„Aaaah, stupid pervi sage" shouted Naruto as he was falling to his doom, after Jiraiya threw him off the cliff.

As he was falling he finds himself in a strange sewerage.

"Where am I"

He starts walk around until he makes a sudden left turn and finds himself in front of big golden gates. As he peaks inside he sees a massive fox with nine tails.

"You are the nine tailed fox! You attacked Konoha! Fourth Hokage sealed you in me so you owe me rent!"

"Insolent brat! Is this how you treat your ancestors? I mean I may were unable to give you birthday gifts, but the way you are acting you don't deserve them. Heck you are not even aware of your family tree. I should teach you some manners, but I am too pissed off to do that. Come back when you learn respect and are ready to learn about your family." rants kyuubi angrily.

"What are you talking about? You are demon fox and I'm a human. Wait, you know about my family?"

"First my father was a human so I had two human brothers and younger one of them is your great great great many times over grandfather on your mother side so it makes me your great great great many times over granduncle. And unlike you I keep a keen eye on my family even when I don't have the best relationship with them."

"Wait, can you please tell me about my family?" asks Naruto as knowing about his parents is something that he wants more than anything, even more than being hokage.

"Yes, if you behave well. Just give me a bit to find the scroll where I wrote down the family tree."

"Really? Wait, I'm falling to my doom currently, so please great uncle can you help me?"

"I guess I can. But you will come back here tonight. I have a family tree with me by that time."

Before Naruto can answer he is flooded by kyuubi's chakra and finds himself outside his mindscape.

"Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram Summoning Jutsu" shouts Naruto even when the first part is almost silent.

With a puff of smoke giant frog I mean toad appears and Naruto falls on it, his back first.

"It's huge!" screams Naruto as he runs on toad's back. "No tail!" shouded boy after checking.

"Yes, I did it! I mastered summoning" exclaims Naruto happily as Jiraiya runs away quietly as he doesn't want to deal with Gamabunta.

The rest of exchange is similar to canons only difference being as evening started to reach Naruto's brain started to finally realise that he is related to the nine tailed fox. So after he collapses, Naruto finds himself again in front of kyuubi's cage.

"Oh, your back. Come in here" tells kyuubi as he tries to unfold a giant scroll. Where he got it, no one knows.

"Ok lets start with something easy. My father was Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki. I have ten siblings. Two human ones Indra and Asura, although Indra side of the family is filled with black sheep including Indra. Other eight are biju, each of them have their own name and personality. For example my name is Kurama and that guy Gaara is the host of one tail, Shukaku who is your other great great great many times over granduncle. Next is two tails, Matatabi who is your great great great many times over grandaunt." starts Kurama as he shows the scroll with the family tree to Naruto, who now sits next to him. In the end it took more than one night to educate Naruto about his family, not that he complains.

This is my first fanfiction and it stays oneshot, unless I do sequele how Naruto meets his other great great great granduncle Shukaku for the first time.
