The final phase of the Goa'uld Civil War was the fall of Chulak the last refuge of Apophis against the wrath of Ra and the other Goa'uld. A fraction of the strength of the Goa'uld empire was unleashed on the planet. Ha'taks blocked out the skies and the skies were burning with thunder as the bombardment began for three days straight the Goa'uld unleashed their wrath on the planet. The main city was pounded into rubble by the Goa'uld and then they began to land. Across the planet Jaffa from every Goa'uld that was fighting against Apophis landed and attacked the few scattered forces that bore the mark of the serpent. The people of the planet were caught up in the crossfire as Ra had ordered to leave no memory of Apophis left. The defenders scattered across the planet withdrew to the Stargate where Apophis himself commanded the final defence. He was coated in blood as he tore through the attacking Jaffa several First Primes fell at his hand until Ra himself choose to take to the field and crush his rebellious brother. When his personal guard arrived around the Stargate Apophis knew that the end drew near so he prepared himself for as he put it one last dance. The final assault was bloodily as the last of Apophis's Jaffa were cut down until only Apophis and Ra remained staring at each other over a field of corpses. Then Ra attacked for an entire day the two Goa'uld traded blows but slowly the battle turned in Ra's favour as he beat his brother down until Apophis was on the verge of death and relied of the DHD to even stand. Maybe the reliance on the DHD to stand is what made him think of his insane plan but whatever happened he dialled the gate. As the disintegrating wave tore forth from the Gate Apophis used the last of his strength to throw both him and Ra into the wave killing them both. When the wave receded the corpses of Ra and Apophis lay entwined both missing heads the Goa'uld Civil War was over the War of Ra's Succession had only just begun as across Chulak Jaffa turned on Jaffa all fighting for the title of Supreme System Lord. This was one of the most beneficial events that ever befell the allied forces as the conflicts of the Goa'uld Civil War was nothing compared to the slaughter that the War of Ra's Succession would bring to the Goa'uld.

The final fall of Hathor was termed Operation Ragnarök as the allied forces surrounded Mexico City and swept up the last of the forces of Hathor scattered across the country. The allied air forces and artillery corps began their bombardment and the few buildings that still stood were destroyed by the bombardment. The official plan was to destroy the city and then march in and capture Hathor the launching of Operation Baktun changed that. Operation Baktun was the last use of the Naquadah that Hathor had scraped from the outside of the sarcophagus that she had been found in. The original plan had been to place the largest bombs that she had built in the few cities she had left but by the time they were ready only Mexico City was under her control. Across the city Naquadah bombs were hidden and when the bombardment of Operation Ragnarök began Hathor ordered the detonation of the bombs. On the 17th of September 1931 Mexico City ceased to exist. The entire city was obliterated, and the few people left within were atomized but Hathor herself escaped the destruction and fled south to the pyramid in which she had been found in to rise again in a later time.

When she and her core circle reached the pyramid, the allies had worked out that she was still alive and were trying to track her down everything that they had was ordered to hunt her down including IIET-1. Sigurður Steelfangs proved his use as he managed to track her scent through the jungles of Yucatan to her final resting place. The men that Hathor had dragged along with her back to the pyramid were not the best fighters. IIET-1 managed to hack them down easily with the last of them the first of Hathor's proto-Jaffa being torn apart by Sigurður Steelfangs until it was just Hathor left.

Hathor managed to take control of the every member except for Bra'tac and Sigurður Steelfangs. The two divided their duties Bra'tac dealt with the other members of the team while Sigurður Steelfangs attacked Hathor. The fight was brief not even a Goa'uld can stand up to a Wulfen for long and he tore her apart killing both her host and the parasite itself immediately the rest of the team was freed and across Mexico the few men left under her spell were freed. Hathor was dead and her reign of terror was over permanently the pyramid was destroyed and IIET-1 and the sarcophagus were airlifted out of the jungle back to the United Empire. Though the allies had won the war they may well lose the peace.

The Kingston accords were held in the capital of the Commonwealth of Jamaica and dealt with fate of Mexico. The provisional government was the Holy Christian Brotherhood who began to draft a new constitution which while it had strong religious elements including every Mexican Bishop getting a seat in the upper house it held a strong secular streak. Mexico City would be rebuilt to serve as the capital of the new Union of Mexican States and its distinctive architecture has long been praised as a distinct symbol of Mexico. The proposed states of the new federal union would all hold referendums on their status while most voted to join the Union of Mexican states two states choose differently. The Baja California Remanent had been very close to the United States during the war and voted to join the United States of America. The state of Yucatan where all the trouble started still had a string sense of Mayan nationalism and voted to become the Mayan Republic both results were accepted by the Holy Christian Brotherhood and the Kingston accords came to an end. The Mexican elections of 1932 had three main parties the Christian Socialist Party, the Catholic Democrat Party, and the Mexican Union Party. The Christian Socialist Party won partly through their descent from the Holy Christian Brotherhood partly because they promised to make homosexuality legal and they were a large portion of the electorate. Thus, the Union of Mexican States became the first country on earth to legalize homosexuality too this day is a very sexually liberal nation.
