As the gang drove on, Fozzie became much more confused. He turned to the green navigator to get some insight. "Kermit, where are we?"

However, Kermit struggled with the map. "Um...we just crossed this black line, and are headed for this blue line…"

"Kermit," Kylie butted in from the back seat. "That's a river!"

Soon, she leaned in and fought with the map also. As Fozzie leaned in, he lost control of the steering wheel. As Lucy looked up, she tried to warn them. "Um, guys...who's going to drive?"

Fozzie looked up and saw he had veered off the road. Everyone screamed as they narrowly avoided hitting an old church. As Fozzie swerved in further, he was able to park safely on the vacant lot. "Phew!" Lucy called out.

"Alright, now back up," Kermit ordered. "We can rest here for now."

"Alright," Fozzie backed up. They pulled in as they looked around. The church was the only building for miles. But they were still in a good spot for repairs.

"Wow," Jeanette sighed. "It feels like we've been driving around for days." Lucy herself wondered how much time it had been. She had been on the road with them so long, she had lost track.

"Yeah, but I don't feel the least bit tired," Fozzie exclaimed. But right as he said this, he fell asleep and snored loudly.

"Yeah...me...too…" Kermit tried to stay awake, but he too trailed off.

Lucy tried to nudge Kermit on the shoulder. "Guys, we gotta go. There's still…" Soon, she began to fall asleep. This left Jeanette and Kylie as the only ones still awake.

Jeanette shrugged. "Well, what do we do now?"

"I say we go inside," Kylie motioned to the church. "Let's go." Together, they got out of the car and walked over. "Maybe someone inside can help us."

Jeanette read the sign out in front. Below the "Trinity Memorial" header, it read: "Lost? Have you tried seeing Rev. Harry Krishna?"

"Very funny," Jeanette laughed. She was getting a bit more out of this running gag than the others were.

All of a sudden, some jazzy music began blasting from the church. Kermit. Fozzie, and Lucy all woke up with a start.

"Who left the radio on?" Lucy complained groggily.

"Wasn't me," Fozzie rubbed his eyes. "It's coming from the church."

Together, they got out of the car and walked to meet the other girls in front of the church. "Jeanette, what denomination is this church?" Lucy asked.

Jeanette read the sign. "I think it might be Presbyterian," she answered.

Opening the doors, they saw a band of other Muppets playing. They looked happy and content to be playing to...nobody in particular. But whatever made them happy. "These don't look like Presbyterians," Fozzie noted. The gang took a few steps forward to greet the band. Fozzie took off his hat in respect as he crossed the pews, and Lucy even did the sign of the cross on instinct, even though this wasn't practice for the church. She was just used to that routine already.

As they approached, the band noticed their new guests. Their leader, a green piano player with a red beard and golden teeth, commanded them to stop. "Hey, whoa there." He motioned. "We have some wandering admirers."

"I love your music," Jeanette applauded. "Keep playing."

"Thank you, miss," the redheaded bass player nodded back.

Suddenly, their drummer began to go into a frenzy. "Woman! Woman!" He chased after all three human girls, but the bandleader reined him in.

"Whoa there, Animal. These are our guests. At least let them say their names first."

"We would be happy to," Kylie kindly bowed her head. "But first...who are you people?"

"We am, is, are, and have been…" the redhead began, "those who am are known as...The Electric Mayhem!" Lucy smiled, recognizing the band from the Muppet show. The bass player motioned to the bandleader. "He's Dr. Teeth."

"Golden teeth, golden tones. Welcome to my presence, he-he!"

"My name's Floyd," returned the redhead. "I play bass."

The green Muppet next to him began to stammer. "I'm…"

"Zoot," Floyd interrupted. "Sax is your ax."

"Oh wow," a blonde female Muppet added. "I'm Janice, and I'm lead guitar, for sure-ly!"

The drummer continued to make eyes at the three girls and made guttural growls. Though he was unable to vocalize. "Oh yeah, that's Animal," Floyd pointed. "He can't resist a pretty face." Though he motioned forward to the drummer once more. "C'mon, Animal. Show 'em what you've got."

"Ah, what-got." Animal sat around in confusion. "Eat drums!" He started munching on his cymbal.

"No, Animal. Beat drums!" Dr. Teeth ordered.

"Oh." He stopped eating the cymbal. "Beat drums! Beat drums!" Animal frantically waved his arms around and pounded at his drum kit. Soon, he had lost most control.

"Down, Animal!" Floyd called back. "Now sit!" Animal backed off the drums.

"Hey, don't forget about me," a small voice piped from the rafters. Everyone turned to see a small Orange Muppet with glasses talking down to them. "I'm Scooter. The band's road manager."

"Oh yeah, we couldn't go anywhere without him," Floyd cheered.

Scooter added to the plans. "We were going to remodel this old church into a coffeehouse."

"Yeah, with live music and organic refreshments," Janice affirmed.

"It'll be laid-back and profitable," Dr. Teeth responded. They all nodded in agreement.

But Floyd steered the conversation back to the gang. "So what brings you dudes and dudettes here?"

"Well, you see here," Fozzie began. "Kermit was living in the swamp, and then this girl Lucy came promising to help him, and…"

"Fozzie, don't tell the whole story," Lucy cut him off. "You weren't even there for all of it."

"Really?" Fozzie was confused.

"Yeah," Lucy cleared her throat and approached the Electric Mayhem. "Here, let me explain everything." She told the band the whole story. This included her mission from the Fairy Godmother, and her insistence on making the story happen according to plan. Jeanette and Kylie were speechless, having not heard that part of the tale before. But when Lucy finished, she added a twirl and a flourish. "And then we drove all the way here and met you guys. And that's the whole tale."

There was a brief pause. "Cool story," Floyd nodded. "But are you sure about the hocus pocus stuff? I am not sure how to believe that."

"Hey, I didn't believe Muppets were real before, but here I am," Lucy shot back.

The Electric Mayhem all nodded. "Okay, we will help you out. But we must keep the frog awake first."

"Um, guys," Kylie motioned them to the couch where Kermit and Fozzie were sound asleep. "It seems like Kermit and Fozzie are temporarily out of service."

"Oh no," Jeanette gasped.

"So...what do you expect us to do to help them?" Janice asked.

Jeanette paused as she sat on it. "Well, if this were the movies…"

"Which it is," Lucy winked.

Jeanette smiled, knowing just what Lucy meant. "...you guys would think of a clever plot device."

Scooter's eyes lit up. "Like disguising their car so they won't be recognized."

"Genius," Jeanette clapped. "Now, let's get to painting. Preferably in song form."

"No problem," Dr. Teeth gave the thumbs up and signaled the band to begin. "Two, three, four!"

Outside, Jeanette and Lucy dumped paint on the old Studebaker, hard at work as the song began.

Dr. Teeth: Everybody's lover, everybody's brother, I wanna be your lifetime friend

Crazy as a rocket, nothin' in my pocket, I keep it at the rainbow's end

I never think of money, I think of milk 'n honey, grinnin' like a Cheshire cat

I focus on the pleasure, somethin' I can treasure, can you picture that?

All: Can you picture that?

Lucy, Jeanette and Kylie combined their favorite colors in a tye dye swirl. It looked all blue, yellow, and pink as the colors blended. This was the happiest Studebaker imaginable. Inside though, the church shook as the song continued. "Hey Floyd, take a verse." Dr. Teeth motioned for the song to continue:

Floyd: Let me take your picture, add it to the mixture, there it is I got you now

Really nothin' to it, anyone can do it, it's easy and we all know how

Now begins the changin', mental rearrangin', nothing's really where it's at

Dr. Teeth: Now the Eiffel Tower's holdin up a flower

I gave it to a Texas cat

Back outside, Scooter blew bubbles to enhance the mood as the girls kept painting. They were so happy, they felt like joining in on the song.

Lucy/Jeanette/Kylie: Fact is there's nothin' out there you can't do

Yeah, even Santa Claus believes in you

Dr. Teeth: Beat down the walls, begin, believe, behold, begat

Floyd: Be a better drummer, be an up and comer

Can you picture that?

Animal: Can you picture that?

Soon, the Electric Mayhem pitched in with painting, adding their own splashes. Animal held his brushes like drumsticks, leading to an abstract, blurry effect. "Good job!" Lucy gave a thumbs up. "More points for creativity." The song resumed:

Floyd: All of us are winnin,

pickin and a-grinnin,

Lordy but I love to jam

Janice: Jelly-belly gigglin', dancin' and a-wigglin', honey that's the way I am

Dr. Teeth: I Lost my heart in Texas, Northern lights affect us

I keep it underneath my hat

Aurora Borealis, shining down on Dallas, can you picture that?

All: Can you picture that?

All: Can you picture?

Dr. Teeth: You gotta see it in your mind

All: Can you picture?

Floyd: You know it's quick and easy to find

All: Can you picture?

Janice: You don't have to buy a frame

All: Can you picture? Can you picture that?

Can you picture that?

Floyd: Use it if you need it

Dr. Teeth: Don't forget to feed it

All: Can you picture that?

Everyone, including Scooter, joined in to sing to the sleeping Kermit and Fozzie. Their work was done. The Car had been repainted.

The new paint job was a mishmash of color and noise, like many different people had their own visions. It didn't look like anything in particular, but it got the job done. Kermit, Lucy, and the girls all climbed in and got ready to drive off.

"Doc Hopper will never recognize you now," Dr. Teeth promised.

"Yes, thank you!" Jeanette blew kisses as Lucy and Kylie waved back. "This is perfect."

"You sure you can't come with us to Hollywood?" Fozzie asked.

Dr. Teeth shook his head. "Can't right now. But maybe when you're rich and famous, we can come to exploit your wealth." Everyone laughed.

"Well, thanks anyway," Lucy waved back as the car took off for Hollywood once more. The Electric Mayhem stayed behind, but still wished the little group well on their adventure.
