The British movements through the Stargate across the Goa'uld Empire had been temporarily halted by the near catastrophe of Nelson. IIET-2 was nearly wiped out by the Jaffa that were gathered around the Stargate when they arrived. Thus, after a brief reform of the IIET tactics when heading to a new world Royal Stargate Command authorized IIET-1, IIET-2, and IIET-3 to strike out into the wildness of the Goa'uld empire once more. The teams were all sent off from varying worlds to the vast reaches of the Goa'uld Empire, IIET-1 was based from Earth and under the command of Capitan Tolkien moved to add notches to their belts from the worlds they found. IIET-2 was based from Nelson due to their vital role in securing the world for the empire. IIE-3 under the command of Captain Leonard Pike was based out of New Avondale and slowly became known as the leaders of disrupting Goa'uld logistics via the Stargate.
The second mission that IIET-1 went through was to the world of Nova Wessex under the control of a minor Goa'uld called Hadúr. He had allied himself to Apophis and the majority of his forces were off world fighting against Cronus. The Stargate was positioned in the heart of the capital city of Tudor, so it was exceedingly lucky that the British dialled in while Tudor was in the depth of night and the Jaffa were too busy patrolling the slums of Tudor. As the British slipped out of the gate and moved into the shadows it seemed that it would be an easy scouting mission determining if the world would benefit the British and if so should the British conquer it like Nelson. Then at noon the next day the British bore witness to a battle between the forces of Cronus and Hadúr the first Jaffa battle that the British witnessed. The forces of Cronus had just eliminated the Jaffa loyal to Hadúr dispatched to the front of the war and his First Prime Ronac saw it as the perfect opportunity to crush Hadúr and any chances of reinforcements for the hard-pressed Apophis. The battle was fierce and large stretches of the city were set ablaze as the forces of Cronus knew that the few Jaffa of Hadúr had no reinforcements available and there was a large chance they could easily win. As it seemed that his Jaffa were on the verge of breaking Hadúr himself took to the field and carved his way through Jaffa of Cronus and is seemed that he cold win the battle. Until his shield failed in the middle of battle and the sniper under Tolkien's command blew the brains out of Hadúr with a single well-placed shot. The defending Jaffa routed, and Cronus declared that the world had fallen. With the fall of Nova Wessex to Cronus he withdrew the majority of his forces assigned to take the world and sent them off to the front. Allowing Tolkien to escape with his team back to first Ùr Albion and then back to Earth. Nova Wessex would remain under the control of Cronus for several decades following its initial conquest, but the British would take the world soon enough. Nova Wessex was important for two major reasons the first reason was it was the first direct kill of a Goa'uld by the British and it allowed the British to study the tactics and weaponry of the Jaffa when fighting against each other information that would prove vital for their future sabotage missions against the Goa'uld.
IIET-2 was dispatched to an isolated world on the far edge of the galaxy New Hannover. The Goa'uld ruling it had long forgotten about it or been destroyed. In response to this the native human population had begun to advance technologically and were at a point resembling the thirty years war. The majority of the population was gathered on the continent of Krefeld and was divided into several small nations that were constantly at war with each other. The Stargate was in the Kingdom of Ernst an absolute monarchy that worshipped the warped view of the Goa'uld that had ruled over them. IIET-2 would report back to the United Kingdom that New Hannover was a world perfect for conquest and allowed for the expanding of the British foothold in the galaxy. The Imperial High Command agreed and sent through two regiments the Black Watch and the newly raised Royal Melbourne Regiment. The British conquered the world quickly and easily after the fall of Ernst the majority of Kingdoms wisely surrendered to the British allowing the Imperial forces to keep the majority of the native leaders under them as puppets. The way that the British utilized New Hannover quickly became one of agriculture with the label of the breadbasket of the empire swiftly becoming well known to refer to the world on the edge of the galaxy.
IIET-3 stumbled on to a world under the control of Apophis the population seemed to have come from the northern reaches of the Sudan and spoke a language similar to what was spoken on Abydos and Ùr Albion. The world was given the British name of Nova Hibernia, but they called their world Meroe. The Stargate was isolated in the depths of a desert to the north of the capital city with a single path leading to the city. The team slipped through the deserts until they found the capital city and realized that it was under the control of Apophis due to the snakes carved on every wall and building. The few Jaffa were focused more on the skies due to how close the front against Cronus was to Meroe. The British then withdrew due to the lack of use the planet seemed to have at the time. The first action of IIET-3 was uneventful to the extreme. This would become an irritating pattern to Captain Leonard Pike and his team.

The federalization of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland had initially been met with opposition from the Conservative and Democratic Union Parties, but the Conservatives shifted to support the idea. The initial suggestion had been to make the capital of England Portsmouth, but the Conservatives managed to shift it to Birmingham due to claims of gerrymandering. The first election to the new internal governments clearly showed the divided between the internal states of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. The first state elections to the internal Governments would end up with Wales and Scotland returning Liberal Governments, England, and London both returned Conservative governments. Thus, the internal divide of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland began.
