Now that we got our characters introduced, we're going to be jumping right to the big parts of the story... the Halloween party! Let's see how our main characters can interact with the others! Anyway, enjoy!

It took a few days of planning, of decorating, and even getting a lot of old friends to take a long trip over to the town, but eventually, Halloween night had come around. The time of trick-or-treating, haunted houses and even scary stories being told around a campfire... though if it were summer, scary stories around a campfire was not seen as uncommon.

But in the majestic ballroom, a lot of Total Drama contestants, old and new were gathered around as they looked around the Halloween decorations that furnished the room perfectly. Sure, the rest of the inside didn't look quite dusted, but it really fit the Halloween atmosphere. As the others talked in excitement, Bridgette and Heather walked up to the podium as Heather nudged the blonde closer to the stand.

Bridgette gave a cough to the microphone, getting everybody's attention as they turned to Bridgette as she gave a smile. "First of all, thank you all for coming over to the first annual Total Drama get-together Halloween party. I understand you had a lot of busy schedules in your life, so it really warms my heart that you all made time in your schedules to take a trip over to our home."

Most of the couples smiled as Cody held Sadie close, making her giggle. Bridgette continued, "Anyway, just mingle amongst everyone, talk with your boyfriends, girlfriends, old friends, new friends... some we've met, some we haven't! Either way, we're all here to have fun, so let's do just that!"

Katie and Sadie squealed as they held their respective boyfriends close, with Noah giving a small, but half-hearted sigh. "And so it begins..."

"Okay, Goth Girl, tell your boy toy to cue the music!" Heather called out as Gwen rolled her eyes.

Cameron, hearing what Heather said, gave a small blush, but gave a thumbs up as he turned out the festive Halloween music that played. Bridgette gave a smile as she watched the others mingle and dance around. She then felt a tap on her shoulder. Bridgette turned around to see a nervous Ezekiel, all dressed up nicely, giving a small grin to her. She smiled as she held Ezekiel's hand. "Can I help you, Zeke?"

"Uh, Bridge, if it's not too much trouble, would... you like to have a dance with me?" Ezekiel said with a blush adorning his face.

Bridgette's eyes widened as she looked over towards everyone else, most notably Eva, who was sitting and handing Owen some food from the table as she looked at the blonde in the eye. Eva, noting Bridgette's situation, could only give a smirk to her.

"Well... uh... sure." Bridgette smiled as she took Ezekiel by the hand. "You lead?"

Ezekiel blushed a bit, before giving a smile. "S-sure."

The blonde haired beauty and the former monster went out into the dance floor as they slow danced to the creepy, yet calming Halloween music playing in the background. From near the music booth, Gwen was walking towards Cameron as she leaned towards her boyfriend.

"Hey, sweetheart." Gwen smiled as Cameron took notice. "I have to say, your choice of music is really good. Thought of me when you were doing music choices?"

"Well... it wasn't really hard to get to the Halloween spirit once you told me you needed specific music. And knowing how you love dark, spooky things, it wasn't hard to collect music from the best dark bands and singers I know." Cameron smiled as Gwen looked over the music choices, before she raised an eyebrow.

"Oooooo... Voltaire, my favorite singer! Oh, Cam, you know my tastes!" Gwen said as she fluttered her eyes towards the blushing boy.

Cameron grinned as he picked up the CD. "Shall I change tunes, then?"

"Please do." Gwen smirked as Cameron stopped the song and switched CDs, as the first track "Land of the Dead" played out. After fiddling with the controls, the boy in the red jacket gave a grin as he turned to his Goth girlfriend.

"Well, they should be on repeat for a good hour." Cameron explained as he got out of the booth. "And now, my lady, it would be quite rude if I didn't get a dance from you."

"So play that haunting refrain, and take me to the floor." Gwen giggled as the boy took her hand and took her to the dance floor. As the two happily danced with each other, Gwen took a few deep breaths as she looked towards Cameron with loving eyes. "You know, you're a really great lover, probably even better than Trent and Duncan combined."

Cameron chuckled. "Heh, yeah, I heard you two had quite a scuffle a couple of years back, somewhere between World Tour and All-Stars."

Gwen gave a small, sad sigh. "There was this whole thing about Duncan tricking Trent into going into a forest and trying to kill Trent Sleepy Hollow style with Duncan controlling a giant pumpkin robot and chasing after Trent, but other than that, things are mostly up and down with those two."

Cameron bit his lip nervously. "I hope they're not too mad about me and you..."

"What? Oh, good heavens no, Cameron, where would you get a silly idea like that? It was long ago!" Gwen said with a chuckle. "Besides, I'm not worried about that anymore. Trent and Duncan moved on to different things... well, the latter's still in jail, and Trent has his music deal to deal with..."

"Oh..." The bubble boy sighed in relief. "Good."

Gwen gave a giggle as she leaned towards Cameron and kissed his nose, making him blush. "Come on, Cam. The night's still young!"

The two gave a laugh as they continued to dance on the dance floor, with Heather standing by and watching as she gave a smirk.

"Heh, looks like you really have changed a bit, Goth girl." Heather smirked.

"Who you talkin' to?"

Heather yelped to see Izzy hanging upside down from the banner hung on the wall. After a moment, Heather squinted her eyes towards the hanging girl. "Have you been up there this whole time?"

"Maybe..." Izzy said with a crazy grin.

After a minute of silence, Heather rolled her eyes and gave a sigh. "Why are you with me? Shouldn't you be bothering any of the other boys and girls on their dates?"

"Nah, I already set Ezekiel up with his confidence. I just wanted to dick around, as usual." Izzy said as she turned to Heather. "So, what you up to?"

Heather rolled her eyes. "If you must know, I'm maintaining a good, natural order and making sure the proper guests are having a good time... and making sure nobody's trying to sneak into the party unnoticed."

"Got you covered on that part!" Izzy said as from outside the building, a twang sound was heard, followed by two screams.

"I HATE THIS!" A female voice shrieked.

"OY!" A male voice followed soon after.

Heather paused as she raised an eyebrow. "Was that..."

"Alejandro and his new girlfriend Amy trying to sneak in? You bet!" Izzy grinned. "I just catapaulted them all the way to a mud puddle on the other end of town!"

Heather paused as she held up her hand towards Izzy. Izzy respectfully returned the high five as Heather smiled, "Izzy, you may be a crazy girl, but you're very awesome to work with."

"I try my best." Izzy giggled, before her eyes lit up. "Oh! I should probably talk to Sammy and tell her that her twin sister's been sent far away and won't disturb us!"

"Oh, is Sammy here?" Heather said with a smile. "Who is she going with?"

Izzy, with a knowing smirk, pointing a thumb towards the dance floor as Rodney was holding Sammy close, both of them looking at each other lovingly. Heather just watched in surprise as she gave a shrug. "I don't know why I asked."

Izzy could only give a giggle.

And that's it for this chapter! How did you guys like it? Okay, here's what's going to happen. I'm pausing this Halloween story for now, but after I update my votefic, this story will resume. Not a big surprise, since the Simpsons tend to do their Halloween specials in November at times. But next time, the party continues, and Bridgette and Ezekiel are going to be met with a nice surprise. What will that be? You'll have to see! Anyway, read, review, criticize and suggest, folks!
