At the Mountain Rescue Center, Mandy, Norman, and Harry were waiting for the twins when Mandy decided to call them. "Where are they?" Norman asked. "I don't know. I'll call them to see what's going on." Mandy said. "I know I didn't mean to hurt her at school, but I feel like something is wrong." Harry added. Mandy had found her phone to call the twins. Meanwhile at the Café, Sam, Ellie, and Penny were still working on the hot water bottles when he heard Sarah's phone on the counter. He picked up the phone and answered it. "Hello, Mandy." He said. "Hello, Fireman Sam, do you know where Sarah and James are right now?" Mandy asked. "Yes, but they're feeling really ill today. I don't think they can come out today." Sam said. "Ok. Thanks, Fireman Sam." Said Mandy. "You're welcome, Mandy. See you soon." He replied. Mandy hung up the Phone. "Who was that, Mandy?" Harry asked. "That was Fireman Sam. He tells me that the twins are sick today, and they can't make it." Mandy replied to Harry. "Ok, I guess we better go without them." Said Norman. "See you later, Tom." Mandy called. "Have a good one, Mates." Tom called as he was repairing Wallaby 2. Soon, Mandy, Norman, and Harry were walking to the beach from the Mountain Rescue Center.
Back at the Café, Sam and Ellie have finished working on the toast while Penny was filling the hot water bottles with warm water. "Ok, I filled up the hot water bottles and I'll bring these up to the twins. How's the toast coming on, Sam?" Penny said. "It's going great. We're nearly finished, and we'll join you soon." Sam replied to Penny. "Great, I'll be heading up to bring these to them right now." Penny added. "Ok, Penny." Ellie said. Penny later walked upstairs to find Sarah still resting. She walked over careful with the condition they're in. Sarah woke up to Penny beside her with a hot water bottle. "Hello there, Sarah." Penny said as she knelt beside her. "Hi, Penny." Sarah said. "I went to Venus and I found a hot water bottle for you and James. This will help you take the pain away." She said as she placed the hot water bottle on top of Sarah's stomach. "Thanks, Penny." Sarah replied as she carefully held on to it. "You're welcome, Sarah." Said Penny as she picked up the hot water bottle for James and started to head for his room. "Sam will be up here soon. Ok?" Penny called as she left. "Ok, Penny." Replied Sarah. Penny soon left to check on James. As she was about to enter, Sam and Ellie walked out of James' room. "Ok, I left the piece of toast for James beside him, and he just woke up as we walked in." Sam told Penny. "Sarah woke up as I was right beside her. She was still poorly last time I checked." Penny added. "I think we all should stay until Charlie and Bronwyn come back in 2-3 Days." Sam added.
Back at the Station, Elvis was with Arnold and Station Officer Steele. He was cleaning Phoenix when Station Officer Steele walked in. "Cridlington." He called. "Yes, sir?" Elvis replied. "I just got off the Phone with Sam, and he will have to stay at the Café with Penny and Ellie while they look after Sarah and James." Said Station Officer Steele. "Ok, sir." Elvis added. "You've done a really splendid job with Phoenix. She looks Spotless." Remarked Station Officer Steele. "Thank you, sir." Said Elvis. He soon went back to work on Phoenix while Station Officer Steele went up to his office. Arnold was in the Kitchen cooking while Elvis was cleaning Phoenix. "Elvis, Can you help me make a shepherd's pie, please?" Arnold asked. "Of course, Arnold." Elvis replied. "I'll be right up." He added. Soon, Elvis was on his way up to help Arnold with dinner. He didn't know how to cook a shepherd's pie like Elvis or his cousin Jerry Lee.
Back at the Café, Sam, Ellie, and Penny were still with Sarah and James. They had worked really hard, but the time now was past 8 in the evening. Sarah and James were already in bed when Ellie came by to check on Sarah. "Hi, Sarah." Ellie said as she tucked her in bed. "Hi, Ellie." Said Sarah. "I know how sick you are, but I hope you feel better soon." Said Ellie. Sarah nodded and soon fell asleep. "You can get a good night sleep now. I'll have Penny come by to check on you in the morning." She added as she brushed Sarah's hair gently. Soon, Ellie walked out quietly to find Penny. Sam was making sure that James was asleep while Penny was moving the Medical supplies from the kitchen downstairs, to the guest room upstairs. "Ok, Penny. I made sure that Sarah was asleep, Sam is currently with James. I think we should get ready too." Ellie said to her fellow firefighter. "I think that's a good Idea, Ellie." Said Penny as they both walked upstairs. Sam came by after he made sure James was asleep. "I can see you already went to see Sarah, Ellie." Sam said to Ellie. "Yes, Sam. She fell asleep when I was in there." Ellie told Sam. "Wow, I wish I would've done that." He said. "Yeah, me too." Penny added. "Well, we better get ready too." Sam said to his team. Ellie and Penny nodded in agreement and they soon went to get ready for bed.
The next day, Elvis and Arnold were still at the Fire Station with only Phoenix, Mercury, and Hydrus. Jupiter and Venus were still at the Café as Sam, Ellie, and Penny have to look after Sarah and James. Station Officer Steele walked into the kitchen where his two firefighters were waiting. "Good morning, you two." Said Station Officer Steele. "Good morning, sir." Arnold replied. "Hello, sir." Added Elvis. "Right, with Fireman Sam, Firefighter Phillips, and Firefighter Morris at the Wholefish Café, I need you two on high alert today and tomorrow." Station Officer Steele said. "Yes, sir." They said. Station Officer Steele poured his cup of tea and left the kitchen while Elvis was working on breakfast.
Back at the Café, Sam and Ellie were just in the kitchen while Penny went to check on the twins. They were working on some breakfast for them. "What are you making today, Sam?" Asked Ellie. "Oh, you know just a little something Charlie left me." He said. "What would that be, Sam?" She asked again. "Bacon, toast, pancakes, and a cup of tea." Said Sam. Sam knew his brother would always have something for breakfast waiting for him. Meanwhile, Penny was upstairs checking on Sarah. She had to make sure that the twins were alright after they felt very ill. Sarah was still asleep when Penny walked in with the bag over her shoulder and her stethoscope around her neck. She noticed that Sarah was still in pain. So, she went over to see what the problem was. Penny soon set the bag down and placed her hand on Sarah's right shoulder. Sarah soon woke up to Penny beside her after a long night sleep. "Hi, Penny." Said a tired Sarah. "Hello, Sarah." Penny replied. "How are you feeling today?" She asked. "Tired, but still sick." Said Sarah. "Oh, I know. I just need to make sure that you're ok." Penny said as she unzipped the bag. She untangled the stethoscope from her neck and placed it in her ears. Sarah was still tired and in pain. "Ok, Sarah. I just need to listen to your heart really quick. It'll still feel a little cold, Ok?" Said Penny. "Ok, Penny." Sarah said. Soon, Penny placed the stethoscope under Sarah's jumper. Sarah felt it feel a little chilly as Penny started to check her over.
Back downstairs, Sam and Ellie were working on a slice of toast for James and Sarah. Ellie was warming up some water for the hot water bottles, and Sam was working to find more ways to help them feel better from the NHS website. "Have you finished warming up the hot water bottles for them, Ellie?" Sam asked. "Not yet, Sam. I'm almost finished. It'll be a while until I can find them that way we can refill it." Ellie replied. "Ok, Ellie. I have the website from the NHS to help us." Sam added. "Roger that, Sam." Ellie said. Ellie and Sam continued to work downstairs while Penny was upstairs checking over the twins
