As the fight between Adriana, Yuri, Toy Man and Bane raged on Claudia, much like Kat, had been dumped in Gotham City by the portal generator, unfortunately for Claudia the generator had dumped her into the worst possible scenario.

"Well, well, well, just when I thought I was going to get bored." The leader of the gang of thugs said as he licked his lips as they approached Claudia, she had landed in the same ally as Kat but unlike Kat she had landed just as a gang was meeting up. "What's the matter darling? Get lost on the way to the costume party?"

"I'm giving you one warning." Claudia growled as she got her powers ready. "My name is El Sombre, my powers grant me control over dark energy." Claudia added as her eyes narrowed. "Leave now and maybe you can keep your teeth…" Claudia never finished her threat as another thug sucker punched her knocking her to the ground as the thugs closed in her and two, much larger thugs kept her pinned down.

"Oh, a feisty one, this will be fun." The thug responded not noticing a figure that all of Gotham City knew land behind them. "We're going to have some fun with you! Someone pass me my switchblade so I can start cutting off this broad's clothes…" The leader never finished his sentence as three Batarangs collided with not only his head but the heads of the two thugs restraining Claudia knocking all three of them out.

"It's Batman!" One of the remaining thugs called out as they turned their attention away from Claudia. "Get him!" The thug called out and the thugs swarmed Batman whilst Claudia rolled to her feet.

"Now's my chance!" Claudia thought before she took flight and flew over the battlefield looking for a spot to join in, there was just one problem though. "I don't know who this Batman is, but I wouldn't mind seeing him fight Captain America." Claudia thought as Batman lay waist to the thugs without breaking a sweat, she landed behind Batman just as he finished off the thugs but also just in time to see a thug pull a gun on Batman, "Oh no you don't!" Claudia called out before sending a beam of dark energy at the thug knocking him into some trash cans and out cold.

"Are you hurt?" Batman asked as he approached Claudia and she rubbed her aching jaw before shaking her head.

"My pride hurts more than anything." Claudia admitted before straightening herself up. "Look, my name is El Sombre, I came here from a different dimension looking for my friends, two Asian girls, an Italian man and a Syrian man…"

"Their names are Katrina, Yuriko, Marco and Ehsan?" Batman asked and Claudia blinked before nodding, "In the two weeks since they came here, they have proven valuable members of the Justice League."

"Justice League?" Claudia asked and Batman nodded. "My twin sister Adriana jumped into the portal with me, she goes by the name Lo Divino and she controls light energy,"

"I'll tell my associates to keep an eye out for her, in the meantime, you need to be debriefed." Batman responded after he looked her over and put a hand to his earpiece. "J'onn, two more heroes have arrived from Katrina's home dimension, I found one and she needs to be beamed up."

"Understood." J'onn responded and before Claudia could say anything else, she was teleported to the Watchtower.

*later, on board the Watchtower*

Claudia's debriefing had gone well which meant the search was on for her twin sister Adriana, at least until Yuri located her in Metropolis and thanks to the battle between the two Superheroines, Toy Man and Bane they were currently in the infirmary.

"Seriously Yuri, you got your ass kicked by a guy calling himself Toy Man?!" Claudia asked with an amused look on her face as she turned to the Japanese-American hero and Yuri rolled her eyes. "At least Adriana fought someone with a respectable name!"

"Toy Man might have a silly name, but it doesn't make him any less dangerous." Yuri responded with an annoyed sigh as she leaned back on the bed. "And fought? Adriana spent most of that "fight" having a conversation with Bane in Spanish!"

"I was trying to talk some sense into him." Adriana protested as she ran her hand through her black, shoulder length hair, being twins Adriana and Claudia both had the same hair colour and style but Adriana had added several white streaks to her hair to help differentiate herself from Claudia in and out of costume. "It doesn't matter, Toy Man and Bane are off to jail, so, you want to fill us in on what happened after you guys went into the portal?"

"Like you guys, we got split up, I ended up in Metropolis, AKA where you landed Adriana, Kat ended up in Gotham City which was where Claudia landed, Marco found himself in Central City and Ehsan was found in a warehouse in Star City." Yuri explained as she started straightening her hair. "I was the first one to make contact with the league, I happened to pop in just as one of Superman's enemies was on a rampage and I ended up helping him defeat him."

"Don't take this the wrong way Yuri but, well, I've seen what Superman can do." Adriana responded with a sceptical look on her face. "And I've seen what you can do, I have a hard time believing he needed your help."

"To be fair, so did Kat, Marco and Ehsan when I first told them." Yuri admitted as she swung her legs over to get a better look at the Mexican twins. "But if I didn't help then it's very likely that Superman would've died then and there, he has a weakness called Kryptonite, I don't know the details but it's a green, glowing radioactive rock that drains him off his powers and has the potential to kill him if he's exposed to it long enough, and he was facing a cyborg that was powered by the stuff and had an open chest cavity which was where he kept it."

"That's not especially smart of him, he may as well have had a big neon sign that read "go for my chest, that's my weak spot!"." Claudia laughed before the doors opened to the infirmary. "Though I am wondering how you managed to avoid radiation sickness."

"Metallo was focussed on me for most of the fight, Yuri wasn't exposed to that much radiation comparatively speaking." Superman explained and the three women looked up to see Superman approaching them. "How are you feeling?" Superman asked Yuri and Adriana who shook their heads.

"Well for starters, I want to apologize for trying to go against you back there." Adriana responded as she swung her legs over to face Superman. "Call it adrenaline I guess but I didn't notice the pain in my sides until after I arrived here."

"No offense taken Adriana, I'm just glad your okay," Superman assured her, and Adriana grinned before he turned to Yuri, "Can I see you outside for a minute?"

"Sure." Yuri nodded before she left the medical bay to talk with Superman. "I'm guessing Claudia filled you guys in on the details of how they got here during the debriefing?"

"She did, if this portal generator is unstable then we might have a bigger problem than getting five wayward heroes back home." Superman nodded grimly as he turned to the short woman. "She said that an organization known as SHIELD had developed the generator?"

"Yeah, for what purpose, we never found out, only that Target, Hellraiser and Shockwave had stolen it and we needed to get it back." Yuri nodded as she leaned against the wall. "The thing was massive, as in they had to store it in a warehouse so that they could use it without getting cramped but they made two mistakes, one: they chose an abandoned warehouse, two: said abandoned warehouse suddenly lit up like a Christmas tree on the city's power grid and caused several blackouts in nearby areas, something like that needs a lot of power and as powerful as Shockwaves electrical powers are she can't maintain in for that long."

"Sounds like they may as well have had a massive neon sign over the warehouse saying, "this is our hideout"." Superman chuckled in response and Yuri nodded in agreement whilst giggling to herself. "What can you tell me about this SHIELD?"

"They are a government agency, not really clear on how they rank compared to the FBI or CIA, but they are firmly on the side of good, even if they've managed to inadvertently create a few Supervillains over the years." Yuri explained as she ran a hand through her hair. "The guy who currently runs it is one of our dimensions most famous Superheroes, he goes by the name Captain America but me and the other trainees call him Cap for short."

"Trainees?" Superman asked and Yuri hesitated.

"He, alongside some other heroes, trained me, Kat, Ehsan, Marco, the twins and whole host of other young heroes, the only requirement was that the trainees had to be sixteen or order and no criminal record but off those who applied only a handful saw it through to the end, including my group and the twins." Yuri explained as she folded her arms. "Some found out the hard way that they didn't have the stomach for it and dropped out, a couple even switched sides including Jessica AKA Shockwave…" Yuri trailed off before letting out a sad sigh. "And then there's the ones who were KIA, those always hit the hardest."

"I won't pry but I can imagine how hard that was." Superman responded sympathetically and Yuri nodded before discreetly wiping away a tear. "If what Claudia said is true than the generator is in SHIELD's custody, but we still don't know why those three villains came here."

"Jessica hasn't been seen since she made the jump, Hellraiser was last seen trying to blow up Arkham Asylum and Target was last seen trying to kill one of the escaped inmates." Yuri trailed off as she thought back over the previous weeks. "As for motive, your guess is as good as mine, Hellraiser and Shockwave were basically villains out to cause as much destruction as possible though Jessica has a stalker with a crush thing going on with Kat."

"She mentioned that during the debriefing and made it clear that the feeling wasn't mutual." Superman nodded as he thought back to the debriefing. "And Target?"

"He's easier to predict to an extent, he's out to cure the criminal disease through lethal methods and unfortunately for Kat that includes her, he and his agents had actually managed to kill a few minor Supervillains before they came to Kat's attention, and a few more after that but in the end his agents were either dead or in jail and he was on the run and that didn't last long either." Yuri responded as she shook her head. "He wasn't exactly that popular doing his original murder spree, among criminals and heroes like but most people back home view him as a massive hypocrite and just another Supervillain."

"In my experience, most Supervillains end up that way." Superman shrugged before glancing over at Yuri. "You should get some rest you're not as badly injured as Adriana but Toyman's mech did do a number on you."

"Right." Yuri nodded before walking away from Superman, once she was far away from any other hero that she could see Yuri sighed to herself. "Back home I fought the likes of Rhino, Vulture, at least one incarnation of the Masters of Evil, hell I even joined the Avengers on a "diplomatic mission" to Latveria that ended in a fight with Dr. Doom, yet not even two weeks into this dimension and I nearly get killed by a guy calling himself Toy-Man, typical," Yuri muttered to herself before shaking her head. "If Iron Man could see me now, he'd never let me live that down."

*elsewhere in the Watchtower*

The site of Kat working out in the gym was becoming an all too familiar sight for the other heroes since she joined the league, and that was when she wasn't on patrol or on a league mission.

"I swear, by that point, that thing must have an imprint of your fists and legs." Green Arrow commented jokingly as he walked in on Kat kicking and punching away at the punching bag in front of her, the Chinese American woman glanced up briefly before resuming her workout. "You realise that two of your friends have made the jump as well. right?"

"Unless someone else jumped over between me running into Adriana and Claudia after I beamed up with Marco and now, yes." Kat responded with a nod as she took a break from her workout. "I did manage to say hi to them before Adriana was dragged over to the med bay to be treated for her broken ribs, but I haven't seen them since."

"Claudia's free to leave when she wants, she's just concerned for her injured sister." Green Arrow shrugged as he walked up to the young Asian woman. "I know they are twins, but you have any idea which one's older? Just curious that's all."

"Adriana's the younger of the two, though depending on who you ask, Claudia's the brains of the duo." Kat shrugged her shoulders in response as she tossed her boxing gloves aside. "Just don't tell them I said that they share the same temper and whilst I do have the Super Strength they lack, getting hit by energy blasts from both of them at the same time sucks, a lot."

"I'll take your word for that." Green Arrow shrugged as he took his turn on the punching bag. "So, are you curious about the progress the league has made in getting you and your friends home safely or are you getting adjusted to your time here?"

"A bit of both really." Kat responded with a shrug before taking a seat. "I have grown to like it here, but I left my mom back home and I'm the only family she has left stateside."

"Right, Flash mentioned that your dad died." Green Arrow nodded sympathetically as he got the idea. "But your twenty, aren't you? That would make your mother forty two, I'm sure she can handle herself."

"Try fifty two." Kat corrected him getting a surprised look from Green Arrow. "My parents had bad luck conceiving a child for years, my mom legitimately thought she was infertile at one point, when my mom finally gave birth to me they were thirty two and considered remaining in China to be bad luck so they moved to a town just outside New York and then moved into New York proper just in time for my powers to activate."

"Strangely enough, I can definitely see why they thought staying in China was bad luck." Green Arrow nodded in understanding as he got the idea. "Were you born in China?"

"I was born stateside, last time I saw any of my extended Chinese family was at my dad's funeral." Kat commented with a shrug as she leaned back. "I barely know any Mandarin so I couldn't really have a conversation with any of them, I would learn it but I don't really interact with any other Chinese people outside of my family so I don't see a point, Yuri's probably the closest I've got to a Chinese friend except she's Japanese."

"To be fair, Marco could probably point you towards a few online classes." Green Arrow commented before the door opened and they looked up seeing Vixen and Black Canary. "If you ladies want a go at the bag, feel free."

"No such luck I'm afraid, you two need to get changed into your costumes, we're being sent on a mission together." Vixen told them as she motioned to Black Canary and Kat grinned before standing up.

"Good, I get to punch something that can fight back," Kat commented as she cracked her knuckles and walked over to the women's changing room. "What are the details?"

"We'll discuss that with J'onn during the debriefing." Black Canary nodded before the two older women left. "Don't be late." She added before closing the door behind them.

"Me, Vixen, Black Canary and you, sounds like we've got some heavy hitters on the way." Kat commented as she glanced over at Green Arrow who shrugged.

"Just as likely that J'onn's using this as an excuse to get you some field experience." Green Arrow pointed out as he approached the men's changing room. "Though I'll laugh if this mission takes us to China."

"You and me both." Kat nodded in agreement before they went into their changing rooms.

*a bit later*

By now Kat and Oliver had gotten changed into their respective superhero identities and had met Vixen and Black Canary for the debriefing.

"Your mission is to investigate reported Supervillain sightings near Beijing, China." J'onn instructed the four heroes and Kat was glad her mask covered her mouth, otherwise J'onn would know that she was trying not to laugh. "Katrina, as the league's resident Chinese member I'm trusting you to guide the others…..."

"Slight problem with that." Kat interjected once she realised where J'onn was going with this. "I was born in the states, I've never even been to China on vacation."

"Fortunately, I anticipated that possibility, when you are teleported to China someone from the Chinese Government will meet you." J'onn responded with a nod as he glanced towards Kat. "As for the villains, they are Livewire, Parasite and Luminous."

"Aren't those guys usually based in Metropolis?" Black Canary asked and J'onn nodded. "What are they doing in China?"

"That's for you to find out." J'onn responded before turning to Kat. "How good is your Mandarin?"

"Basically non-existent." Kat responded as she shook her head. "I hope the government's bringing a translator with them."

"That can be arranged." J'onn nodded before the four heroes went over to the pods. "Katrina, this is your first official mission so don't be afraid to ask the others for help, and hopefully we can return these villains to the states." J'onn added before teleporting them away.

*moments later*

The four heroes soon touched down in China and just as J'onn had promised a delegation from the Chinese government was there to greet the heroes, namely a woman who looked to be the same age as Kat's mother in a fancy business suit accompanied by two armed guards.

"I see the league got my message." The woman greeted the heroes as soon as they teleported in, she looked over the four heroes before paying special attention to Kat after noticing her Asian features. "I wasn't aware that the league had any Chinese heroes."

"She was born stateside, hell this is her first ever trip to China." Green Arrow responded earning a mildly annoyed look from Kat. "Just don't ask how we met her, that's a long story that I'm sure we don't have time for."

"Your correct, we don't." The woman nodded before motioning for the heroes to follow her to her car, the heroes did so, and the woman produced several pictures. "I suppose J'onn told you about the situation, however it has escalated since I contacted him."

"How so?" Kat asked with a raised eyebrow and the woman turned to her.

"Here's how it started, the four villains took control of a village two miles to the west of here, we haven't received any ransom demands and at this time the motive remains unclear." The woman explained before passing a copy of the same picture to the four heroes.

And what Kat saw in that picture made her blood run cold. "Oh fuck, don't tell me the Hulk's jumped over?!"

"Is something wrong with her?" The woman asked once she noticed the sudden change in Kat's demeaner and the older heroes could only shrug whilst Kat couldn't take her eyes off the picture. "In any case, the being pictured was spotted in the countryside near the village, it hasn't attacked anyone yet but the Chinese government is treating it with caution, if you could deal with these threats before things get out of control, you will have our gratitude."

"Too late for that." Kat thought before the woman and her guards entered the car and drove off in the direction of Beijing, once they were long gone Kat finally turned to the others. "Guys, I know she said that we should deal with the threats before getting out of control but frankly, we're far beyond that point."

"I was about to say, I don 't think I've ever seen you this shook up," Green Arrow nodded as he turned to Kat. "What's the problem?"

"During my first year as a Superhero, I fought a battle that anyone with two working braincells would stay far away from, without going into too much detail, I was in a bad place at the time and the only thing that prevented my injuries from getting worse was my endurance." Kat explained before running a hand through her braided hair. "That being that's been roaming the countryside is the same being I fought that day, at least I think so."

"Oh, come on, how bad can it be?" Vixen asked and Kat shook her head.

"There's only two ways a fight against this thing can end, either calm it down or hope for literal divine intervention because the only being I know off to beat it in a straight up fight is the literal Norse god of thunder himself, Thor!" Kat explained and once she saw the looks of horror on the other heroes faces, she nodded. "Or herself, I can hardly keep track of how many people have taken up the Thor moniker over the years."

"J'onn, can we get some backup down here?" Green Arrow asked into his earpiece and Kat glanced up at him. "How many? How about we start with every member of the Justice League with Super Strength that isn't presently preoccupied and take it from there?"

"That isn't feasible, the Chinese Government wants this matter handled discreetly." J'onn responded and Green Arrow bit his lip. "Surely Kat is enough to deal with this being."

"J'onn, I'm with Kat right now and I can tell you that she's terrified of this being." Green Arrow responded as he motioned to Kat. "And frankly, we all are! Can you at least send Marco down to help us out?"

"Bad idea." Kat chimed in as she folded her arms. "The last time Marco tried using his shields against it, which was also the last time I fought it, they were shattered in one punch, he still has nightmares about it!" Kat added at which point Marco chimed in.

"You mean to tell me that THE HULK is down there?!" Marco chimed in with clear panic in his voice and Kat nodded. "J'onn, take it from me, we're going to need an army to take that thing down if they can't calm The Hulk down!"

"This thing is powered by anger?" Black Canary asked and Kat nodded. "I would say it's as easy as giving it an anger management class or two but based on your reactions, yeah I say our best bet is to pray that it doesn't show up."

"As soon as any members of the league with Super Strength become available, I'll send them down to back you up but that's the best I can do." J'onn nodded and Kat bit her lip. "Katrina, if you want to back out now, I can send someone else in your place."

"No, no one else in the league has fought The Hulk before, I don't want anyone else to get hurt on my behalf." Kat responded as she shook her head before glancing in the direction of the village. "Besides, in a way this could be redemption for my last fight."

"Or it could end with you in the hospital again." Marco pointed out and Kat sighed.

"No one said this line of work was going to be easy." Kat responded before turning to the others. "She didn't give us directions, did she?" Kat asked before she heard an all too familiar roar. "And that confirms that the Hulk is here, we'd better get going before the villains crap themselves."

"Might be too late for that." Green Arrow responded dryly before they went off.

*sometime later*

Being the only member of the squad with the ability to fly, Kat had volunteered to fly on ahead and try to figure out which village the villains had taken over, however after finding and speaking to several locals who spoke English it left the Chinese-American hero with more questions that answers as she hovered over the road that led to the village.

"This is all rural farmland, hell if I had a dollar for every time, I was told that I was the first Superhero they met I'd have four dollars to my name!" Kat thought as she folded her arms under her bust and drummed her fingers against her forearm. "This makes no sense! What do Livewire, Parasite and Luminous stand to gain from threatening a handful of farmers?" Kat thought before she got a message via her iPhone and checked it. "Oh, it's just mom trying to call me, hope she isn't running up the phone…" Kat's thoughts trailed off before she quickly called her mom back, "Come on, come on!"

"Katrina?" Lin's relieved voice rang out and Kat let out a deep breath. "Good heavens Katrina, where are you?!"

"It's a long story mom, most I can say at the moment is that I'm in China." Kat responded as she glanced around. "What do you know from Cap?"

"Only that you and your friends are trapped in a strange dimension, but I'm glad to hear that your safe." Lin responded and Kat let out a sigh before setting down on a farmer's roof. "Please come home soon…..." Lin's voice trailed off before it was met with static and the call suddenly ended.

"Mom? MOM?!" Kat called out to her but got no response, she tried calling the number again only to get a no service response. "I should've known that was too good to be true, I'll need to tell the others when I get back."

"Kat, is everything all right up there?" Green Arrow's voice rang out through Kat's earpiece breaking her train of thought before she took flight again and put a hand to her ear. "You went quiet on us for a bit."

"I'll fill you in later, as for my scouting operation, this makes no sense!" Kat responded as she looked around the area. "This is all rural farmland, in fact I'm the first Superhero that most of these folks have ever seen! Why would Livewire, Luminous and Parasite travel halfway around the world just to terrorize some farmers?"

"Your right, it doesn't make any sense." Green Arrow nodded in agreement even though he knew Kat couldn't see him. "Whereabouts, are you?"

"I'm hovering above a small farm about ten minutes away from the village, I haven't seen any farmers so I'm assuming that they've gone to market or are tending the fields." Kat responded before she froze as an all too familiar roar echoed from beneath her. "Please tell me you didn't hear thar?"

"We heard that from our current position, based on your descriptions of this thing, I highly advise that you get the hell out of there!" Green Arrow responded and Kat slowly looked down seeing The Hulk directly beneath her. "You couldn't beat that thing when you were still a rookie, I doubt much has changed in the past two years."

"Don't need to tell me…" Kat trailed off before she was suddenly yanked to the ground by The Hulk who left her dangling upside down. "Change of plans, please for the love of god, get here quickly!"

"Dragon Girl…" The Hulk growled as he glared at the much smaller Superhero. "You weren't a threat two years ago, why you follow Hulk to this dimension?"

"Follow? I got here first!" Kat responded and The Hulk screamed in her face. "Talking back to a much stronger, much larger foe that tossed you around like a ragdoll the first time around and is powered by anger, great idea Kat! What are you going to do for an encore? Challenge Superman to an Arm-Wrestling Contest?!" Kat thought as the Hulk reared back his fist. "Wait, Bruce no! I don't want to fight you!"

"Don't call me Bruce!" The Hulk growled and after some quick thinking Kat ordered her wings to extract and spun her body around so that the Hulk was hit by both wings, all the move did was stun The Hulk forcing him to let go, Kat backflipped off the Hulk's chest and landed several feet away from him in a pounce position. "You make Hulk angry!"

"Only to get your attention." Kat responded as she took flight again. "Like I said, I don't want to fight you Hulk! I learned that lesson the hard way the first time around but if you're like me then we're in the same boat." Kat added giving the Hulk pause. "How did you get here exactly?!"

"Hulk was kidnapped as Bruce, sent through a portal and ended up here." The Hulk responded as hiss eyes narrowed. "You know who took me."

"Target, Hellraiser and Shockwave?" Kat asked and The Hulk nodded in response. "This raises more questions, I'm guessing the Jolly Green Giant here was a test run and if that's the case, why start with someone this powerful? Even in his civilian guise he can hulk out at the drop of a hat."

"Back away from her big guy!" Kat looked up and saw Green Arrow training an arrow at The Hulk with Vixen and Black Canary backing him up. "No one has to get hurt here…."

"You threaten Hulk!" The Hulk growled as he pounced towards Green Arrow. "Hulk Smash!"

"HULK, NO!" Kat called out to him before putting herself in between Hulk and Green Arrow. "He is a friend of mine he's trying to get me home as well."

"Friend?" The Hulk asked as he eased up. "You can get Hulk home?"

"Not me personally but I can think of several people who'd prefer it if you were back home." Green Arrow responded dryly, and he watched as The Hulk dropped down to his human form of Bruce Banner.

"Katrina, I'm sorry." Bruce apologized to Kat as he walked up to her. "I don't know how the portal generator works but I can certainly help get us all home."

"No worries, just warn me before you grab me like that again." Kat responded with a sigh before turning to the others. "Guys, meet Bruce Banner, AKA The Hulk, Bruce, these are my teammates on this mission, Green Arrow, Black Canary and Vixen."

"No offence but how is someone with his powers supposed to help?" Black Canary asked with a sceptical look on her face and Bruce shook his head.

"As The Hulk I might not show it, but I have a genius level intellect and helped build a gamma bomb back home." Bruce explained and the three older heroes shared a look. "Granted, said bomb was what gave me my powers but that's a story for another time."

"What do you think J'onn?" Green Arrow asked into his earpiece as he glanced over at Bruce. "I'm not exactly comfortable with something like that pounding around a Space Station but that's just me."

"I believe him and someone with his human abilities will be invaluable in terms of getting Kat and her friends back home." J'onn responded with a nod before pausing. "And if he does turn into The Hulk, we can deal with him in several ways, but you still have a mission to complete in the meantime."

"Do you know anything about the villains that took over that village?" Kat asked as she motioned to the village and Bruce nodded grimly.

"They set up shop there a few days ago, I did my best to stay out of it so that no civilians would get hurt." Bruce responded before letting out a sigh. "But they started killing civilians to get my attention, it didn't take long for me to lose control."

"So, wait, they knew you were here in China?" Black Canary asked with a raised eyebrow and Bruce nodded. "I guess we know why they came all this way."

"And that still raises more questions." Kat sighed before turning to Green Arrow. "How are you feeling after meeting The Hulk by the way?"

"Let me put it this way, I'm changing my underwear as soon as I'm back on the Watchtower." Green Arrow responded dryly before they walked off in the direction of the village.

*back in America*

Whilst Kat's mission in China was well underway Yuri had returned to her apartment in Metropolis to rest up from the battle against Toy Man, and Ehsan was waiting for her on the couch in front of the TV.

"You know Yuri, I thought you were just leaving to do that job interview for the Daily Planet?" Ehsan greeted her as Yuri entered their high rise. "Instead you run into Adriana and Claudia and battle two Supervillains?"

"Pretty much, it's been a crazy day in general." Yuri shrugged her shoulders before removing her mask and putting it away. "Anything exciting happen?"

"Something caused Kat to have a panic attack during her mission in China, not unlike the ones she had whenever Hulk was on a rampage." Ehsan commented as Yuri hugged her boyfriend from behind and kissed him on the cheek. "You don't think Hulk made the jump as well, do you?"

"Please, for the love of god, don't scare me like that." Yuri protested as she pulled away from her significantly taller boyfriend. "I've never fought the Hulk and based on what I heard about Kat's injuries from her fight against him, I'm in no hurry to fight him and she's a lot tougher than me!"

"Believe me, I'm in the same boat." Ehsan nodded in agreement before they heard a Skype call coming from Yuri's laptop. "Your laptop's been going off all night, figured it was girl stuff."

"I still don't have much of a social life here in general, so I doubt it." Yuri shrugged before she raced over to her laptop. "Okay, it's just Cap and Tony calling, probably…"

"As homesick as I am, I kinda like it here." Ehsan thought as he took a sip from his drink. "I hope we can hop between dimensions when we do get home…..."

"OH MY GOD!" Yuri's excited voice rang out from her room causing Ehsan to do a spit take. "Ehsan, get in here quick, I got through to Cap and Tony!"

"What?!" Ehsan yelled out before racing into Yuri's room.
