This is mainly for bringing some ideas into the fray. So please, use whatever is more comfortable to you, and please try to make sure to respond to my reply PM's or reply comments quickly!

Please note that if I like an idea or two for the same Magical Creature, then I might combine the two best parts that I liked about the idea into one, so that both people could be happy.

NOTE - Please make the ideas detailed! Don't just give me a sentence to work with, try to give me a paragraph or two to work with!

Female Magical Creatures on the Poll;

Female Hippogriff, Female Acromantula, Nundu, Centauress, Unicorn

If you have another female Magical Creature that you want to use, feel free to do so, you are not entirely limited to those that are on the list, but please do announce what Magical Creature you want, along with having a detailed idea to base it off! It makes it easier for me to work with the idea or two that you bring to the table.

When it comes to the pairings of the story, it can be with literally every female that has had screen-time within the movies or has had some time shown in the books! My only one that is NOT avaliable for the pairing is Professor Sybill Trelawney and Professor Umbridge!

If you want Harry to be paired with the female Magical Creature that mothers/adopts him, please do make it apparent! Perhaps explain a way to make that happen!

I have recieved one idea for the Nundu in which I want to share, to give you a rough idea on how to give the detailed idea to me. Also, this is a great idea, and I will use it in the future! If another idea comes along for it that I like, then I will combine the best parts together - well, try to anyway!

Also, please remember; No two Harry's are the same for my books! The Hungarian Horntail book was following Canon - with a few small changes - yet, the Basilisk story, Harry was sorted into Hufflepuff, is friends with Daphne Greengrass - his only friend - and he never bonded with Ron Weasley nor Hermione - who was sorted into Ravenclaw.

No two Harry's will have the same personality, they will not have the same friend groups, they will not have the same likes or dislikes!

Nundu Idea that I recieved through PM's;

"Harry finds a nundu cub somewhere near Privet Drive, Surrey because, well I want to say magic but we can go with roaming for food. Nundu mother gets close thinking Harry is going to harm her cub, but Dudley and co. find him first during 'Harry Hunting' before the mother could strike. Dudley and his little gang beats Harry rather badly, complete with cracking a branch over Harry's head, which knocks him unconscious.

Mother nundu witnesses this and decides that Harry is a/her Cub and resolves to come back and pick him up after taking her other cub to her den for safety. But when she returns, Cub!Harry is gone!

Mother Nundu tracks him to Privet and, using what I would call 'shadow stealth', since I see the Nundu as some kind of poisonous panther, Mother sees Cub!Harry do all the 'hunt & prep' but not get adequate fill for the work he had done. Mother Nundu tries to take Harry at night, but is stopped by wards at Privet.

What happens is that she is seen almost stalking him, putting Surrey on alert as they think she's just some big panther. There was also a scene of more Harry Hunting, but Mother!Nundu shows up and scares Dudley away, whilst picking up Harry by the scruff of his clothing and takes him away to her den."

So, I went into a little more detail with the person who sent me this;

Harry is aged 6-8 in this story. So, Pre-Hogwarts era for Harry. Due to this, he doesn't know what magic is, and he doesn't control it, just bursts of Accidental Magic/

The Nundu's appearance problem;

"That's a little tough. I'd say maybe have it be some kind of retractable gland at the back of their mouth or on the roof of the mouth. Or possibly have the poisonous breath be male-only because of the frilled neck, and the females have poisoned fangs, and a stronger bite force *so that if the venom doesn't work fast enough, a hard enough chomp crushes the skull."

So male Nundu's have the poisonous breath, along with the frilled necks, whilst the females will be smaller, stealthier and have poisonous fangs with a stronger bite force.

Pairing;

He is not entirely sure about the pairing. So, perhaps you can help by giving a reasonable example for it!

If you want this to be a pairing between the Mother Nundu, maybe with Harry's out of control Accidental Magic, perhaps since he feels the safest with the mother Nundu and the cub (which can be male or female) then his accidental magic can help him become a Animagis/Hybrid between Male and Nundu.

So, in a way it can be Harry x Mother Nundu x Cub Nundu (if female). However, the pairings will be up to you!
