It was a sunny day in Pontypandy, Sam and Elvis were outside the Fire Station washing Jupiter and Station Officer Steele was in his office. They were just finishing with Jupiter when Arnold came by with Penny. "Hello, Sam." Called Arnold. "Hello, Elvis." Penny said. "Hello, you two." Sam replied. "You two giving Jupiter a wash?" Penny asked. "Yes, Penny. Sam had agreed to clean Jupiter today." Elvis replied. "I wouldn't go that far, Elvis." Sam added "Where's Ellie?" Asked Arnold. "Haven't you heard? She's at the Café looking after the twins while Charlie and Bronwyn went fishing." Elvis said. "Station Officer Steele had given her the day off." Sam added. "CRIDLINGTON, where's that tea?" Station Officer Steele shouted. "Coming, sir." Elvis called. Sam, Arnold, and Penny thought to themselves that Elvis forgot to put the Kettle on.

At the Quay, Charlie and Bronwyn were loading up his boat while Ellie was standing with Sarah and James. They were excited to spend some time with Ellie. Phoenix was parked outside the Ocean Rescue Center while Jupiter was back at the Station. "Thanks for agreeing to look after the twins Ellie." Charlie said. "Not a problem, Charlie." I'm just very excited to spend some time with my favorite twins in Pontypandy." Ellie said. "It's a shame we have a competition and they couldn't be there, but I'm sure you can figure it out." Bronwyn said. "Don't worry, Bronwyn. I'll have a wonderful time with Sarah and James." Ellie replied. "We'll be back with lots of fish in a few hours." Said Charlie. "Have a good time with Ellie, you two." Bronwyn said to the twins. "We will, Mum." Said the twins. "Bye, have a good trip." Ellie called. "Right, you two. Let's see what we can do together." She added. They walked up from the harbor and headed back to the Café.

Back at the Fire Station, Elvis finished making tea for the firefighters. Sam and Penny were at the table playing a game of cards while Arnold was watching TV. Moments later, Station Officer Steele walked in. He was pleased to see Jupiter clean and shiny. "Well, I can say that Jupiter looks Spotless. You did a fine job, Sam." Said Station Officer Steele. "Thank you, sir." Said Sam. "Right. With Firefighter Phillips off duty today, I need Sam and Penny at the Mountain Activity Center at 12:00 noon. Elvis and Arnold, I need you two to head to the Ocean Rescue Center to help Ben with Titan, and Neptune. Juno is all set and ready for action." Added Station Officer Steele. "Yes, sir." They all replied.

Back at the Café, Ellie and the twins were walking upstairs to see if there were some fun games to play. "Right, let's see what we can all do together." Ellie said. "Oh, I think we can do snakes and ladders, or maybe we can play tiddly winks." Sarah called. "More like we can play cards." James added. "I think Snakes and ladders sounds more fun." Ellie said. "Ok, we can do that." James said. "I'll get it set up." Said Sarah. "Ok, Sarah." James replied. Soon, the game was set and they were ready to play the game.

Outside at the Ocean Rescue Center, Elvis and Arnold were arriving to meet with Ben who was working on Titan and Neptune. Ben could use some help from them. Elvis and Arnold pulled up with Venus and parked next to Phoenix. They soon walked in to find Ben downstairs working on Titan. "Hello, Ben." Elvis called. "Hello, Elvis. Hello, Arnold." Ben replied. "Station Officer Steele has sent us to help you with Titan and Neptune." Arnold said. "Ok, I can tell you right now Neptune needs the motor fixed and Titan needs the water cannons repaired so that there won't be any problems." Ben told Elvis and Arnold. "Ok, Arnold and I will work on Neptune, and then We'll join you to finish up on Titan. After that, we'll do a test run with both." Elvis added. "Sounds like a great Idea, Elvis." Said Ben. Soon, Elvis and Arnold went back up to work on Neptune while Ben is working on Titan.

At the Mountain Activity Center, Moose was at the dock securing the rope to the Jetty when Sam and Penny were just arriving on the Pontypandy Flyer. Moose was waiting for them to do a Safety Inspection of the Center. "Hi, Sam." Moose said as they stepped off the train. "Hello there, Moose." Sam said. "We came to do a safety inspection of the Mountain Activity Center." he added. "No problem, Sam." Said Moose. "Well, if you two are finished, shall we get started?" Penny asked. "Oh, of course, Penny. We don't want to be running late." Sam added. They soon started walking to the Mountain Activity Center to complete the Safety inspection.
