Back at the Fire Station, Station Officer Steele was waiting for Sam, Elvis, Penny, and Arnold to return after the Fire when he heard his phone ring. He picked up his phone and read that Sam called. He then answered it. "Hello." Said Station Officer Steele over the phone. "Hello, sir. I am just letting you know that I'm at the Café with Ellie and Penny. Sarah and James have been taken ill and Ellie had to call us over. Penny's checking them over right now." Sam said to his station officer. "Alright, Sam. I hope you can finish before Charlie and Bronwyn return." Station Officer Steele replied. "Yeah, me too." Sam added. "Alright, I have to go now. See you later." He finished. "Bye, Sam." Station Officer Steele said before he hung up the phone. Meanwhile, in James' room, Penny was still checking James over when Sam came back. "Ok, James. I just need to check your pulse really quick. It won't take long, Ok?" Penny said. "Ok, Penny." James said. Penny agreed and reached through the first aid bag for a pulse reader.

Out at Sea, Elvis, Ben, and Arnold were returning with Titan and Neptune when they saw Venus, Phoenix, and Jupiter. They knew that Sam had to leave for the Café with Penny. So, they decided to head back to the Fire Station. "Arnold, did you see Jupiter?" Elvis asked. "Yes, Elvis. Sam might be there with Ellie and Penny." Arnold replied. "Oh, Ok." Elvis added. "I hope they're alright." Ben added. Soon, Titan and Neptune were back at the Ocean Rescue Center. Elvis reversed Titan very carefully into position. Ben was pulling Neptune up into the parking spot before the next call. "Come on, Arnold. Station Officer Steele needs his cup of tea before he notices I'm gone." Elvis called as they were about climb aboard Venus. Just then, Sam came out. "Elvis, Arnold. Can you two take Phoenix back to the Station, we'll need Venus right now." Sam asked. "Ok, Sam." Elvis said as they swapped keys for the vehicles. Sam now has the keys to Venus and Elvis and Arnold climbed aboard Phoenix. Sam went back to where Ellie was waiting. "I got the keys to Venus. Elvis and Arnold have the keys to Phoenix." Said Sam. "Ok, does that mean they're taking Phoenix to the Station?" Ellie asked. "Yes, Ellie. It does." Sam replied.

Back upstairs, Penny was finishing with James. She was putting away the medical supplies in the bag. "James, I'm almost done. I just need to know if you're in pain anywhere else. Can you tell me where it hurts the most?" Penny said. James was still feeling ill. He then looked at Penny. "My tummy hurts, Penny. I'm in pain." James said. "Ok, I can see that. Right now, I need to feel for any pain. Can you try and stay very still for me, please?" Penny asked. James nodded and Penny agreed. She felt for any pain that James has in his stomach. She soon found the spot where James had been hurt. "James, I think you might have a stomach ache." Penny added. "Really, Penny?" James asked. "Really, James. I'll be downstairs with Sam and Ellie if you need us, ok?" She said. "Ok, Penny." James replied. Penny soon walked out with the first aid bag over her shoulder and her stethoscope around her neck.

Back in the Kitchen, Ellie and Sam were planning what to make for the twins to help them feel better. "What do you think we should do?" Ellie asked. "I don't know. I called Newtown Hospital, and they said it was happening all the time. This one is not serious. I think we can manage ourselves." Sam replied. Just as they were about to check the website, Penny walked downstairs setting down the first aid bag on the Table and her stethoscope beside it. "Right, I checked over the twins. It looks to be more like a usual stomach ache." Penny said as she set down her supplies. "What do you think we can do to help, Penny?" Ellie asked. "Well, I think what I would do is I would be very careful and see if they can eat a slice of toast. I make that whenever I have been taken ill for that." Penny said reading a paper from the NHS. "Well, I think we better get to work." Sam said. Just as they were getting started. Charlie called on his radio. "Come in, Sam. Do you read me?" Charlie said. "Hi, Charlie. What's up?" Sam said over the radio. "Sam. Bronwyn and I will be there a little bit longer for 3 days. I know it's half past 4 in the afternoon, but I called Ellie and there was no signal." Charlie added. "Don't worry, Charlie. I'll tell her." Sam replied. "Thanks, Sam. See you later." Said Charlie. Sam put his radio away. "Who was that?" Ellie asked. "That was Charlie, he said they'll be gone for 3 days. Which means we can make sure that Sarah and James are better before they come home. "I would agree, Sam." Penny added. Ellie was reading the NHS Paper when she had an Idea. "Can you make some warm water and use it for a hot water bottle?" Ellie asked Penny. "Yeah, we can totally do that. I'll see if I can find two of them around here." Penny said as she went to Venus to find some. "Right. Come on, Sam. We better get to work." Said Ellie. "Ok. I'll start with the toast. Can you start some warm water so we can use the hot water bottles?" Sam asked. "Ok, Sam." Ellie replied. Soon, the team went to work taking care of Sarah and James. Ellie was working on the hot water bottles and Sam was working on toast while Penny went to find some hot water bottles for the water that Ellie was working on.
