Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy sits in silence as he awaits the arrival of his best friend.

Many questions raced through his mind when three am hit. 'Where is he?' 'Is he ok?' The door opens silently and in came a rough looking Albus Severus Potter.

Worry runs through Scorpius as he jumps up and asks "Albus what on earth happened?"

Albus only cries harder. Scorpius goes to him and gently helps Albus to the couch.Scorpius looked him over noticing the bruises and ripped clothes. "Albus please talk to me, you're scaring me."

"S-Scorp..." Albus said voice hoarse from screaming."Shhhh Albus your ok, your safe." Scorpius said hugging Albus careful not to hurt him.

Albus lays his head on Scorpius' shoulder and sobs. Sobs in pain, sobs in sorrow, sobs in shame, and sobs in self pity.

"I'm sorry... So sorry. I'm an idiot and worthless." Albus said crying out to the heavens.

Scorpius rubs Albus' head soothingly and says "shhhhh you are not an idiot and most certainly not worthless! Al is this what happened with Delphi." Albus shakes his head sorta a nod yes and a shake no. "Then what's wrong?" Scorpius asked genuinely.

Albus shakes his head no really fast and curls up into a ball against Scorpius. "Please no..." Albus gags and he suddenly throws up all over Scorpius. Tears fall out of his eyes and he whispers "omg I'm so sorry!"

Scorpius' mouth dropped open and he tried not to gag. Right before he can vanish the vomit away he noticed that it is blood not normal vomit.

Fear struck Scorpius like a ton of bricks. He quickly vanishes the vomit and looks at Albus saying "it's ok Al..." Scorpius watches as Albus' eyes rolled to the back of his head and he promptly passed out. "Al!" Scorpius exclaimed "Albus wake up!"

When he doesn't wake Scorpius gently picks Albus up and he runs to the hospital wing.

Scorpius knocks on the door. A few moments later a irritated Madam Pomfrey opens the door and says "who on earth is here so early in the morning?"

"Please Madam Pomfrey! Something bad happened to Albus!"

Madam Pomfrey glances at Albus and she quickly opens the door "put him on the bed quickly!" Scorpius does what he is told. Madam Pomfrey locks the door and rushes over to them asking "what on earth happened to the boy? Didn't the two of you just leave four hours ago?"

"Yes! And I dunno what happened! Like he said he was going to the owlery to think, but he came back looking all beat up! He was crying and all of that also he was limping too." Scorpius said close to crying himself "I swear I tried to ask what had happened, but he kept saying things like he's sorry, worthless and all of that... Then he vomited blood and passed out."

Madam Pomfrey pales and she quickly runs spell after the spell over the boy. "Mr Malfoy do me a favor and get Professor Mcgonagall."

"No! I can't leave him please don't make me leave him." Scorpius pleaded holding Albus' hand.

Madam Pomfrey frowned and sent a patronus out.

"What's wrong with him?" Scorpius asked whispering quietly.

"It looks as tho he suffered something very traumatic... He has a nasty red hand print on his neck, a hand print on both hips... I fear what the tests will say."

Professor Mcgonagall comes in "Poppy what is your reason for waking me up so early?"

"Well just like his father trouble always finds him... Young Albus Potter was attacked somehow someway."

"What!" Minerva rushes over and frowns when she sees how terrible the boy looks. She just noticed the distraught Scorpius in the chair right next to Albus. "Mr Malfoy! What exactly happened?"

Scorpius explains what he told Madam Pomfrey to Professor Mcgonagall.When he was done Minerva was pale "I'll call Harry and Ginny." She leaves the room.

The tests comes back and Madam Pomfrey reads them eyes wide "what on earth did this poor dear go through!" She whispered.

Fifteen minutes later Minerva returns with Harry and Ginny.

Ginny immediately rushes to Albus saying "my baby!"

Harry worriedly asks "what happened? We were just here!"

Scorpius notices how tired Harry and Ginny look and he can't help but think how much he and Albus had worried them in the last twenty four hours!

"Mr Malfoy here said Albus went to the owlery to think, but returned three hours later all busted up crying and limping. Scorpius said he tried asking Albus what happened, but he kept muttering things." Poppy said. "He also said Albus had vomited blood and passed out."

Harry and Ginny cover their mouths in shock. Ginny kisses Albus' head "will he be ok?" She asked with a feeling of dread.

"That's the problem... I don't know if he'll heal. Physically more than likely, but mentally I don't know, he's seen and been through a lot in the last twenty four hours. Visibly I see hand prints on his neck and hips... These tests says he has a concussion, anal tearing... Inside is all tore up! I'm gonna be real honest with you, I think Albus was raped."

Everyone gasps. Scorpius grasps Albus' hand tightly. 'That'll explain why he called himself worthless!'

Harry and Ginny close their eyes and honestly they feel like crying. "Is there anything else we should know about?" Ginny whispered.

"Yes, the tests says that his magic is creating a womb... This only happens when a powerful wizard makes a egg and it gets fertilized."

"Wait is Albus pregnant?" Scorpius asked absolutely terrified.

"I don't know yet, but if the womb keeps forming and I see any activity inside I believe that he might be!"

"And the blood?" Minerva asked."That is common to happen when a male starts forming a womb."

Harry sits down. He feels like he has failed as a father. After Albus started hogwarts he didn't know how to talk to his son who was being difficult, he told his own son that he sometimes didn't want Albus as his son, he tore the two boys in front of him apart, he couldn't protect Albus from a riddle, and now this.

"When he wakes in the morning and he doesn't seem well I'll call a mind healer to check him out... Preferably Mr Malfoy."

Harry and Ginny nod.

Scorpius thinks to himself 'Fuck you whoever did this to Albus!'
