Back at the Café, Ellie was coming back with a damp rag for Sarah when she noticed that Sarah was really in pain. "Sarah, are you hurt anywhere?" She asked. "My tummy hurts, Ellie." Said Sarah sadly. Ellie decided to check her stomach and she felt for where the pain was. Sarah was in pain, and Ellie wasn't expecting it to be this bad. "Alright, I have a cold damp rag for you to use on your head. I'm going to see how James is doing. Let me know if you need anything, Ok?" Ellie said. "Ok." Sarah replied. Soon, Ellie went to check on James. She went to get a cold rag for James in the kitchen. James was still in bed when Ellie walked in with a rag that was cold to help his fever go down. She soon placed the rag on James' forehead and knelt beside him. "Are you feeling ok, James?" She asked. James shook his head knowing that he was in pain. "Ok, do you know where it hurts?" She added. "My tummy hurts." James said sadly. He knew that it hurt. Ellie decided to feel his stomach for pain and she then knew he was in pain. Ellie then went to grab a thermometer to check his temperature. "Ok, James. I know it hurts, but I need to take your temperature to know if you have a fever, Ok?" Ellie said to James. "Ok, Ellie." James said. Ellie made sure that James would wait until she came back. She went check on Sarah who was still in pain. "Sarah, I know it hurts too much, but I need to take your temperature to see if you have a fever. Ok?" She said to Sarah. "Ok, Ellie." Said Sarah. Ellie soon hurried back to James bedroom, when she removed the thermometer, she was right that James had a fever. "Oh, you poor thing. You have a fever." She said to James as she placed it in an empty cup at the door on the desk top. "I'll be back, James. I need to check on Sarah. Once I'm done, I'll be downstairs if you need me, ok?" Ellie said "Ok." James said as Ellie rushed out to check Sarah. Sarah was still waiting to know if she had a fever. Soon, Ellie came back and she carefully removed the thermometer and she was right that Sarah had a fever. "Oh, you have a fever too." She said. "I'll be downstairs if you need me. Ok?" She said to Sarah. "Ok, Ellie." Sarah replied. Ellie was downstairs thinking about the next plan to take care of Sarah and James. Then, she had an idea. She reached for her phone to call Sam and Penny.

Out in the Mountains, Sam and the others were trying to find out what happened when the fire started. "What do you think happened, Sam?" Elvis asked as he was still on Titan. "I don't know, Elvis. I know that Norman was not at fault here." Sam said. "I think that it was a campfire that somebody left unattended." Penny said. "How did you know, Penny?" Sam asked. "I found out because it was left right here." Sam took a photo of it. After he saw how good the photo looked, his phone rang. "Aha, it's Ellie. I wonder what she has done now?" Sam asked his team. "Hello." He said over the phone. "Hi, Sam. I am still at the Café, but I need you and Penny here to help me with something." Ellie said on the Camera. "Ok, what's wrong, Ellie?" Sam asked his new recruit. "Sarah and James have been taken ill with a fever, and they threw up twice in a separate bucket which I provided to both of them." She said. "Ok, I'll be right there. We'll be on our way with Jupiter." He said. "Ok, Sam. I'll stay with them until you arrive." Ellie said. "Ok, Ellie. I'll see you there." Sam said. "Bye, Sam." Ellie said to her leading firefighter. She soon hung up the phone, then she returned upstairs to take care of Sarah and James. "Come on, Penny. I'll need your help for this one." He said. "What is it, Sam?" Penny asked as they ran to Jupiter. "Sarah and James are ill and they feel like they're in pain. We need to hurry before Charlie and Bronwyn return." Sam said as they climbed aboard Jupiter. Soon, they were on their way to where Ellie was.

Back at the Café, Ellie was taking care of the twins who were ill until Sam and Penny arrive to help her. "Sarah. Hey, I called your Uncle Sam and he is coming here with Penny to help me take care of you. Ok, sweetie?" She said keeping her calm until Sam arrives. "Ok, Ellie." Sarah said. "Ok, I'm going to let James know. I'll be back soon, ok?" She said "Ok, Ellie." Sarah replied as Ellie left to check on James. She walked in to notice James was still resting. "James. Hello, there. I called your Uncle Sam and he is bringing Penny with him to help me look after you, Ok?" She said to James. "Ok, Ellie." He said. Ellie soon walked out to find that Sam and Penny have arrived. Jupiter was parked beside Phoenix. "Where are they, Ellie?" Sam asked. "They're upstairs resting, but I think it could be a stomach problem. I have no Idea." Said Ellie. "Ok. Penny, we're going to need the First Aid bag." Sam called to Penny. "Ok, Sam." Penny said as she grabbed the First aid bag from Jupiter. The bag was bigger than a first aid kit and it had the official logo of the Pontypandy Fire Service. It had everything they need as Penny and Ellie are NHS Licensed Paramedics. Soon, they all walked upstairs to find Sarah resting in her bed. "I'll need to be careful with the pain that they're in. Sam, can you help me wake her up?" Penny asked. "Ok, Penny." Sam said as he walked over to Sarah. She soon woke up to her uncle Sam beside her. "Uncle Sam, is that you?" She asked. "Yes, Sarah. It's me." He said. "I brought Penny here with me. She will be here while we can take care of you both. Ok?" Sam said. "Ok, Uncle Sam." Replied Sarah. Sam agreed with her. Ellie decided to stay with James while Sam and Penny look after Sarah. "Hi, Sarah." Penny said as she knelt beside her. "Hi, Penny." Sarah said. "I know that you're sick, but can I take a look at you?" She asked. Sarah nodded. "I just need to find out what's wrong with you. So, I just need to listen to your heart for a moment. It might be a little bit cold, Ok?" Said Penny as she opened up the bag. "Ok, Penny." Said Sarah. Penny reached in the bag and pulled out a stethoscope which she placed in her ears and then under Sarah's jumper. While Penny and Sam were looking after Sarah, Ellie was with James who was also waiting for Sam and Penny. "It's Ok, James. Your Uncle Sam is here. He's just with Sarah for a while. Penny's here too. She'll come by to check you out, ok?" Ellie said in a soothing voice keeping him calm. "Ok, Ellie." James said as he went back to rest until Sam and Penny can take care of him.

Back in Sarah's room, Penny was still checking over Sarah. She then reached in the bag for a pulse reader. "Sarah, I just need to check your pulse really quick, Ok?" She said as she placed the watch on the bed. "Ok, Penny." Sarah replied. Sam was waiting in there too when he decided to see James. "I'll be back, Sarah. I need to see how James is doing, Ok?" Sam said. "Ok, Uncle Sam." Sarah said as Penny nearly finished checking Sarah. "Ok, I need to know if you're in pain. Can you tell me where it hurts?" She asked. "My tummy hurts, Penny." Said Sarah as the pain in her stomach returned. "Ok, I just need to feel for any pain. Try and stay still for me, Ok?" Penny said with her hand on Sarah's hand. "Ok." Sarah replied. Penny soon checked her stomach for any pain, Sarah soon felt the pain as Penny found the spot where it had been hurting. "I think you have a stomach ache." Penny said. "Really?" Sarah asked. "Yes, I will say that you're going to be Ok." Penny said as she put her medical supplies in the bag. "Ok, I have to go and see James. Ellie's on her way to look after you, Ok?" Penny said as she started to exit the room. "Ok, Penny." Said Sarah. "Good, I'll leave you to rest now." Penny said as she left the room to find James. He was still feeling the pain when Sam and Penny walked in. "It's ok, James. We're here now. I've brought Penny too. She'll need to make sure that you're ok, alright?" Sam said as Penny set the bag down. "Ok, Uncle Sam." James said sadly. "Hi, James. I know how you feel ill right now, but I need to check to see what's wrong with you. Ok?" Penny said as she unzipped the bag open. "Ok, Penny." Said James. "Great. I'll just need to listen to your heart really quick. it might be a little cold, but it won't take long, Ok?" She added as she reached into the bag for her stethoscope. "Ok." James said. Penny then placed her stethoscope in her ears and then under James' jumper.

Author's note: Hello, Everyone. I would like to remind you that I will be still taking idea requests. However, I will be making a to-do list to organize my ideas. Also, when Sam and Penny arrived, I have proven that Penny and Ellie were licensed NHS Paramedics. Sam is also trained in first aid, but Penny and Ellie were trained by Nurse Flood and the National Health Service in Wales. Please leave kind reviews only. Any review that I see that is a danger to me and other authors will be reported and/or removed. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you.
