped back in fright from the sudden roar but then composed himself as he walked over to the towering dinosaur and raised his hand as he placed it on the Ankylosaurus-like robot's leg and smiled at him warmly. "Hey, hey, it's okay, Big Guy, I don't want to hurt you. I just want us to become friends. Is that okay with you?" Orange Ranger asked as the giant Biozord growled softly, but calmed down as Jaden grins and raised his arm into the arm.
"Ankylozord!" Jaden shouted as his Dino Morpher glowed orange, and the newly named Ankylozord eyes glowed pink as he roared and stood on its hind legs as an orange aura covered his body, and suddenly his green/orange paint job fade away to reveal that the giant robot was really colored orange/silver as he dropped back on all four and waved his drill tail around excitedly as Jaden and the others cheered. "Yes!" Orange Ranger cheered as Anklyzord bends down his head, and Jaden rubs it affectionately as the giant Biozord purred.
"It worked!" Yellow Ranger chirped cheerfully.
"Hell yeah!" Red Ranger exclaimed as Ethan smirked.
"My turn." Blue Ranger says as he stepped towards the Tricera-like robot, who growled at him threateningly as he scrapped his front foot on the ground, looking like he was about to charge at Ethan as the young geek stood his ground and gave him a calm look through his helmet. "Calm down, boy. It's all good. I don't want to hurt you. I just want us to be friends," Ethan says softly as the Tricera-like robot tilted his head curiously at Ethan and slowly calmed down by the Blue Ranger's soothing voice as he stopped charging, and Ethan used the chance to raise his arm into the sky.
"Tricera Zord!" Blue Ranger screamed as his Dino Morpher glowed blue, and the newly named Tricera Zord eyes glowed green as he growled softly and stood on his hind legs as a blue aura covered his body, and suddenly his green/orange paint job fades away to reveal that the huge robot was really colored blue/silver with yellow horns. "There you go, feel better now?" Blue Ranger asked Tricera Zord, who growled as Ethan pats his head, and the giant robot seems to like it as he purred in delight.
"Aww, so cute!" Kira gushed before noticing Conner and Jaden giving her teasing looks as she composed herself and coughed. "I-I mean, it's time for me to calm my Zord." Yellow Ranger says as she stepped towards her Biozard, who was still perched on top of the building, and Kira smiled up at the giant dinosaur as she raised her arm in the air. "Ptera Zord! We can be friends, right?" Kira asked hopefully as her Dino Morpher glowed yellow, and the newly named Ptera Zord glanced down at her curiously, seeming to not be as aggressive as the other Zords as the young musician smirked up at her.
"I mean, you and I are the only girls in our team, and someone needs to keep these boys in check, so why don't we team up and show the boys how it's done?" Yellow Ranger asked with a grin as Ptera Zord screeched in agreement, and her red eyes glowed brightly as her whole body was covered in a yellow aura and her green/orange paint job fades away to reveal that she was really colored yellow/gray. "Hell yeah! Now that's what I call Girl Power!" Yellow Ranger cheered as Ptera Zord flew down from the building and landed in front of Kira as they shared a high-five, but then Kira, Jaden, and Ethan's eyes widen in shock as the T-Rex-like robot appeared and smacked Ptera Zord and Tricera Zord away as Ankylozord was quick to try and defend his family as he and the giant T-Rex robot growled at each other threateningly.
"Conner, try to control your Tyranno Zord before it makes the rest of the Biozords extinct...again!" Orange Ranger shouted frantically as Red Ranger nodded firmly and ran over to the newly named Tyranno Zord as Conner gave him a desperate look.
"Come on, I need you to work with me here!" Red Dino Ranger shouted through his Dino Morpher as Tyranno Zord heard him and growled at him menacingly as Conner gulped in fear but managed to find the strength to glare at the towering robot as he placed his hands on his hips.
"Tyranno Zord! I know you may be stubborn and don't like being bossed around, but look at what your doing man! You're hurting your family!" Conner shouted while pointing at the recovering Biozords as Tyranno Zord blinked in surprise and turned over to see Ankylzord growling at him angrily as he was protecting a pair of frightened Ptera Zord and Tricera Zord. Seeing this, Tyranno Zord started feeling guilty for hurting his family as he bends his head down in sadness, but Red Dino Ranger was quick to comfort him as he smiled up at him reassuringly.
"Don't worry, Tyranno Zord, I know this isn't your doing, but in order to get you back to normal, pal, I need you to work with me. Can you do that?" Red Dino Ranger asked as Tyranno Zord nodded, and Conner grinned as he raised his arm into the air. "Tyranno Zord!" Conner shouted as Tyranno Zord's yellow eye flashed brightly, and he roared as a red aura covered his body, and his green/orange paint job fades away to reveal that he's really colored red/silver. "Yes! That's what I'm talking about! Give me a fist bump!" Red Dino Ranger shouted while raising his fist at Tyranno Zord, who gave him a blank look as he gestured his small arms. "Oh, right, how about leg bump?" Conner asked while raising his leg as Tyranno Zord smiled in appreciation and raised his giant leg to bump with his as he then turned to his comrades and roared out an apology as they accepted it and grouped together to form a giant hug as the Power Rangers watched in the sidelines with small smiles on their faces.
"Good job, team," Tommy says while running over to the Power Rangers as he smirked at them. "There's only one more thing to do. Bring him together." Tommy says as the team smirked back and nodded as they turned to face their Zords.
"Okay, let's do this!" Red Dino Ranger shouted.
"Right!" Blue, Yellow, and Orange Dino Rangers yelled out determinedly as all four Power Rangers leaped high into the air and were subsequently absorbed into their respective Biozords as a giant red/blue/yellow/orange sphere appeared in front of them.
"Logging in!" The Dino Rangers said in unison as they placed their hands on their respective spheres, and they swirled with their Dino Gems energy as each of their spheres glowed brightly. "Combine Powers!" The Power Rangers shouted as their Biozords roared and joined together as a big flash of light occurred.
Once it does down, we see all of the Biozords had joined together to form a huge one hundred-and-fifty-foot tall robot as the Tyranno Zord formed the majority of its body with his giant T-Rex head planted firmly on his chest as his drill tail acted as the robot's left arm, a small mechanical head placed on top of the body, and huge legs. The Tricera Zord acted as the right arm for the giant robot, and the Ptera Zord wrapped around its body to form a set of chest armor and helmet while the Anklyzord leaped up to attach himself onto his back, acting kind of like a protective turtle shell as his tail wagged around excitedly. The Dino Power Rangers had now formed their giant robot named-
"Thundersaurus Megazord!" The Red, Blue, Yellow, and Orange Power Rangers shouted excitedly as their giant robot stood proudly in the middle of Reefside, but Zeltrax wasn't impressed by it as he scoffed and shook his head.
"You're robot is no match for me! Fire!" Zeltrax shouted as his ship fired a giant red electrical beam at the Power Rangers, but they weren't scared as they reacted quickly and turned around as they allowed the giant beam to strike against Ankylzord's tough metal shell, and the beam bounced off it harmlessly as Jaden and the others smirked under their helmets.
"Nice try, Zeltrax!" Orange Ranger taunted from deep within the Thundersaurus Megazord as Zeltrax growled in annoyance and then smirked as he pressed a button on his console and his ship fired two huge lines of wire that wrapped around the surprised giant robot, and before they can react, electrical impulses shot down from the fires and electrocuted everyone on board as the Power Rangers and the Biozords screamed/roared/screeched in pain as Orange Ranger grits his teeth in anger and glared up at Zeltrax's ship as he gripped his orange sphere tightly.
"Now you piss me off! Playtimes over! Ankylzord use Tail Launch!" Jaden shouted as Ankylozord roared and lifts his giant tail as he smacked it on the ground so hard that it produced a giant shockwave that sends the robot flying through the air as Conner stared at the wires curiously, and an idea popped into his head as he smirked.
"Good idea, Jaden! Time to head for the back of the net!" Red Ranger shouted as Thundersaurus Megazord grabbed onto the wires firmly and used them to swung above Zeltrax's ship as they floated in the air a bit, thanks to their Power Rangers powers helping them defy gravity as the team spotted a small blue/pink circle placed on top of the ship and the group realized what it was as Jaden turned to his teammates with a smirk.
"Hey, guys, that looks rather important, it would be a shame if someone destroys it," Jaden says as the other teens grinned mischievously and nodded as they turned to face the small blue/pink circle and angle themselves in mid-air as gravity started taking its hold on them and the giant robot started falling towards Zeltrax's ship.
"Dino Drill's, Engage! Double Drill Power!" Red and Orange Dino Ranger shouted as Thundersaurus Megazord held out his Tyranno Drill arm while also lifting his Ankylzord's Drill upwards as it aimed their tail forwards and all of the Power Rangers let out a battle cry as they crashed landed onto Zeltrax's ship and easily pierced through it as they landed back on the ground and looked up as they saw Zeltrax's ship shaking violently with small explosions ranging out as one more final huge explosion occurred that blew up the ship, but sadly didn't kill Zeltrax as he disappeared via an invisoportal, but the Dino Rangers didn't care as they cheered at their first victory as Power Rangers!
"So...Dr. Oliver has taught them how to become Power Rangers." Mesogog says to Elsa and Zeltrax, who stood like soldiers in his lab on the island as the tall mutant wasn't so satisfied by their failure and made sure to drive it home to them as his angry golden eyes burned into their souls, and the duo flinched as they looked down with frightened looks on their faces.
"Our deepest apologies, sir. We should've foreseen this development," Zeltrax says as Mesogog glared at him.
"Yes, you should have," Mesogog says coldly as he used his telepathy powers to invade their minion's minds and caused them great pain as Elsa and Zeltrax screamed in agony, and they knelt down on the floor as they felt like their heads were going to explode. "Let this be a lesson. I do not take defeat...lightly." Mesogog says with a sneer as he continued torturing his minions with a delighted, sinister glee on his face.
Meanwhile, elsewhere, we see Jaden and the others standing in Tommy's Dino Cave, back in their civilian forms as they watched their science teacher present them his briefcase again, which held their Dino Morphers as a flash of red/blue/yellow/orange light occurred and once the light dies down, we see that each of the team's Dino Morphers transformed themselves into a couple of silver bracelets with each of the teenager's Dino Gems placed carefully on top of them.
"Keep these bracelets with you at all times. They'll access your Dino Morphers when you need them." Tommy says while handing each of them their respective silver bracelets as Jaden, Conner, Ethan, and Kira each slapped their new bracelets onto their wrists firmly. "And you can use them to communicate with me or each other at any time."
"Doctor O., I know your real smart and a science teacher and everything, but this is...well, I mean, how did you-"
"I'll fill you in. In time." Tommy promised, interrupting Kira as she and the others nodded reluctantly.
"Fine, I guess we can wait, but what about Mesosgog and his band of misfits?" Jaden asked as Ethan nodded.
"Yeah, you think he and the other creeps are going to plan to stick around for a while?" Ethan asked as Tommy sighed solemnly and nodded.
"Unfortunately, they always do. Look, I know this is a lot to take in. Your lives have just changed in ways you probably couldn't have imagined, but as long as you all work together and remember that you are all a team, no one can defeat you. No one." Tommy says as the young teenagers turned to each other and nodded determinedly as Jaden smirked at his teacher.
"You can count on the Dino Rangers to save the day, teach. We won't fail you, Dr. Oliver." Jaden says with a toothy grin while raising his arm as his silver bracelet transformed into his Dino Morpher with a flash of orange light as his Orange Dino Gem shined brightly."
