"Remember Shukaku may not know that you are related to him so be careful. Not to mention that Gaara guy is weird also, spitting image of Shukaku." warned Kurama through mindlink he set up before Naruto woke up after his adventure with boss toad Gamabunta.

"This is going to be awesome, I mean great great great granduncle Shukaku should be insane according to great uncle Kurama, but still to meet two of my ancestors in the same month. I never would have thinked that it would be possible." thinked Naruto giddily as he made his way to Gaara and Sasuke, completely forgetting about the invasion, what was taking place.

Sakura, who is running next to Naruto, turns her head while looking warily. "Don't tell me that, that Gaara guy made Naruto go crazy. I mean his giggling while there is invasion and we're going to save Sasuke-kun from bloodthirsty maniac."

At the same time Kurama smirks inside Naruto's mind. "I know of your plan to hug Shukaku to half death, like you did me after our first lesson. My chakra will protect you against my brother when need rises. You will be an unstoppable hugging machine. This will teach you not to make fun of our family tree. Don't stalk members of your family. Don't peek through windows to find out if you're going to have a new family member. My most awesome nephew will show how wrong you are, family is the best!" the great uncle snickers as he's planning revenge prank on Shukaku.

"They're here!" tells Pakkun as they make it to Sasuke and Gaara's location.

The moment Naruto sees Gaara who is already half transformed throws his hands open and starts running towards Gaara/Shukaku. Gaara tries to stop him by using sand, but it just flies off of Naruto like water from the goose back, thanks to little help from Kurama. Gaara's eyes almost come out of his skull as he and Naruto engage in an inescapable bone-crushing hug.

As a last resort Gaara uses Play Possum Jutsu to release Shukaku, unaware that this action just played both him and Shukaku right into Kurama's big furry paws.

"Whahahaha! Free, I'm finally free!" shouts Shukaku as he emerges only to stop and watch a human clinging to his paw.

"Let go of me!" shouts Shukaku as he tries to throw Naruto off.

"No! This is the first time I see you in person and I have twelve years of hugs to give to you great great great many times over granduncle." shouts Naruto back at him

"What are you talking about I'm not..."

"Yes you are, great uncle Kurama showed me the awesome family tree and told me stories about all of you."

At this Shukaku foze. "No, no, no! Not again! Why? I'm so done with Kurama's obsession with family and family trees. I would get it if it would be only us, but every descendant of father. And now he has corrupted some boy, who is related to us. I need to get back suna asap. Is this karma for all the horrible things I have done?"

After finally getting Naruto off of him Shukaku says: "Sorry gaki I need to go Suna so see you next time." As he runs away from family obsessed idiots, Naruto and Kuruma. Temari and Kankuro following the sand spirit while giving each other fearful looks.

As for Sasuke and Sakura, well everybody had forgotten about them.
