Hey guys, this is the start of my first ever Fanfic! I own nothing but the plot :)
He peered through the window at the girl he loved. Watched as she flipped the page of her favorite book with her slender fingers. He imagined those same fingers tangled in his hair. Her perfect golden, ponytail, scrunched against her pillow as she shifted around. She smiled at a funny line, and he felt his own lips pull up. Elizabeth Cooper. The only girl he ever had eyes for. He straightened his beanie with one hand, but then her head snapped towards him. At first, her eyes were wide with fear, but then she smiled. A smile just for him. He hoped the light of her room didn't give away the blush that was creeping up his neck. She swung her legs over the side of her bed and slipped a bookmark into her book. Always a bookmark. She never folded over the corner of the page as he did. She unlatched the window and together they hoisted it up.
"Well if it isn't Jughead Jones," she said through a smile. "What's the news?" Her scent hit him square in the face, and it took all his control not to lunge forward and kiss her beautiful face.
"Good evening Ms. Cooper," he replied in a teasing tone. "Nothing much, just bored." He looked deep into her eyes, memorizing the patterns of the rich blue and green shades. His gaze trailed to her mouth, then her ear. Each patch of skin was perfect. He imagined pressing his lips to her neck, her cheek, her hands, her. . .
"Jug," she sang, waving a hand in front of his face.
"Huh?" he asked, snapping back to reality. She smirked.
"I said, do you want to come in." She paused then said, "I've never seen you so distracted. What's on your mind?" You, he responded in his head. Always you. You are so God damn gorgeous.
"Just things," he said. She looked at him like he was a puzzle piece in search of his puzzle. "How long were you perched on that ladder, and why didn't you knock?" He just shrugged off the question and climbed through her window.
