Chapter two
As Yappaw left camp he thought It's happening. He knew it already did happen but he was still excited. He always crossed through ShadowClan to get to RiverClan where Flamepaw was. Flamepaw was his secret mate. She had kits a moon ago. He was going to see them now.
As Yapkit strolled into RiverClan camp Mistystar greeted him. "Greetings Yapkit. I assume that you are here to see your kits?" "Yes, and it's Yappaw now." answered Yappaw proudly. "Yappaw. Yappaw." howled RiverClan. Flamepaw scampered up to Yappaw and nuzzled him. "These are our kits Yappaw: Dustkit and Eaglekit" "they're beautiful!" meowed Yappaw. "Yappaw, what are you doing here?" asked Stripekits voice as he tumbled out of the bushes. "Stripekit! What are you doing here?" exclaimed yappaw. "What are you doing with a riverclan Queen?" questioned Stripekit. "She's my mate." said Yappaw firmly while Stripekit gasped: "you're an apprentice, you're not allowed to have kits! Especially not with an apprentice from another Clan!" "I'll be the judge of that!" Said Yappaw dismissively. "I'm actually going to join Riverclan when I'm a Warrior."
